Today is start week 5. So this is from week 4. The cookies haze was a bit behind on flip. So I’m not giving pk13/14 to that one yet. I’m counting that one as week 2 flower And I also just seen that I messed everything up with the nutrients here. I was counting it as 10l and not 1l. So I just fixed it now. I’m sorry about that too. 8/9/2018 - All of these girls are doing great and have all shown their white pistils now! The branching on them has taken off and they responded to being topped really well. I’ve switched them from my 4x4 grow tent into a 4x8. I have to say it is significantly better having the extra space to be able to water, move around and for better air circulation with multiple fans. I also believe this will greatly help with light penetration inventory they bush out. I’ve been having issues keeping the daytime air temperature down due to the extream heat wave we have been experiencing. I think I have tackled this issue by running the lights at night now while the temperatures are cooler. Tomorrow is the official switch to flower and will be on a 13 hours off, 11 hours on light cycle for the next 2 days. Then on a normal 12/12 light cycle. IVE read that this can help the plants switch quicker. I’m looking forward to seeing the growth over the next few weeks!

Good growth. Stem is very sturdy. Overall growth is very Compact and abundant. Will have to keep her mainlined. Fimmed this week. We’ll See Id it worked, otherwise will top. Water still automatic. No issues. No Rain.

The seeds had 100% germ rate and started all very strong and they are all emerging from the soil at an even pace with no stragglers. The plants are just popping out the soil today. I’m excited to grow these new fast buds fem strains. They are breaking out into a different market with the fem seeds. They had the one drop of fem seeds but now these new ones are a whole different story I’m excited. I know they will do great.

The flowering went down under great conditions. Everything went pretty alright with this grow and I'm satisfied with the result. It was my second time growing this strain first outdoor however. The colas looked amazing. The plant didn't get too tall and stayed bushy. Good thing however as I was trying to keep it discreet. The smell wasn't an issue either.

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

Okay growmies here we are at the end of our GELATO AUTO 🍧 by FAST BUDS. It was such a pleasure to grow, i learned so so so much this run that will help me through the rest of my adventures. The beginning was tough as i am new i over watered and did not ph the water and what i mistake. But its okay i learned. She bounced back like nothing and produced these HUGE, FROSTY, DENSE BUDS! I remember the panic i had week 2-3 and wanted to scrap all of this and start over.... thank the weed gods i didnt because look at this masterpiece. I always said she took for ever but hoped she becomes a beautiful queen. And here she is. She was SOOO HUNGRY AND THIRSTY! Over a all a pleasure and amazing grow. I will for sure grow again and again. She responded so well to LST and topping... slowed it down but it was so worth it guys lmao... GROWMIES! I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU ALL SO SO MUCH! I am dropping a Auto Banana Kush seed from Weed Seeds Express. I scuffed both ends lightly. I placed it in the water, and covered it up. I will plant in 24 to 48 hours once plant shows the tap root tail. I will be using Athena blended line nutrition in a 5 gallon dwc. She will be under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2.
