Day 2 16-05-21 ..There is not much to say, the plant continues to grow and seems to like his little house 😋 Day 3 17-05-21 The girl is loving her life! 🌱💚 today I added (1g/1L) of Micro-vita to the recipe, to ensure that it is able to assimilate better nutrients and it has beneficial bacteria and fungi available for the protection of roots and for general plants growth. [Germination: 07/06 - 13/06] For germination, I followed a scientific article (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33732764/) that describes a method with a high success rate. Here it is: 1. Prepare a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution. 2. Leave the seed in the solution for 18–24 hours, no longer. 3. Use the normal paper towel method. Do this in a clean environment, avoid touching the seeds directly, use gloves if possible, and clean everything. I started the process on the 7th of June 2026, with 7 seeds. After three days, all of them germinated, and I placed them in a Jiffy Pellet.

Last week I neglected the fertigation beyond the low humidity all that delayed the first topping and leaf burned the most thirsty girls, by the end of the week I had already recovered them and succed topping, they are looking very healthy.

She was taken down 09/02/24 She dried for 9 days at what was hoped to had been around 60/60 but the temperature was between 72 up to 80 at one point, with the average being around 76. This was not ideal, and made drying faster than I had hoped. Nonetheless, seems as though she turned out fine. I was worried about the smell not being ideal etc. Alls good. Phew. I’ve trimmed her up and she’s in jars now to cure. Humidity is sitting at 59. Trimming her was pretty easy.. and I hate to trim. She was much more bud than leaf thankfully. Buds are good sized, dense, sticky, and frosty. As for now, not getting any smells of bananas lol. I guess maybe the cure could change that. Guess we’ll see. Will finish smoke report after some curing/smoking

Starting to see the results from the LST now hopefully I still got a few weeks of veg left to fill the pots out some more. I'm watering every 3 days both are having 1.5liters each I'm following the bio bizz feed chart for soil they seem to be pretty happy at the mo! Easy week, the plant is growing fast. Only feeding water for a few more weeks. Will start training next week and maybe top if needed. Nothing else to say, this is the boring part.

Plants came back out of their 36 hours of darkness and were a little droopy, so I made the decision to put them outside for the first day of light. Unfortunately they suffered from wind burn so I brought them back to the tent. Foliar fed the plants daily at 400PPM.

2/6: Amnesia 3 is just about 6 inches tall now. Trainwreck is only a couple inches behind. Still keeping the temps between 73-82 and the humidity in the mid to low 70s. After thoroughly watering the very healthy, young tomato plant that coesxists in the tent, the tips of some of the leaves turned yellow. That makes me wonder if soaking the soil for the first time since transplant caused a bit of nutrient burn. I'm going to avoid any nutrients the first time I water Amnesia 3 and Trainwreck fully, to avoid the same potential issue. They're not looking too thirsty yet though. 2/8: Amnesia 3 is tall enough and has a thick enough main stem to start slowly low stress training with a rubber coated gardening wire. I pre-drilled holes in my buckets for this occasion, and the wire fits well. Each day for the next week I'll gently pull the wire to slowly bend the main stem downwards, similar to how braces work on teeth: a long, slow procedure. 2/9: Woke up to Trainwreck's leaf tips pointing downwards, so I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it its first watering. I siphoned up a bit of the runoff water, and it came back at a PH of 4! That's not good; however, after researching a bit, it's likely that I could have siphoned up a pocket of low PH nutrient-filled water, making my reading way off in terms of the PH of the whole slurry of runoff. If the leaves don't bounce back, I'm going to take that as a potential sign of Nitrogen toxicity and will monitor more closely. Will probably make plans for a flush if it progresses any worse than downward leaves. Nitrogen toxicity can cause fragile, dark green leaves that point down in a shape similar to a claw, among other symptoms. 2/12: Watered Amnesia 3 for the first time since transplant. Getting taller and less bushy in some spots, so I may turn up the lights from 60 to 75% tomorrow, to see if I can increase some more growth. But before, I want to make sure this watering doesn't cause any nute burn from the soil.

Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green and I'm starting to see nice bud sites developing! I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine this week and think it should be fairly smooth sailing from here. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. You do not need to alternate between metal halides (for growth) and sodiums (for flowering). That is an oversimplification of the plant's light requirements. Une tige haute sera peut-être plus facile a gérer en Lst. J'améliore mon système petit a petit. Il y a beaucoup à faire encore .
