🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. The only thing that happened this week was that I added under-canopy lighting. I don't expect much as it's a cheap light with only 24W (four LED strips x 6W), but since it was just lying around, I figured I might as well use it.

2nd topped on day 20 and she is reacted well to HST, she is too busy with growing, there is no time to get stunted. I give her 1/3 of the feed schedule’s recommendation. Soon I will switch to bottom feed. DLI has been set to 30. Day 26 - today I installed the Megapot system. She has been transplanted from a 5 gal bag to a 6 gal one, it was quite a torture I must say. More stress for the plant. I had to do this for the better drainage. Was it a stupid move? We shall see.

Welcome back to the last flowering update week. My Unit Farm test light grow of the UF2000. My house strain has been flushing for last two weeks. Fading and deficiency signs are showing as they should. I will be updating a harvest video/pictures this week after I finish the two days of darkness in a few days. Plant smell wonderful as it has in past grows. The UF2000 light for 100 watts did good in my little test area. It did not have a breeze while growing, and temps were lower then my growing rooms. Not by a lot though. The UF2000 is a great light for the price. I will be continuing to use it, and recommend it if you are on a budget. I will be doing a test grow with the UF4000 in a few months, when I start my new photoperiods. Will likely add the UF2000 in the canopy with it at that time. Thanks again UNITFARMLED_Justin. Buenas tarde familia, actualizamos el diario de las skunk de Zambezaseeds, y es que estoy tan sorprendido , es una cepa que produce flores muy muy compactas, sigue floreciendo con lo cual sigo regándolas solo agua ajustando el ph a 6,5 . Temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros, 1/3 anda algo sobre fertilizada de las últimas semanas las 2/3 están como la seda , aún así todo pinta fenómeno tengo muchas ganas de cosechar y probar esta variedad y ya queda menos , pasen buen finde semana fumetillas.

Day 26 - LST and light defoliation. Day 28 - Tucked the leaves, and noticed some perspiration between where two leaves were laying against each other. 1 gallon dosage of the above listed nutrients should last about 5 days before drying out, to be ready for the next dose.

I always find it hard to say how much water they are taking because the whole auto pot thing. It would be more useful to maybe have an option to be able to change the unit because it would be way easier for me to say how much water has been put in the res during the week - sometimes even that’s hard to remember for me! Aaaaanyway, things are going fine in the grow - I turned down the light just a tiny bit as the pistols were showing signs of having too much light and they were just looking a little bleached out, so I turned down the light to around 80-90% as well as I think I raised it a little bit also. It’s much harder keeping everything stable in such a small space when I am used to having a room to use but oh well, it is what it is - I am really lucky / stupid to be doing this one, however, I also went into the grow knowing I may have to kill her at any moment - dependant upon visits etc. I know photo growers always say there is no difference in speed between autos and photos but there is a couple of weeks in it most of the time - at the very least. I tried it, my last proper grow I selected all fairly fast flowering photos (not those photos that have been bred with autos to make them quick but just generally fast flowering plants) and it still took longer than my longest auto has taken and it annoyingly Hermes so had to turn into hash coz it was super annoying.) but that’s all in the past now… So I haven’t had to resort to using my AC yet but I did get a 1/4 of the price knocked off because it doesn’t work with the app properly and that’s basically what it was sold on! Don’t go to klarstein, people! She’s def been stretching for sure but I remember this being a really squat plant anyway and I have also trained it in a bit of an odd manner so that it grew outwards with a flatter canopy - I wouldn’t top in future. I don’t really know why I did - maybe because I always have (for the most part) but I think she’d have grown taller and had bigger side branching if I hadn’t but having said that it is pretty much impossible to tell! Unless you do an A/B test - which I obviously don’t have room for! In the next week I am hoping to see her get really hairy and hoping to have to attach a carbon filter - as that would mean she’s happy and I’m going to get some dank. With regards to expected harvest - I genuinely have no idea. She averages at around 2.5z/plant going on the info put into grow diaries and that it about what I got last time - I don’t think I ever weighed it tbh coz I grew it just to turn into rosin. Having said that, it is a totally different set up and the first time I am using this light, so I’m not sure of the capabilities of what is probably a 120-140w light - now I have dimmed it down. I mean, I guess if she was starved for light I wouldn’t have had to turn it down so I’m confident it can produce sticky buds. I will also turn it up to full power in the last couple weeks. She’s meant to be a 10 week or 70 day strain - and I hope that is true because I am going on holiday in early July so I can’t have her going on and on and on. She will have to be cut when she will have to be cut - and maybe hung whilst I am away with the ability to control the environment over Wi-Fi (and probably a camera). Iv just looked at dates and actually she can go on for 13 weeks and so it is all good - she should still be drying by the time I go there and should be ready for me when I get back - I’ll be doing a dry trim as I always do just because it slows down the drying process even more - although actually to be fair the main reason I used to do that was I didn’t have seperate climate control for drying and couldn’t use the tent as was on a perpetual grow. This time I’ll be able to set it tov 60%/60f and hopefully keep it there for a full couple of weeks. Obviously I get rid of big the fan leaves and also chop it into smaller branches but other than that I prefer to do it all dry - saves your choppers for one thing!

