Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Hello and welcome to week 2 of veg phase for these five Epsilon F1 Hybrid ladies. Last week is now complete with daily updates and media so please check it out. For this week well frankly I am expecting massive growth. I have taken 3 fingered leaves from Normani today and five fingered from Ally. It takes more time to photo and diarise but it is rewarding to look back on! See you tomorrow! Day 9: Nothing to report. Sorry for lazy photos. Oh... I joined twitter @UnorthadoxDude Day 10: Fertigated 5l. Loving Ally's party hands 👈👉 Day 11: Normani has overtaken Ally as the tallest and largest plant. Dinah has overtaken Lauren in a similar fashion. All girls kooking good except for some odd marks here and there (see video). Today after the photos and video and when she was back in the tent. I've just joined and want to gauge if it is worth the time. Day 13: Heights: Ally 23cm Normani 28cm Lauren 24cm Dinah 19cm Camila 17cm The girls have begun stretching it seems. Day 14: Fertigated 5l and performed LST and defoliation. Normani height was 32cm. End of week summary: Huge week of growth and these ladies are only just getting started. The pheno difference of Dinah is stark but super interesting.

#3 has beautiful pink buds very happy with these girls, hopefully the other two show some colour as the Temperature comes down. Have swapped the 250 red CFL for a 150 blue. May turn it off for the last week to get every last bit of pink possible! Pots have a nice wet dry cycle, have tried to hold back and not over water so I've been watering with a spray bottle. I use a 1L hand spray bottle and fill it up three to four times depending on the weather. Although it seems impossible to overeater with the breathable fabric pots. Which are awesome if I haven't said already. Perfectly fit 11 in my small cupboard which is lucky as I ordered ten as soon as he free one arrived without measuring them! Stoners eyes never lie! 👁️ Buds should be huge if they keep going at this speed! Haven't topped them for the natural look, been a few years since I've done it can't wait to see a big fat cola bud at the end!

I didn't train her this week, I'll do it again next week :-). It was poured twice this week with 1.2 l each time (see nutrient table above for adding nutrients). I sprayed them all with GreenBuzzLiquida Fast Plant spray. I also cleaned the entire tent and checked everyone's health. Fresh osmosis water was prepared and filled into canisters. Yellow boards against flies have been put up and blue tags to prevent trips. Unfortunately I still struggle with them but they have become significantly less pushed. I think in a few weeks the last story should be :-). Otherwise, like every day, they were looked at and petted for a while ;-). A it late with the update as I broke my phone,. To say it was my 1st harvest was very pleased with the outcome, 38grams dry of mostly tight nugs, trichomes on the main colas were turning Amber so cut those down couple of days earlier and left lower nugs to develop a bit more. Cured for 2 weeks now and buds smelling and smoking great, smooth taste and full of flavour! Next crop been planted very soon.

A good week in the bag. The girls seem to be doing well this round. They look healthy. They are getting water twice a week at this point. Everything's on track. There is one girl that has three leaves per node. Can't remember what that's called but it'll be fun to grow out

The trichomes on the Runtz are all milky and I'm getting some amber on the sugar leaves, I think the end is near 😁 The G13 is looking great and smelling wonderful, the buds are getting heavier and same for the GDP

Hey guys :-) All of them except the lemongrass already have their heads sticking out of their stone wool cubes :-) . I'll give the lemongrass a few more days to develop, otherwise I'll add fresh seeds again :-) . The ones that started to take root were repotted in 0.5 l pots with a mix of Canna bio and Canna coco. First they get it enough nutrients from the fresh soil before you start fertilizing with Green House Powder Feeding Bio. The repotted ones were also placed in the heated greenhouse with a hood 👍. I'm impressed with this C4 Auto, from fastbuds this is one of two plants I grew. This plant is a real indoor plant she grows lovely. The other plant is an outdoor plant it's pretty too don't get me wrong but where i thought the outdoors would produce a bigger plant i got the opposite of that, I got a Mutated plant, nice colored bud on here but she continues to mutate even in flowering stage my indoor plant is twice her height and size but love both my C4 Auto from fastbuds. Even if they broke my heart by changing payment policy, I'll never be able to get seeds from fastbuds again so I decided to spray my runt on the outdoors with tiresias mist feminized seed spray..... hopefully I get some pollen and able to pollinate my indoor C4 Auto..

Still waiting on the replacement phone for my ph meter but I'm tired of waiting so I order one just to have as back up. Everything still looking good. I just wish I could have had my ph meter for the whole grow. Let me know what y'all think.

Hi Growmies, I topped her towards the end of this week and removed two sets of fan leaves. It opened the plant up very nicely in combination with the light LST I applied earlier in the week. The plant is taking very nicely to the LST and didn’t seem to care about the topping either. I attribute this to the strong root system she already has. For the next week I have fed her additionally to the canna nutes, some plant success orca, for healthier roots and Rezin from greenplanet to prepare her for pre flower.
