I grew various strains some were mystery seeds

14.1.25: I've been readjusting the LST. I just took all the pegs out and reshaped her. I got some new LST equipment in the mail today, have been glad to have more pegs. I got some clips too, but they don't seem to stay on 😕 I'm currently only using the pegs, I have some thicker soft wire, but I forgot I don't have pliers to cut it! Also I'm running very low on Biobizz nutrients, so that could be bad 🤞 17.1.25: I'm quite disappointed that I didn't use a 5 or even better my 10 Gallon pot for PPP2 and even PPP1. Especially the PPP2, which is the Triploid pheno. I'd love to have given her the best conditions to see the full potential! 😕 Obviously, I didn't know when I popped the beans, but it just feels like a wasted opportunity to learn, and that's hard to swallow for me. That's my whole aim with these plants. Despite my regrets in that respect, the plants are both looking great! PPP3 is literally just taking up prime real estate 😑 I can't bring myself to trash a plant, though. Plus, it's interesting in and of itself. Just being as it has stayed so small and only has 3 fingers in any of its leaves in week 10. Continuing to adjust ties and pegs as often as I can, trying not to overdo it. 18.1.25: I have done another large defoliation on PPP1 and PPP2. Also, moderate defoliation on all other plants today. All LST ties and pegs are readjusted. I have turned up the light to 90%. Same distance of between 24-28 inches, depending on height of specific plant. I have increased the dosage of Biobizz Bio-Grow and Fish Mix to give an extra boost of Nitrogen as several plants were showing yellowing. They have responded very well to this. Unfortunately I ran out of my Biobizz nutrients and PH UP. I'm currently using Bicarbonate of Soda to increase the PH after the nutes PH comes out to about 4.1. Obviously, that uses a lot and I only had a 250ml bottle, which I used last run too. This run I have 9 plants. The only thing I'm worried about is the salt build up. Have you used it before? Or any other natural way to increase PH? Please let me know! I've also added Biobizz Fish Mix to help with the extra Nitrogen needed. Watering with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish. I water with this every 3 days. I did order some more Biobizz Bio-Grow and Bio Bloom. I found some at a reasonable price on Amazon. I still have about 800 ml of Biobizz Fish Mix left, too. It is fairly expensive this time as the plants are hungrier this run. I also got a new bag of Canna coco, which I may use to add a top dress with some dry amendments. Which hopefully will save some cash on the bottled nutrients and stretch out until the end of this run without having to buy anymore. I have purchased a funnel to pour the water. It is difficult, due to the shape of my LST, to water precisely. I have spilt it all over the tent several times 🙄 I've also ordered a 2 litre jug. Currently, I'm mixing water for 9 plants individually in a 1 litre jug. It's tideous. Hopefully, this will solve the issues. Since this diary started in the middle of Week 4 of flower, many of the details about how we got to that point have remained a mystery. In previous updates I mentioned how my last attempt at growing this cut resulted in a plant that outgrew my space. I had a long veg time and used a 5 gallon pot. That information allowed me to exercise caution on this grow because I knew how big this plant can get when given an opportunity. With that in mind, I only gave her 9 days after transplant from the aerocloner before moving her to the flower tent. My pervious experience dictated that this plant exhibits significant lateral branching. I top most of my plants to encourage this kind of growth, but due to the short veg time and for the sake of experimentation, I decided to not top her this time. You can see that this has resulted in a large main stem cola, but also (thanks to knowing her growth pattern) several rather large secondary colas as well. As an aside, some may look at this and wonder "yeah, but what about the yield?" I have never weighed a harvest. I grow for myself only, therefore yield is not something I concern myself with. I just don't care. I fill one quart mason jar and the rest is given away or turned into hash. My scheduling is such that I harvest approximately one plant a month; therefore I have enough smoke to last a VERY long time. While this plant will probably go 12+ weeks, with only 9 days of veg, it’s still comparable to a 10 week variety that would require a longer veg time to produce a similar yield. And, frankly, I have close to a dozen cultivars in my ‘consumable’ collection and this is the only one I reach for prior to 9 pm. She has a very clear and motivational high. Not overpowering, but I never test her ceiling, so she could get one blasted if necessary. This would also be a great plant for someone having trouble eating, because my appetite is essentially limitless when I’m smoking this. Perhaps it’s no coincidence that I have put on a few lbs since I’ve had her in my collection?

Flipped her to 12/12 on monday. As you can see I still have minor issues with lightning and feeding, but overall I am not that concerned. Still in the process of getting used to the equipment and enviromental control.

Hello. This the end of the 1st week and the start of the 2nd week of flowering. Just a fast entry... I'm starting harvesting of the front 1/2 of this greenhouse tomorrow. So, I'm getting ready for that. These plants have still got 6 or 7 weeks of flowering to go still. These plant will go in the front of the greenhouse when I'm finished with the harvest in there. Did a stock rub test of these plants and the smell reminded me of the good old days of buying land race pot. It smelled like The Columbian sativa from the 1970's... mmm wonderful. OK. Have Fun. papaya cookies has now completed her stretch. typical for papaya, she develops purple/pink pistils. such a beauty. hopefully the weather will stay good enough for her bulk.

Love this strain. One of my all time faves.

I probably won't grow this strain again, just due to the growing difficulties, short lifespan, and low yield, although the bud is definitely quality. I learned a lot as this was my first grow, and the next I'm hoping for better yield quantities.

Another easy week for the chibans. I feel bad i did not include little chiban 2 in the diary. She was topped a while back and is much much smaller then her sister but her structure and growth i am pleased with. Glad i kept her now.. Number 1 is just a monster!! i cut her i have snapped and bent her but each time i come out the next day and she has just repaired whatever i have done and im sure if she could she would be holding her middle finger up at me as i walked in!! She is huge (relative to the space i have) I have never spent so much effort on past grows maintaing the perfect enviroment as i have on this grow and what it has shown me is huge.. Get this right and it seems they just do their thing.. Now she is flipped and in pre flower i am a little scared of what she will become.. Good job my tiny grow space is over 2M tall. Feeding is strange as they dont want too much. At the start of potting i mixed in ecothrive charge into the substrate and i have to say this stuff is amazing. I gave the first feed of nutes to these i think a week ago and it was a weak mix of grow and it gave them talons on the leaf tips which i took as a sign of N toxicity. So i think i could have stretched another week out of just water and beneficials. I will remember for next run. thats it really, i will be keeping an eye this week on the enviroment again as previous weeks and watching for any changes in requirements. She is such a beautiful strain to grow,her aroma it's just so amazing like pure mango,it's just like fruit,can't wait to try her,I'm in love with her Aroma and this feno particularly it's purple so I'm very excited,let's see how she keeps developing on her 4th week
