Hey guys, this other week went very cool, I start reducing the nuts to the minimum and I can see really how fattening are the buds. Now I can see some pretty milky trichomes, and just few cloudy, so I consider to chop in max 2 full weeks... (71 total days from seed) but anyway I'll adapt to how the plant is at that time. The smell it's absolutely, insanely strong and ill need to buy ASAP a carbon filter to reduce it. The only issue encountered in this grow was keeping low the humidity, and in fact I was not really able to do so as it stands at 55-65...but without noticing any mold issue on flowers. Ive had some really hot days out here bur the airco really saved the day. I can keep my temps at 24c ish on average ranging from 22-27c. Cant really get the humidity down 50s but with loads of airflow I should be fine. Its ranging between 50-60% right now. Theyre smelling quite strong. I am venting out of a windows through a carbon filter and I smell nothing within my house or around. She is getting really frosty and one of them has purple hues in the buds. (Picture 1) One of them is a really odd phenotype (picture 2) with extremely long leaf stems. Which kinda is nice as the buds are looking to grow bigger down at the colas because of this. Hardly have to defoliate that one. Edit: decided to add some cal-mag at half stength to the watering. She was showing signs of a calcium deficiency. Ppm was in range aswel as the PH, so it must be calcium deficiency as it only shows at leaves closest to the light. Yellowing also started appearing on the top.

Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Day 49 update (Sunday 7/14/19): Almost time to chop! I think my humidity is finally going to be manageable for the drying- the second dehumidifier helped enough it seems. I cut out the base nutes (which for a few days were at quarter strength). I decided to stop with sugaree. No more cal/mag - I guess I should have cut that out weeks ago even in coco? So many different trains of thought. So I’ve now been flushing for a couple days using only water and canna boost and cannazyme along with mammoth p and hydroguard (ppm is at 200). I’m not PH correcting the reservoir tank and it’s up to 6.9/7.0 ph (I actually added a tiny bit of ph down before I decided to not worry about it) - I’m not sure if I like this strategy (seems to be an unsettled debate about ph correcting during final flush) I’ll switch to FloraKleen and water only (and still not ph corrected) for the last few days (in a few days or so - maybe a bit longer) THOUGHTS ANYONE?? I went to bed last night looking at pictures of bud rot and when I woke up I was convinced I had some. I actually chopped my first bud off the plants! one of my possible mold suspects (and one of the largest). Manhandled it - dug around - (I did use gloves and I did sorta try to be careful but...) I probably lost and damaged a bazillion trichomes - but.... it’s fine! No mold/bud rot at all. Beautiful actually. Some of the little fan leaves just turned prematurely yellow awhile ago and some extra areas of red hairs that concerned me but It’s great! Super stinky. Super nice. Dense. Pretty. I’m hanging that one nice big bud in the flower tent above the lights and in the corner away from a direct fan breeze (this is not at all ideal - the main harvest will be done in darkness; with no other humid plants in the tent; with proper air flow; lower temps; and they’ll have had a full flush unlike this nice cola I chopped with its “partial” flush only (see above) . It’ll be nice to experiment with taste before and after a flush since there seems to be so much debate about this. But I suppose my dry will differ too so not a very controlled test. This bud seems to be plenty mature and ripened - some amber trichomes - so I think this one bud chop may turn out to be a nice experiment caused by my neurosis about non existent bud rot) Woot.

Starting next Thursday there will be potential new owners touring the property. It's still a bit early but I'm going to flush now and harvest next week. I think we're close enough. The buds are sticky and smell great. These ones aren't really fattening up that much but they look delicious. It would definitely have been nice to have both plants the same size so they could both benefit from the optimal light distance.

Water rainwater + epsom salt and diluted nutrients with more total water of 180 ppm ph 6.2 temperature of the 20 ° solution, gradually using more water due to the 10% runoff temperature, slightly relieving the roots without much removal, sprayed with water without ppm complement due to perspiration and water loss when it's hot, more soil around the stem "I made some abrasions around the stem that is now covered with soil in order to create more quick roots, added more mycorrhizae around to heal and root and stretch with mycorrhizae. Always covered with coconut fiber so it doesn't dry quickly without absorbing enough, I really need one more exhaust fan to pull in fresh cold / fresh air from the outside in, and limit one little use of fans since air conditioning is not part of my plans at the moment.

