Fastbuds is really starting to make me a fan of autos man there plants grow so fast and so large in such a short amount of time it’s almost unreal. I fell a little behind on the nutrients that’s why the leaves are a little light but it’s coming back around. I have not grown a lot of autos but it seems they require larger amounts of nutrients than photo plants normally do

Bravo Genehtik! They did an awesome job with this strain! She has been extremely vigorous and resilient (only auto that didnt stunt from transplant) we began LST this week as she has enough spacing between nodes and strength to withstand the stress. I managed to get her main branch bent to almost 90° and exposed 90%of her branches( ones is stubbornly hiding 😡) without stopping this is the best I could do🤷‍♂️ She is also starting the very beginning of a stretch she is drinking a bit more and her lower stalk is hardening up.She also popped flowers, earning her a name officially! Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. Royal Critical is now 41cm tall and around 100cm away from the light. 50% Humidity 28C under the canopy/on the ground under the leaves 31C Air temperature. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2203 girls and they're on a roll! When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and as they get bit bigger I may give topping, one or both, some consideration... we'll see! 12/21- Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. They're both doing fantastic with good color and vigor! They're not very tall and judging by their leaf shape and overall structure I'd say they are definitely leaning towards the Indica side of the gene pool! I'm holding off on deciding whether or not to top them, but will make a decision in the next couple of days! It's been fun to grow NY Diesel Auto from Seedsman. I will definitely grow it again, and I have all my notes right here on Growdiaries so I can do better. Can't wait to dry, cure, and smoke it!!!! Dry weight is 40g

Here we go... week 2! Everything went pretty smoothly during germination and week 1. I'm starting to think about nutrients, as i do plan to start feeding, VERY lightly, sometime this coming week. I figure my soil should probably be okay for 3-4 weeks but i'm going to be feeding only 2 of the 3 plants starting in week 2. I'll start feeding the 3rd plant in week 3. I want to see if there's any difference or problems that arise. Day 8: - Temp: 74-80F - RH: 68-71% - no water, reduced exhaust fan speed to 10% at night due to colder outdoor temperature. Day 9: - Temp: 72F-79F - RH: 62-69% - lightly watered with de-chlorinated tap water Day 10: I've now desgnated the plants as "L-1", "L-2" and "L-3", based on their germination and seedling stage growth, with "L-1" being the most vigorous. - Temp: 72-76F - RH: 65-68% - Lightly watered "L-2" and "L-3" with a very weak nutrient mixture using Remo Nutrients' "Micro", "Grow", "Velokelp" and "MagNifiCal". Remo's feeding chart recommends 6ml/gal for week 2. I used .5ml/.5gal... 1/6th the recommended dose. - "L-1" was watered with just dechlorinated tap water. - Both adjusted to pH6.5 Day 11: - Temp: 69-76F - RH: 62-68% - No water - added sticky traps for fungus gnats, which have afflicted one of my girlfriend's orchids in our house. We've quarantined the orchid and will be giving our houseplants a few doses of BTI. Crossing my fingers that they don't cause me any issues in the tent! Day 12: - no signs of fungus gnats in tent - Temp: 69-77F - RH: 62-68% - No water Day 13: - no signs of fungus gnats in tent - turned humidifier off - ambient RH is about 60% - Temp: 69-77F - noticing leaf edges curling. Possibly due to high RH and/or over-watering. - Calibrated pH meter. Was off by +0.3 pH. - Watered lightly with pH adjusted tap water @ 6.4pH Day 14: - No water - Replaced the 24" Sunblaster T5HO fixture with a 24" Sunblaster LED, which now makes two of them. I plan on switching the 6400K T5 bulb with a 2700K bulb in the T5HO fixture. Once flowering starts, I'll pull out the two 6400K LED fixtures and put in the 2700K T5 fixtures (I still need to pick up one more T5 fixture so that i have two, which i'll be placing at either end of my 2x4 tent as supplemental lighting). - Distance to canopy (24w Sunblaster LED): 12" - Distance to canopy (HLG Elite 360): 24" - Elite 360 Light Intensity: 35%

Nute mix is now 150ml A, 150ml B, 50ml PK13/14, 100ml Rhizo, 25ml CalMag and 25ml cannazyme. Nute mix information PH: 6.4 EC: 2.0 Temp: 21c They are doing far better than I would have thought but the proof's in the pudding. Not that smelly except for lights off.

This girl is getting huge colas starting to stack tricome coverage is staring and is gonna get heavy started adding plagron in every feed now hit her with recharge once a week the bloom city aio the other then give her a carbo load running 6.2 ph running 1900 ppm she drinks a gallon of water every other day running a new light schedule doing 2 24 hr days then turn her off for 8 hrs temps been running in the higher 60s keeping the humidity 50 percent or below I only have to defoliate here and there to keep her bud sights open jus add a under canopy light but she is very happy so can't wait to see this week brings so here's to another week of growing

Habe in dieser Woche gut entlaubt und die kleinen Zwischentriebe ausgegeizt. So sollte die Kraft in die Haupttriebe kommen. Ich muss immer noch die Temperatur gut im Auge behalten durchsieht Natrium Dampf Lampe. Habe den Zyklus so eingestellt,dass die Lampen nachts an sind und Tagsüber Ruhephasen sind. Versuche weiterhin die größeren Triebe im netz entlangzufädeln. Ist etwas tricky. Aber 4 Pflanzen im 1 m x 1 m Zelt müssen gut gelenkt werden. Die CO2 Tabletten nutze ich immer noch. Kann nicht sagen ob sie viel verbessern. Ich bin bemüht alles zu tun was ich tun kann ohne zu viel Technik zu implementieren aus finanziellen Gründen. Die Pflanzen werden mir schon zeigen was ihnen gefällt.
