D64. A new week starts, and the stretch continues. Sigh. The first girl stopped at 80 cm, while the second is over 130 cm and still stretching. If she doesn't stop soon, I'll be in real trouble. Quite frustrating since it will affect both yield and quality. I added a few sachets with predatory Cucumeris mites to the girls. There are no problems, and I haven't scouted any bugs, but since I had thrips in the tent in the previous grow, I want to be proactive in case some bugs survived. I gave the second girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with bokashi and fermented fruit juice. ------------------------------ D67. The second girl stretched even more to a point where one of the tops touched a light. To combat this problem, I removed the first girl and put her in my small drying tent since my LSD-25 was just done drying. It's a wee bit tight, and I had to add some side-lighting to get enough photons to her, but it should work out. The yield will take a hit, but I suspect the second girl will more than make up for it. I moved the second girl into the middle of the tent and thus could bend the tops outward, creating more space to the light. I also removed additional foliage in her lower canopy. The second girl is massive, by far the largest auto I've grown, and she drinks a lot and requires daily watering. Considering her size, I am concerned that she will run out of nutrients, so I need to devise a strategy for keeping her fed. Topdressing will be tricky as the pot is already quite full, but I will add as much as possible and then feed compost teas often. ------------------------------ D70. We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and the second girl is still stretching. She has slowed down, but one of the tops I already had bent hit the light, so I had to bend it even more. I top-dressed the second girl today to give her a boost, considering her size. I used kelp powder, rock dust, neem meal, calcified seaweed, and worm castings. She then got 2 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with fulvic and humic acid. ------------------------------

Week 6........... Getting frosty Edit: on day 41,I already have amber but it's still packing on weight. I don't know what to do at this point.

Not much to do this week. Plants are doing great ! Lots of trichomes. Very frosty 😍 Since a few weeks the leaves have small spots. They are not insects, not spider mites. But I don't know what it is. Started to add BioFinale PK 0.5ml/500ml water/24l pot.

The growing cycle it self worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2018-02-27. This is my review / smoke report of this lovely cbd flower. There are rock hard buds and almost no give at all, even in those smaller buds. When you grind it the scent will appear more than just smelling on the buds. It smells a little weak of grass, hay, pepper, some spicy and sweet. The taste is grass, soil, pepper and exceedingly sweet fruit. The effect is directly, the thc feeling above the eyes and in the forehead. A little light ringing in the ears and a dry mouth. After 10 minutes, the cbd kicks in and one feels that the neck and shoulders begin to relax and the feeling continues down over the back and chest down to the stomach. A calm and well-being is found in the body. After 15-20 minutes it is down in the legs. But in a strange way, you also feel like doing something, or meeting some friends and just sitting and talking about fun things. It is a very well-balanced strain and it fits in all sorts of contexts. I also think it might be good for someone who needs something that makes you more social and dampens enough anxiety and rushing thoughts effectively. I think this is a lovely strain and I highly recommend it to everyone but especially for more inexperienced people who want to soften with a pleasant medicine.

This was the last week of flowering and therefore I stopped giving any nutrients for a good FLUSH. This is very important in order to avoid a harsh smoke later when the plants are dried, because any nutrients left in the plant will burn your throat and the weed will hurt while you smoke it. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I cant wait to try the dried end-product. All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎

Solid start for this week also, nothing to complain about the growth. I'm doing just some LST to increase branches strenght to support bigger buds. Day 38, tied down some branches to create an even canopy and strenghten stems

Deep Forest is still bulking. She is growing slowly and is not showing any brown pistils yet. Which is good. She can get as fat as she wants. Germinaron todas pero en este diario nos centraremos en las cherry cola

Had a massive heatwave pass through, definitely not used to it hitting the 100s in june and the White widow definitely showed stress from it. It’s leaves browned a bit and curled but it seems that plant only has about two weeks left and it should be all good! Gorilla Zkittles buds seem to be the farthest behind everything else and could honestly end up needing an extra week from the rest. Buds are developing color and their true personality! I’m lovin it. Thanks to everyone for the support along this grow journey, and let’s hope we can finish these last couple weeks out nicely! All photos come from The end of week 6 flower. Vamos familia que ya actualizamos la cosecha de estas zkittelz de Mafia seeds. Vaya flores que se han marcado repletas de tricomas, parecen escarcha y las flores se marcan aromas bien dulces. Es una variedad bastante fácil de cultivar pero al tener un periodo de floración algo más largo, hay que estar pendiente de alimentarlas bien, gracias Agrobeta en mi sala es posible. Temperaturas máximas en 24 y mínimas en 20 y una humedad estable en torno al 36%. Las mantuve 10 semanas, ya las vi bien maduras y ya tenía tricomas ambar así que les di matarile. Mad stretch this week! A little bit of nute burn where I overfed but other than that, things are looking good. Once the stretch has slowed down I will do some heavy defoliation to get things under control a tad but at the moment I'm just letting them do their thing. Peace! QB
