No major changes this week but the plant is still taking 2ltrs of water every 2nd night. I have stopped giving nutrients now so it’s just getting Ph’d water. Some of the lower leaves are turning yellow as expected. From this week on I’ll be dropping the temperature a bit during lights out to help produce more trichomes and also turn it a bit more purple.

Hi Growmies! They ladies are doing good. They stopped taking up nutes and are getting milky trychoms. So I reduce light by an hour. Still no problems so I'm very pleased with the genetics provided by Barney's Farm. No herming ,very nice smell.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This Purple Punch didn't break soil until 4 days from getting wet. I ended up with a slightly mutated Purple Punch Seedling as she has 3 Cotyledons instead of 2. I have friends who have had this and they told me they turned out just fine yield and terp wise just really based more on the phenotype than the fact that it was genetically mutated. She is in a Solo Cup in ProMix/Perlite under the Spectrum X at 30% Power which is 230 Watts in V1 or Veg Mode. Very happy so far with the light as it is keeping all nodes tight and all leafs green and pointed upwards. I will also this Purple Punch's roots to fill the solo cup and then I will transplant her into a final 3.4 gallon airpot and hook her up to an auto feeding halo coming from a reservoir. When a plants roots are just fertigated in soil they are lacking in oxygen until some drying takes place. In Coco Coir, they have the perfect ratio of H20/Oxygen just after watering and as long as the Coir stays somewhat saturated. This is why high frequency fertigation pays off in coco coir. My plan is to top her one time by day 28 or so at the latest, or at least before she starts flowering, so whatever node that will be depends on her growth between now and then. Sie wächst auf eine Art, die ich bei Green Gelato Auto schonmal beobachten durfte, so Fuchsschwanz mäßig und langgezogen. Erinnert mich an den Versuch den ich zur Legalisierung gemacht habe. Aber diesmal ist ja alles anders, ich wende bei ihr zum ersten Mal die MTRC-Technick an. Well, week 9 of flower in the books and she is done as of this posting on 5/19 (day 63). She finished up well and the trichome development has nice mix of milky with a little amber. She's is extremely frosty and gives off a super strong smell of fruity goodness. She'll be cut down today, so stay tuned for the subsequent harvest report and pics. All in all, first time DWC bucket grow went well, in my estimation. It's a lot of work, but the results speak for themselves. I learned a lot with respect to monitoring ph, ppm, and ppfd readings, as well as reading my plant for visual cues. I eventually understood I needed daily readings b/c growing hydro conditions can change on a dime, especially for someone new to this growing method. But once I found my stride, the process became easier. Another lesson learned was how much space is needed for vegetative and flower stretch. I literally had to move the buckets from the original 2x4 tent to the larger 3x3. And that is where she finished up. First time growing using Ethos seeds, which

102.5g dry, top nug 13.3gs dry. Absolute beast of a plant especially as a freebie, had a good bit of fun with this one and it’s nice seeing improvement through each plant.

This was my first time using plagron. I dropped the ball on it. I had lots of issues with getting the right amount of nutrition with the level of irrigation I use. The yield will be low but it should still have some kick. I did harvest this for bubble hash as fresh frozen but after my first two runs, I'm not so sure about that lol. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve, especially handwashing and not the coldest temperature yet to work with although I did get the studio down to 45°. I think I'm probably just gonna do some edibles with this or something. I'm going to convert the wet weight to the dry weight would be just to get an idea.

This week was great the smell is very pungent, I've been giving the CO2 lights are (I believe) adequate over 200 true watts on 2 plants started with purpinator as well as adjusting the ph and dropping the temperature. And the added spectrum. Try to get to the Anthocyanins and adjust my colors

Frosty’s purple freak is on its 4th week since 12/12 light cycle switch with the plant stretching daily and the white pistols are more noticeable on each node and side branch with the first frosty layer of thrichomes have appeared

Lots of preflowers and already frosty AF. They are just now turning from pre's to buds.. I am also mimicking insects as crazy as that sounds.. Every other day I cut few leaves off, or slice off some leaf tips.. Besides cold nights I think that's a good way to make them think they have to defend themselves. Haven't had any health issues or insect issues thank God. The two girls I transplanted late are looking good didn't slows down. If anything they looked like they are happier, leaves up and creating tri's all over. About four weeks to go, But once again things are good to go.
