Journal de culture – Semaine 4 de croissance (fin) Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de la plante, que je trouve faiblarde et manquant de vitalité. Son développement est lent, et je suspecte que la température, qui descend peut-être trop bas la nuit, pourrait en être la cause. Cependant, même le pied-mère de cette variété n’a pas une croissance exceptionnelle, ce qui me fait penser que le phénotype de cette variété n’est peut-être pas très bon. Pour ne pas perdre trop de temps, j’ai décidé de la passer en floraison aujourd’hui, avec un cycle de lumière 12-12. J’ai également changé la soupe et préparé 20 litres avec les nutriments nécessaires à la floraison. Sachant que cette variété a tendance à beaucoup stretcher, j’ai pratiqué du LST (Low Stress Training) pour recourber les sommités. Cependant, j’ai accidentellement cassé un apex, laissant seulement trois apex au lieu de quatre. Bien que je ne sois pas satisfait de cette plante ni du pied-mère, je vais finaliser cette culture et passer à une autre variété ensuite. 🇺🇸Cultivation Journal – Week 4 of Vegetative Growth (End) I’m really not satisfied with the plant; it seems weak and lacks vitality. Its development is quite slow, and I suspect the nighttime temperatures might be dropping too low. However, even the mother plant of this strain doesn’t show great growth, so I’m thinking the phenotype might not be very good. To avoid wasting more time, I’ve decided to switch it to flowering today, setting the light cycle to 12-12. I also replaced the nutrient solution, preparing 20 liters with the ingredients required for flowering. Knowing this strain stretches a lot, I applied LST (Low Stress Training) to bend the tops. Unfortunately, I broke one of the four apexes, so now there are only three left. Even though I’m not happy with this plant or the mother plant, I’ll finish this grow and move on to another strain afterward.

Fall is in the air even in my tent. The roots went dry for about 6 hours and that was long enough to make her angry. Her and her neighbors started using quite a bit more nutrients and between a little complacency and some personal chaos it was totally my fault. She’s still on track though and going to be a high yielding behemoth that would surprise me in she nears the 6oz mark. And the ROTATE BUTTON AND TEXT IS STILL NOT WORKING ON IOS.

Week 5 begins! Plants looks good, the blueberry didn't dry up as much this week, but she's still the hungriest of the bunch. Both OG Kush plants stepped up their consumption, the pots were much lighter than the last 4 weeks come feed time.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Bonjour à tous. Le 5 septembre jour 31 pour ma Boy. Elle grandi doucement, je lui ai fait un Topping et j'ai laissé que 2 étages pour essayer la technique du Mainlining. Je lui donne 1ml/l de bioroots et j'ai augmenté la dose du biogrow à 1ml/l. Elle commence à avoir de bonne racines c'est cool. Voilà c'est tout pour l'instant. Comenzando ya la ultima fase del cultivo, descubrimos una paleta de olores bastante amplia la cual nos recuerda olores como Mango fresco y Melón Tuna, olores bien marcados. Comenzaremos el lavado de raices, ya que empezamos a ver tricomas con tonalidades "ambar", esperemos seguir con este resultado el cual nos tiene bastante satisfechos. !Saludos & Buenos Humos! 🙌