Flowering day 22 - Gave each lady the following: 6l water 13.3ml BioBizz BioGrow 20ml BioBizz BioBloom 6.7ml BioBizz FishMix 6.7ml BioBizz CalMag 6.7ml BioBizz TopMax 16.7ml Blackstrap molasses Ladies doing fine, she was praying 30 minutes after they were watered and fed. Room is starting to smell now and I love what I'm smelling. All ladies smell slightly different and I'm really liking the leaf structure on these plants during flower. What would be needed for sure is more light as the far ends lack the proper light intensity. Flowering Day 25 - This lady smells of old school sweet hash. Her leaves are starting to get a coat of trichomes already. Her sister Juanita flowering at my friend's house is only 5 days ahead of her in flowering but looks to be 2-3 weeks ahead. We don't know how and why. I took the first two clone cuttings this past week and then really thinned her out but taking off all the very large fan leaves. She’s drinking a ton more lately and I’m getting close to feeding every 2-3 days now. So far the clones look to be healthy and she’s recovered just fine from all the trimming. I’m not going to flip to flower until I can get another 2-3 clones from her.

Increasing feed and light slowly , things are coming along , there nice and compact , they seem to have good root growth so far and will speed up as I increase the light and feed from now . My ec/ph meter decided to break so been waiting for a new one .

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Oct. 29 - start of week 5 and after a couple of days she’s starting to come around. Since the pinch it was like she started to crumple in on herself so hopefully she’s ready to blow up. Might’ve been too rough on er. Thanks for checking er out!👍 Oct 31 update - busy day, she needed a lot of attention, some LST and oh yeah, water. Let er dry out an extra day and hit her with another 2L. Think I’ll up the Volume this week. Fim paid off and we should run out 4 big colas on this pinch alone. Staked er down to get more light to the stem. Now were talkn😉👍. Nov. 2 update - snipped a fan leaf to try and get the tip underneath some good light. She should make one helluva cola eventually. Plant got a full 1gal. flush with phd & calmag water only. Nov. 3 update - so a busy but important week. The leaf I snipped yesterday has provided all kinds of light to 3 lower growth tips so she’s startn to get er bush on real well. We bent er down and away to the side of the pot a little more😉. This parts lot so of fun, She’s lookn goood👍 Nov. 4 update - she’s really picked up her growth and recovered fully now. The girls loved the rinse. Had to snip her two largest fan leaves cause I found a light deprived family of potential colas underneath👍. HATE to do it but has to happen. Week 6 come’n up and she’s lookn good. Background This one is gonna be fimmed out and defo’d as a comparative to its manifolded kush sister. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). With the coco medium we’re hoping for that 20% bump in yield as well. THANKS for check'n er out

24.04.2026 Heute habe ich mich dazu entschlossen die Damen zu ernten. der Hauptpunkt welcher mich jetzt dazu gebracht hat zu ernten waren die trichome, es sind jetzt auf jeder Pflanze Bernstein farben zu erkennen. sie trinken auch nicht mehr all zu viel und ich musste am Ende nur noch alle 3 tage gießen anstatt alle 2 Tagen. sie sind jetzt grob getrimmt und trocknen und curen jetzt in der vcure von vivosun. ich werde noch mehr Bilder machen, sobald sie fertig sind. freue mich schon auf das Ergebnis. die buds werden jetzt 5 Tage getrocknet und dann 9 Tage gecured, also gibt es in 14 Tagen neue Bilder. ich wünsche allen die bei dem Contest mit machen viel glück und einen guten grow, am Ende sind wir alle Gewinner eines guten grows. danke an zamnesia und plagron für das bereitstellen der Samen und des düngers. es gab mir Mal die Chance einen Strain von zamnesia zu testen und in den dünger von plagron rein zu schnuppern. hat mir beides gefallen und ich werde drauf zurück greifen in Zukunft, ganz sicher.

A new journey has begun. A very special one since I am doing first photoperiod dependant strains and first time doing in coco. I decided to put four plants in the grow tent and to do main lining. It is going to be quite challenging because of all new techniques I’ll be using. Day 1: all four seeds sprouted nicely. I put them in small pots until they don’t grow and be ready for transplantation. I just watered them with a pH controlled water measured to 5.8.

Shes doing super well and seems to only want water. 4 weeks left on this girl.

Straw lectric lemonade is one of the best plants in the tent. No surprise seeing every seed in the pack popped really well so this is the best out of 8 plants or so I’m super excited about this one I had my on this one soon as I saw it photo on NASC when it dropped a year ago or so
