All buds are cut and washed in a bath of lemon juice and baking soda/water. I have adopted this as a new standard for every harvest. We washed out quite a bit of dirt and shit. Lots of black floaties in the bath after and a few bugs we did not even realise were in there... The buds were hung and left with a fan over them for an hour before being removed to my drying room. Sitting hanging in there at RH 65% and temp is 20c. Will bring Rh down to 55 in next few days. I will update with a report once they have dried.. Thanks for all the help on this grow people who helped.. you know who you are.. Back in a wekk to 10 with a taste report.. Update.. buds dried after 6 days. Trimmed and jarred with a final dry weight of 112g once I took all branch off. Not tried her yet. I will give her a week at least in the hats before we try and will report back then.

Mouth watering flavour, clean smoke, and it only gets better ! Barley a week into the cure and I'm already craving more of this strain Updated True Wattage, and fixed square footage of tent harvest was easy, could of gotten more yeil but she flowered early from some LST, would let this girl grow naturally in the future Buds turned out nice and chunky lots of sugar leaves just packed with sticky trichs She pressed out alright, could try a again but .4 return on 3.5 grams of bud gives 14-15% return on the first press of this strain none the less this girl puts out some wicked flavors can't wait till shes fully cured in a month :)

Had a bad week 4 as my PH pen decided to go wonky. Once I got it all straitened out plants took a few days to bounce back and took some lower leaf damage but nothing to bad and it will mostly be trimmed off soon anyway. Still waiting to start LST on 3 of these girls until they get a few days of normalcy after the ph shock. Will probably be end of week five we tie the other 3 down and get the screens in place to prep for Scrog.

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Gorilla Cookies continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall and lanky plant but look at the heavy buds weighing down the stems. It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. Yo. A new week has started. Day 50, These girls have a great week. Packing on some weight and starting to stack nicely. Day 53, lights gone to 100% really happy with how these ladies are doing. Really starting to stack up and put some weight on. Feeding these girls quite heavy now watering 1ltr every other day. ✌️ Day 55, moving on slowly. Cold night time temps slowing things down a little I think. The smell is getting stronger and stronger. Messed the days weeks and months uo again 🤦‍♂️ Day 57, keeping week 8 open to catch up so my diary’s correct. Very happy with these girls. Day 58, fed and watered last night. Night time temps are getting really low now and RH is creeping up so keeping a close eye on things. The smell is so sweet. Wish I'd know about this site when she started. In week 9 since dropping the seed. Started Jan. 1st.

Semana de lavado, regando cada dos días solo con agua de ósmosis inversa. Esta semana continuaron mostrando un cambio de color más acelerado. At 59 days they already showed a high percentage of amber trichomes, more than enough to harvest before 60 days. A simple, uncomplicated grow, the plants are truly rewarding, not so much for the quantity of trichomes as for their growth, yield, and aroma—an aroma that suggests it will be delicious, possibly earthy, sweet, perhaps pine, or who knows, maybe even a hint of citrus, lemon. Something along those lines. What I can say for sure is that it smells terrible; it wouldn't be recommended for grows that want to go unnoticed. After 61 days, harvest and dry inside the closet.

The growth for 1 week is impressive....looking forward to a monster harvest and possibly pollinating half this girl.

Day 49 - lookin good..... been bending her, trimmin abit, messin with the water solution..... ph and ppm have been all over the place..... lol she's been transitioning from grow to flower, and once she settles into night mode, the solution and growing should stabilize...... the new fan is cool... tents working properly now, neg pressure, drawing in air behind the floor fan, blown around the bottom, and cpu extractor fan pushing the air out the top of the tent, straight into the filter..... really nice way to run a little tent, low airflow........ keeps the impurities out of the buds..... the stalks have all tuffened up since trimmin, and pretty strong now.... should hold the full weight that's about to occur all over the place...... i've simplified the nutrients, they were gettin alittle confusing, so started doin nuets differently, .... so, just making my own nuet solutions, nothing fancy just base amount of normal elements .... should be a pretty good christmas ...... DAY 53 Had to take out of the room the Amnesia XXL hermaphrodite; cant take the risk of turning the rest into males too. DAY 54 FUUUCKKK!! The wind dropped a piece of heavy wood onto the plants!!! 1 of the Moby Dick was totally broken. Some branches of the neighbour plants were affected too. So that's 2 plants lost at the moment (the hermaphrodite and the broken one). Day 56 Two days after the tragedy. Had to reorganize the room to prevent similar accidents in the future 🖤😢 Saved the most I could but definately this stressing event will influence the plant’s development. Also, considering taking out the claw leaved plant, which has signs of hermaphroditism (FML again 😫). Hope these 7 make it till the end. PS: Also, there’s 1 Moby Dick which has no signs of flowering at day 56, cant figure out what’s happening with it. I’m starting to think that it’s an Regular Feminized seed instead of an autoflowering.

As you see I’m getting carried away way too soon. I’m enjoying the learning process though! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

This week we should really see these colas blow up and start stacking really strong. The mixer of 7 hours of sun and 17 hours under my LEDs has really helped my girls grow strong. Nothing compares to good old Mother Nature.

Lets start off with the Gas lantern lighting technique, this was invented in the 1800's I believe, by hemp farmers. if you give the cannabis light for 1 hour in the middle of the night, then you will keep it from going into flower. So if you leave the lights on for 12 hours, then darkness for 5.5 hours then 1 hour of light then 5.5 more hours of darkness. This will give you the growth of a 18 hour light day but you will only use 13 hours of electricity. Plants are more rested, faster growth and tighter node spacing. Overall very advantageous. It generally shortens veg by 2 weeks. the Jobes organics 4-4-4 is 17g per gallon, Above measurement system would not allow this. Will start LST and FIMing once plants have settled from transplant. Added extra Silica to boost available Si until microbes can catch up and degrade the vermiculite properly.

Just finished week 6 and I have to say she is looking so healthy and started to fill out lovely now 😀 gave her a couple of leaves trim as they was starting to overgrown the leaves below and wanted to give the plant much more light to help her grow to her potential. My earlier worry about being stunted with early progress issues has well and truly disappeared as you just continues to grow from strength to strength! Happy days happy growing !

This week is to prepare the plants for flower Aiming for a .95VPD Began brewing Tricantonol, liquid Karma, Calmag and Southern Ag Microbes for a Tea later this week The video shows the training structure. Day 37 Gave the tric brew to the plants. Plants responded well. Also did a final Lollipopping before flower Day 39 Watered with no Macro Nutes. Taking one quart of water every 2 days
