Still struggling with humidity. But I have really good airflow and ventilation. Continue to defoliate plants. Stretch is over or at least almost. Due to previous lights one plant is about 3 days behind the other 2. Already smells great/loud. Girlfriend hates it. Not a smoker.

11/3 - Today was the first day of week 5 and also the first day I could see a visibly measurable decrease in her water level between check-ins (~12 hours apart). As a result of her drinking so much water in such a short time, the ppms shot up to almost 800. I used straight tap (7.5 pH, 170ppm) to adjust since her pH was also measuring 5.3. I adjusted her with this method until she registered 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would prefer for her pH to be a bit higher (5.8, ideally), but I will settle with this for now since the water is back to just touching the basket. Over the last couple days I've been adjusting her LST to help her bush up as much as possible. I can already see the heavy Sativa influence in her compared to her sister in the tent. I can't wait to see what she will throw at me. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 650ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. New feeding schedule seems to be bringing the girls new life. I might have to give the Recharge credit. Also checking pH very thoroughly. Stick doesn't seem to work well anymore. PH could be why the couple in the back were growing slow the last few weeks while the others were slightly more resistant. Crossing finger to find purple phenos in a couple week.

It’s a bit sad to realize that "Autumn" has officially arrived. The trichomes have gone cloudy, the leaves are fading, and I’m out here wiping away a tear. This girl, whom I’ve been spending every day with for almost half a year, is finally wrapping up her cycle. Well, it’s been a beautiful ride, and Think Fast proved to be an incredibly strong and resilient strain. I’ll break down my full thoughts and review of the genetics during harvest week. By the way, the next update will drop right after the dry, I know you guys are all waiting to see the final dry weight. But for now, it's time to flush. The lights are dialed down a bit, the reservoir is filled with pure RO water, and my heart is filled with pure, bittersweet blues. Don't lose track of me, we’ll meet again in about 15 days! Week 10 December 13 -Had to super crop P4 again as this one is growing straight into the light -water every other day and top dressing every two weeks -not sure how long she’ll go but we looking decent

Moin moin liebe Leute erstmal Entschuldigung das ich Woche 8 nicht hoch geladen habe, hab einfach den Kopf zu voll zur Zeit der grow läuft an sich ganz gut alle 2 Tage muss ich die Arme der okto moms neu anpassen mit der Höhe damit die Äste einiger maßen auf gleicher Höhe bleiben. Hab zusätzlich heraus gefunden was die Flecken auf den blättern verursacht ich hab die ganze zeit extract und bat boost gleichzeitig genutzt dabei werden die Zusätze getrennt benutzt (ich depp wieder) extract für vegi phase und in blüte umstellen auf bat boost naja die okto moms leben und gedeihen werde die tage auch auf 12/12 licht plan umstellen und somit ist dann auch die Hälfte des grows schon wieder rum euch noch ein schönen Sonntag meine homies und growmies

7 weeks later and she's flowering nicely, not too much verticle growth but the buds are getting bigger every day. Stoked! Nothing new, might make another compost tea up this week. I'm giving them 1L of water every 2nd day, 500mL top feed and 500mL bottom feed. Until next week friends, thanks for checking in.

I started germination of 2 Jack F1 beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their new home. Cant wait! Just some background information on my last run with the Jack f1. It was relatively strong during veg. But was middle of the pack in size after the 6 weeks of vegetative growth. After the flower stretch she became the largest quick! With a enormous stretch rate of 300%... Yes she tripled in size. Forcing me too super crop her which she didnt like at all. Setting her back and definitely hurting her all around yeild. Despite the staggering, unexpected stretch amount. Leading to the stress inducing supercropping. She still pulled off immaculate bud structre, density, and trichome production. She just took much longer than she should have... and didnt pack on the whopper size buds I'd expect out of these genetics. Definitely learned alot out of my first go. So I'm amped for the second run with this variety. This time around I'm going to anticipate the stretch and cut veg time shorter. To roughly 4 weeks or 1 ft in height. Also utilize a bit of very light lst to their side branching to open them up a little bit. Without stressing them out... well hopefully.

Hey Guys, Sry for no Update, i wasnt at home and a friend of me watered the plants... So im back with a good flower start! I gave them no nutrients this week because they are looking good and im waiting for some deficiency... Greetz

Watering: 12.05. 3,70kg - 4,27kg 14.05. 3,6kg - 3,9kg 17.05 3,6kg - 4,6kg (1g green house powder feeding "grow" in 1L of water) The training is going well, I added some force here and there. Plant seems to be happy. I decided to order some powder feeding fertilizer, since the plant is now starting week 4 and is still quite small. Update: 1g greenhouse powder feeding in 1L of water used at the end of week 4.

I let the soil start to dry after a week of just water, hung them upside down for 14 days 18-26°c 60%RH. The tremors got higher than I would like during drying but it is summer!
