This lady has been all flowers as she bolsters her colas. Stocky and bushy... I'm really liking the structre. Lots of branches and lots of bud sites. Of course I'm happy. Shes in great health just cruising along. She got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up her treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Upped the pk intake as she is blooming strong now. Gotta keep that engine well fuelled. Response was stellar. Happy happy happy lady. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Hallo Leute, diese Woche gab es kein Wurmtee, da sehr wenig davon entstanden ist. Das lag sicher an den vergangenen kalten Tagen und Nächten. Erste Maßnahme: Wurmbox anfüttern, feuchtes Papier und leicht durchmischen, damit die Mikrobiologie beim Zersetzen Reste den Würmern behilflich ist - s. Video 1. Ansonsten ist die Lady erwartungsgemäß in ihrer letzten Phase angekommen, was die herbstliche Färbung anzeigt. Die Pflanze zieht Nährstoffe aus ihren Blättern. Eine Vielzahl der Pistillen sind bereits orange-braun gefärbt - die Ernte ist nicht mehr lange hin - s. Video 2. Es ist jetzt schon ersichtlich, dass die Buds um 1/3 geringer sind, als bei dem Grow davor mit 30 Litern. Das wird auch mein künftiges Set-Up für die Bio Hanferde von Sonnenerde - 30. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur sind weiterhin mit 52% und 23 Grad stabil. Die Leistung der Lampe habe ich für die restlichen zwei Wochen auf 60% erhöht, um die Entwicklung der Buds zu pushen. Der Geruch ist zurückhaltend, aber wehe, man kommt versehentlich an die Blüten, explodiert es förmlich in einer süßen und cremigen Note - unaufdringlich gut. Die Trauermücken sind erledigt und entwickelte sich nicht zu einer größeren Problematik. Ich bin weiterhin zufrieden mit der Gelato Auto. __________ Hi everyone, there was no worm tea this week as very little was produced. This was likely due to the recent cold days and nights. First step: feeding the worm bin, adding damp paper, and mixing it slightly to help the microbiology break down scraps for the worms – see Video 1. Otherwise, as expected, the lady has reached her final stage, indicated by the autumnal colors. The plant is pulling nutrients from its leaves. Many of the pistils have already turned orange-brown – harvest isn't far off now – see Video 2. It’s already apparent that the buds are about 1/3 smaller than in the previous grow using 30 liters. That will be my future setup for the Sonnenerde organic hemp soil – 30 liters. Humidity and temperature remain stable at 52% and 23 degrees. I’ve increased the lamp power to 60% for the remaining two weeks to push the bud development. The scent is subtle, but if you accidentally touch the flowers, it literally explodes with a sweet and creamy note – unassumingly good. The fungus gnats are gone and didn't turn into a major issue. I’m still very happy with the Gelato Auto.

