Week 12 and we're still not there yet! However, the ladies are growing thicker every week. #2 & #3 are growing so thick, they can barely support the weight of their own buds. Really have to be careful when handling them, the risk of snapping a branch by accident is way too high right now. The reason for that is probably due to the crowded space in the growbox, in which there isn't much airflow despite having the little fan running nonstop when the light is on. Looking at the trichomes they can all take a few more weeks, just have to be patient now! This is plant #2/3. She still got the thickest buds, which are also the most delicious smelling ones! They developed a really strong acidic aroma, very close to sour apples. Apart from that, she is still ripening up and needs a few more weeks, just like the other ones.

Trichs are starting to come in I added a dish of water to up humidity. Don’t know if it’s helping. One of the pics has a blemish. It’s from me, not spotting from deficiency. Both grow wonderful , and they seem to like it in their HAZELBOX, They are finished with Training, and I wait for Flowers. They look healthy and green Wednesday Today I opened my Hazelbox and WOOOOW.... Girls looking so good, theyve stretched and developed vry nice, I think i can see Tiny preflowers. They are nice and Green No NUTRIENTS NEEDED Friday Looking very good, growing very fast. There are clearly some minor issues with the tips of some leaves, but we'll manage. A mistake was made during one of the previous waterings; I mixed up the bottles. Instead of the usual watering, it was given full-fledged pro-organic flowering food, and the soil before watering had more than enough food until at least mid-flowering. We're expecting a crazy transformation in the next week; it's rapidly gaining purple hues, so we'll keep an eye on it. There's a war going on in my country, and unfortunately, we're starting to have power problems again as winter approaches. Today, for the first time, the power went out for four hours without warning. I don't have any independent power sources, so there could be major problems; they're predicting long blackouts in the winter. I really hope we'll be able to harvest before the hard times come.

Week 8 – The Lemon OGs keep packing on the weight 🍋🔥 Another week down and these ladies are just getting chunkier and chunkier. Buds are swelling nicely, pistils are still mostly bright, and the frost is spreading like powdered sugar on everything. Trichomes are stacking, smell is turning into that sweet citrus haze punch that makes you wanna just stand there and breathe it in. Feed for the week was simple and on point – keeping them happy without overcomplicating things. I’m pushing them a bit before my upcoming vacation, making sure they’ve got everything they need to finish strong while I’m gone. Lights are still blasting 480W full power from the two KingBrite P55s, and they’re soaking it all up without complaint. Temps max out around 28°C, humidity is steady, and the canopy is looking even. A few lower leaves are fading, which is perfect for this stage. Some branches already needed a bit of support – fat cola problems, amigos 😎👌🏼 If they keep going like this, we’re looking at some heavy jars after chop. But for now, it’s all about letting them do their thing. 🌿💚 OnlyBuds

Dear diary, Week 2 done and on the books! Everything went mostly fine up until the very end of the week were I noticed some strangeness with another one of the strains in the tent. More info on that will be in my other diary for Gorilla Cookies and will be covered more overall in next weeks update as I try to fix any potential issues. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 11: Calmag foliar applied 2 times during the day at 0.8ms and corrected ph to 6.3. They also got their regular feeding at 1.27ms 6.4ph with me increasing the light to 250ppfd. ⏰ Day 12: They were given a foliar and watering of calmag water at 1.13ms and 6.3ph early in the morning as issues had not cleared up. Later in the evening they got a regular feeding at 1.41ms, 5.9ph and lights were increased to 275ppfd. ⏰ Day 13: 2 calmag foliars, gave feeding at 1.54ms 5.8ph and increased lights to 285ppfd ⏰ Day 14: They have reached 3 nodes marking the end of seedling stage and beginning of veg! They were fed with 1.53ms 5.8ph and four 3 liter airpots was prepped with 75/25 coco/perlite and watered with the same feed until runoff before transplanting. As I can only grow four plants W.C #1 and #3 were selected as the final two. Temps are around 26 and RH 75% with lights on and 24C 80% off. Will be taking down the RH slightly over the coming few days to 65%. ⏰ Day 15: Gave the girls a feeding at 1.57ms 5.6ph. Also increased light to 305ppfd and they do look a bit droopy, but that’s not to surprising after the transplant. ⏰ Day 16: Daily feeding at 6ph 1.59ms and increased light to 320 ppfd. Aiming for 465 ppfd by the end of next week as that would move us up from 20 to 30 DLI. ⏰ Day 17: Sprayed a foliar coat of Leaf Coat from Biobizz as prevention for pest in the morning. For the evening they got their feeding at 1.58ms 6.2ph and foliar spray of calmag as a plant of the other strain in the tent is looking a bit odd.

She is my symetrical beauty! Once again some slight defoilation of upper and lower fan leaves has led to pre flower exposure. I am curious if removing these fan leaves will stunt the plant height but so far she is responding well. Some burnt tips as I dial in the new nutes.

Update week 6

I'm not a big fan of gelato strech, she's a tall girl, had to supercrop a few more tops.

Still going well. She's getting a full dose nutrients now. Was not sure if she was suffering from potassium deficiency or burn, but now I'm confident it is a deficiency so I upped her feed. Hopefully this will slow down the shedding of leaves. She has 4 to 6 weeks left in flower so too early for total fade.

One of them is falling behind but thats prob because of the fact that she got a few less liters of space in her pot Date: 22.07.2024

Two derpy runts haven’t move much in 24hrs. Treated them all the same. Under one T5 LED for now. Ah well. One didn’t make it and I’ll be giving a seedling to a buddy. ********** Edited Dec 4 ********** Another tap root popped out….one more added to the crew. 3 out of 4 so far. **********EDITED Dec 3 ********** Couldn’t wait… Seed soaked 2 Mafia Candy overnight in some Zeus Juice (fulvic), paper towel for 48hrs and tap root finally popped but I’m impatient and thought they were duds so I soaked another two last night and waiting for them taproots now…looks like imma grow 4 this run (if they all make it). Two seeds with taproot: into peat pellets sprinkled with VAM (mycos), into soil and now I just sit back and pray. Maybe I’ll just let them grow. No topping, no training. Veg for a few weeks and flip. My man RightHemisphere.Genetics hooked me up with some breeder seeds and his own creation Mafia Candy (fem). Soil has been cooking for 30+ days. OneShot, worm castings, biochar, oyster shell, bone meal blah blah blah. Just a few more times with this ‘style’ of growing and will switch to something easier and simpler cuz growing with Nectar is just too crazy. Gonna pop 2 Mafia Candy soon, just gotta figure out timing as I’ll be away for a week in Dec and might not be able to find a plant sitter…. Will be updating the diary with more pics when they pop.