Kweekverslag Week 3: Oreo van Seeds Genetics datum: 18 maart 2025 Week 3 van mijn kweek met de Oreo-plant van Seeds Genetics is nu een feit, en het wordt steeds spannender! De ontwikkeling van deze cultivar laat me echt achterover leunen in bewondering. Hier is een overzicht van de hoogt en dieptepunten van de afgelopen week.Groei en Ontwikkeling: Vanaf het begin heeft Oreo zijn naam eer aangedaan met een heerlijke combinatie van stevige groei en een schitterend blad. Dit week kreeg ik een flinke dosis energie van de plant, omdat deze nu echt aan het uitbreiden is! De bladstructuur is gezond en geweven, met glanzende, donkergroene bladeren die vol leven zitten. De internodes zijn aan het verlengen, wat belooft voor heerlijke zijtakken in de toekomst. Voeding: Wat betreft voeding heb ik de dosis organische meststoffen iets verhoogd. Oreo reageert daar uitstekend op, met een zichtbaar gezondere uitstraling – de bladeren zijn breder en de kleur is levendig. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de groei soepel blijft verlopen, zorg ik ervoor dat de pH-waarde van de bodem op het juiste niveau blijft. Licht en Temperatuur: De plant blijft genieten van de huidige lichtcyclus van 18 uur licht en 6 uur duisternis. De temperatuur blijft een constante 22-26°C, wat perfect lijkt te zijn voor deze soort. De luchtvochtigheid heb ik op 55% gehouden, om de bladeren vochtig genoeg te houden maar ook schimmelvorming te voorkomen. Training: In deze week heb ik ook een lichte low-stress training (LST) toegepast. Het is een genot om te zien hoe Oreo zich aanpast aan de gebogen takken. De lagere takken krijgen eindelijk de kans om te groeien en mogen nu meer licht absorberen. Het lijkt ervoor te zorgen dat de plant prachtig in balans blijft! Gezondheidscheck: Bij een inspectie zag ik geen tekenen van plagen of ziekten, wat altijd een goede indicatie is van een gezonde kweek. De bladeren zijn vrij van vlekken en de plant staat er stevig bij. Ik blijf alert op eventuele symptomen en zorg ervoor dat ze met veel liefde en aandacht verzorgd wordt. Conclusie: loopt lekker!!! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

On day 1 I transplanted 2 BB clones into 3 gal smart pots with coco coir. I watered them in with veg formula and set up my blumat watering system with week 1 flower nutes. I raised PPFD to 600-700. On day 2 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.4 to 6.0. The rez is 823 ppm. The tops are 16.5" from the grow light. The blumats have not started watering yet and I will monitor to ensure it goes smoothly. I have the blumats set at 1.25 carrots on left plant and 1 carrot on right plant. The average PPFD of my 16 tops is 703 PPFD. I increased temps to 85 day 81 night to get leaf surface around 80 f during day. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 782 ppm. The blumats have started watering and I will monitor closely over the next few days. On day 4 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.1. The rez is 717ppm. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is steady at 6.1. The rez is 706 ppm. The highest top is 15.25" from the light. I defoliated to bring in more air and light to deeper into the canopy. I increased the flow rate of blumat by .5 carrot on the right plant as it was a little to dry for my liking. The Clones are preforming well. On day 6 the reservoir PH is going down so I adjusted up from 6.0 to 6.2. The rez is 730 ppm. The highest cola is 14.75" from the light. The left plant had a runaway so I reduced blumat by 1 carrot. I increased flow of blumat on right plant by .5 carrot as it is still drier than I would like. On day 7 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.0. The highest cola is 14.25". I reset rez with nutes.

Almost harvest time.. She's filled out some more this past week. Most fan leafs have fell off the plant so it wont be much longer for sure.. most sugar leafs are full amber now just waiting for the buds..

Doing not much… checking the vpd und water that’s it. Ladies looking good so far.

Week 2 Flowering - day 13 of flower - day 69 of life Apple blossom 🌸 is growing well to. Nice branch sides, strong stem, and seems flowering is doing really well to her.

First off I just want to say for some reason it’s not letting me change the right temperatures on my diaries ! Each time when I put it in they stay at 50. My day air stays 75 degrees an , night degrees is 70 ! Today is day 58 for all these ladies! This week has been really great ! Girls really progressed a lot , especially for one the Forbiddin Runtz, looks like is gonna finish up in a week or 2 ! Other then that they are coming along well! A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Gonna start flush this week….everything looking great…no problems this run I love it when they grow themselves practically

I have had to touch the a bud by accident and went to wipe my nose, omg the smell I have never smelled anything g this sweet fruity zkittlez with a nice balance of that gelato... my nose has a relationship with that buds as I love such fruity strains I can't imagine the taste mixed with gelato... I like the bud formation alot.