2/18: 4 weeks since we planted them. Some of the new nodes since topping are starting to come in. Also finally got to doing some lst. First time, so I didn't rlly know what I was doing all that much, but my main goal was to pull branches outward and have more light reaching all the nodes. I should definitely have topped and done LST earlier, but oh well, now I know for next time. I also removed some of the new fan leaves that were covering the new nodes. My roommate wanted to experiment with the smallest one so removed some of its big fan leaves. I don't really think that was the right call, but whatever we'll see what happens. Would also have loved to try mainlining but its also pretty late for that. It would have slowed down veg quite a bit too, and since we have to go home from college in early may, they have to be harvested by then. Gonna water later this afternoon as well. 2/19: Watered them last night. 0.75 gallons each. 4 tsp grow big, 6 tsp big bloom, 1.5 tsp calimagic per 2 gallons. I'm not sure why I didn't realize earlier I can just partially tuck the higher fan leaves under the lower nodes coming in. It makes the plant look droopy since big leaves are tucked, but I feel like it helps the lower nodes receive light and catch up, while being able to keep the fan leaves without cutting them. The small plant has 10 main nodes, and the rest have between 12-14, with many smaller additional nodes coming in under. I'm not sure how much I should try to grow these smaller nodes on the lower branches, or if I should just snip them off. Main focus right now is to get the nodes at similar hight and horizontal grow. 2/23: Watered this morning. Should have watered last night but my roommates were asleep and I was a bit too lazy to do it myself (took me an hour last time to do it all myself). I think I'm gonna start filling up a 5 gallon bucket instead of the 2 gallon one I was using, since I won't have to spend as much time refilling the water, nutrients, and get correct ph. Nutes doseage was 3 tsp grow big, 6 tsp big bloom, 2 tsp calimagic per 2 gallons. Roughly 0.8 gallons each plant. Ran out of big bloom for a few of the plants, but I don't think that should cause any big issues. Me and my roommate were debating if we should feed them nutes this water, or do straight water and calmag. Ended up feeding them since I didn't think we already have much salt buildup, but I think we will do a straight water and calmag flush next time. I also remembered we have a TDS meter, so I used it for the first time. Water in was about 750 or so ppm, and runoff was about 1350. I think thats kinda high for runoff, but like I said we will flush next time, and plants look healthy for the most part. Will definitely look more into that starting now. Also, the ph meter I had previously bought is complete garbage, so I had only been setting ph to around 6.2-6.5 with one of those visual mixing solution kit. I'd been doing this before mixing nutrients, and hoping that they don't throw the ph values off too much. I know this is pretty reckless and stupid, but it seems to somehow be working for now. I think it's probably a better idea we get a working ph meter so we can make sure levels are good after mixing in nutrients, but I'm feeling a bit lazy and frugal to buy a meter, so we'll see. Overall, plants look fairly healthy. They were a bit droopy today because I think I waited a bit too long before watering them, but oh well. One of the two plants that is a leggier and less bushy phenotype is turning pretty yellow however. I'm assuming it's a nitrogen deficiency but I'm not certain. Seems to have gotten a bit worse the last few days, but I'm hoping things will sort themselves out. Might also just up the doseage for grow big, which contains more nitrogen than big bloom. On a few of the other plants, the older and lower fan leaves also seemed to have some spotting resulting from calcium deficiency. Newer leaves all seem fine, and with the recentish addition of calmagic, I'm hoping this won't be an issue going forward. Have also been snipping very small nodes that are coming in on the lower branches. Not snipping them all, just trying to predict which ones have a chance at reaching quality light and developing into good colas. Anything I think will turn into larf im just snipping. Looking back on the last few weeks, there are a lot of things I have learned that I hope to carry over to our next grow next year. I should have started lst and topping sooner, I understand how much and often to water them much better now, and there are a plethora of other small things that I have learned. I wish I didn't cut corners on some small things and overall was a bit more attentive to details, but for how well it seems to be going, I really can't complain. I'm incredibly stoked about how this is going, and I still can't believe I'm growing these plants with my roommates in our garage as a college student.

24-07-21 Week 5 Flowering Day 34 🙌🏻 I apologize if I'm not active lately I've been busy and haven't had time to upload any updates. 😬💚 Today we are in the fifth week of flowering! As you can see two plants are missing..😅 That have been removed from the tent due to (hermaphroditism) I don't know what caused this. But I only managed to save the Meringue which is growing outside, she is fine now and in shape! I removed her because I found a seed on her, at the time of the beginning of the general flowering of the plants. While the K-Mintz I had to kill her because she kept growing only seeds without seeing any female sex signs. I didn't have choice. Leaving the latter, the survivors are the Lemon Tree and the Mimosa. I'm really happy with them! They are strong despite having had some problems due to wrong PH value (7.1) now it seems for a week to have corrected the right value bringing it to 6.5 at the drainage of the plants. The plant of course is much more smaller with the restricted root zone causing a bonsai effect. However, she performed really well under the circumstances with a relatively large yield all things considered. I usually smoke high CBD but was very impressed with this high. Let's see how it goes after spending more time under the influence. Review... Growing in the solo cup sized container proved to be much more challenging than a regular grow. The plant soon became stressed dealing with the tiny root zone making everything hyper sensitive. The first issue was showing as tip burn even though the ppm was kept in the 650-850 range. Then the leaves showed a general yellowing overall specially showing at the bottom fan leaves. At this point I was changing the nutrient solution every 2-3 days trying different nutrient brands and concentrations seemingly without much success. It was a nerve wracking period which ultimately lead me back to General Hydroponics with amendments. I did learn that the plant can weather the storm even with less than perfect vegetative leaves while she focuses all her energies into calyx production. It’s was upsetting to see less than stellar health but eventually all the leaves drop and the flowers power on seemingly without issue. The cascading diamond structure developed as a result of a couple broken branches that occurred during the training process in an effort broaden the plant profile with wider lateral spacing. Although initially upset when the fractured branches that withered after being bandaged up and . After removal of said branches it was exciting to see the new possibilities. The cascade formation called for additional side lighting to maintain uniform bud size all the way down the front lower end of the plant. I was looking to create a stadium like effect. The experience of operating the visual hydroponic unit called for a number of practical adjustments along the way. Although initially, very excited with the system concept as an integrated design with nutrient solution supply and gravity drain through the pump, with the air supply inside the pipe with the air bubbler acting as the drain/root filter... in hindsight, obviously, it would not work as the root mass became denser and denser. The first issue, as the path of least resistance, the air was forced back down the nutrient supply pipe. This prevented the pump from priming itself and subsequently no nutrient solution delivery was even possible. As a result, the original air stone was left in place to prevent the roots from entering the nutrient tank and a new bubbler stone simply added to the tank itself. Although the original idea was for the air to be continuously pumping directly through the roots, the flood and drain would actually be just as good when drawing the fresh air in and out with each pump/drain of nutrient solution. The ON cycle was initially set to 10 seconds which eventually became 30 seconds as the roots mass grew denser. This proved to be too unreliable as the fill level was no longer consistent which required constant monitoring to be sure that there was no flooding over and above the container lid. It which case, a simple feeder tube to the top of the root zone was the best option. The ON cycle was set to 5 seconds with a 15 minute OFF interval. Overall the biggest concern was the timer itself, which had several bad reviews for malfunctions with growers losing their plants. However, I have no choice as this was one of the few timers that was capable of cycling down to the second but it all workout fine in that regard… no problem. Was it a perfect grow?... no, definitely not. However, as a relative beginner, it was definitely a great learning experience. Mostly, I need to work on the nutrient blend and concentration. For more control, a backup tank with float valve delivery to maintain the water level for this particular system would be a good idea as well.

Extrêmement satisfait de cette variété. Un vrai cauchemar pour les ciseaux tellement elle colle!! Comme pour la critical, j’aurais aimé récolter plus, mais je vais essayer d’améliorer mes compétences, et puis peu être par la suite augmenter la puissances de la lampes. Elle est vraiment riche en cristaux. Je reviendrais faire un update après le smoke test.

El stretching fue una locura, de una planta de 70 cm (que use la mitad para hacer esquejes), en solo 15 días crecio arriba de 1.5 m. La primavera en buenos aires acompaño con un clima perfecto los últimos dos meses. La planta tuvo 70 días de vegetativo. 2 day blooming, the stretching was massive, the plant was 75cm and now it's more than the double of that size. Half of the plant was used for clons, so in 15 days of stretching, 35 cm of plant became this.

Very happy with how this lady has performed, amazing quality buds, very sticky and dense flower with a concrete smell that I love so much, which is that kind of fruity sweet flavor that this lady is able to produce, it's been a beautiful journey, I'm gonna enjoy a lot this flowers. Very recomended guys!

Girls have exploded into flower! They had a big stretch and have started stacking very nicely. Flower came so fast, they are showing a slight phosphorus need, and perhaps a bit more cal/Mag to help with uptake and such. I’ve been introducing the Clyde nutrients slowly to try and avoid burn, but I clearly need a bit more. I am liking the results overall though. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

La nº6 sigue mostrando albinismo aunque parece que no aumenta de tamaño, se mantiene. subí los led 5ctms y parece que funcionó bastante bien. Entramos en una fase delicada por lo que añadí un deshumidificador que se enciende cuando se apagan los led. Más adelante añadiré otro ventilador y mantendré el deshumidificador las 24h. encendido.
