Week 1: Transition to Flowering Welcome to the fifth weekly update of our cannabis cultivation journey in Germany! As we transition from the vegetative stage to the flowering stage, our strains—Pulp Friction, Cookies Haze, Eleven Roses, Poddy Mouth, Critical Lemon Kush, and OG Kush—are ready for the next phase of their growth. Before entering the flowering stage, we took a few important steps to prepare the plants for optimal flowering. Key Developments: 1. Pre-Flowering Preparation: - The plants were defoliated to remove excess leaves and improve light penetration and airflow. - Each plant was repositioned to ensure they have ample space and light exposure. 2. Growing Medium and Setup: - The plants are grown in a mix of living soil, coco coir, perlite, and clay pebbles. - The soil mix includes mycorrhizal fungi cultures to support healthy root development. 3. Watering and Nutrient System: - The plants are watered from the bottom using an AutoPot system, which provides a consistent supply of nutrient solution. - The pots are equipped with air domes connected to an air pump, delivering oxygen directly to the roots to enhance growth. Steps Taken: 1. Defoliation and Positioning: - Carefully removed excess fan leaves to improve light distribution and airflow within the canopy. - Repositioned the plants to ensure each one has enough space to grow and receive adequate light. 2. Watering and Nutrient Management: - Set up the AutoPot system to supply a balanced nutrient solution to the plants. - Ensured the nutrient solution is appropriate for the flowering stage, with a focus on supporting bud development. 3. Air Domes and Oxygenation: - Connected the air domes to an air pump to deliver oxygen to the root zone. - Monitored the air pump to ensure consistent oxygen flow to the roots. Next Steps: - Monitor the plants closely for signs of flowering and adjust the light cycle to 12 hours on and 12 hours off to initiate and support flowering. - Continue to observe the plants for any signs of nutrient deficiencies or excesses and adjust the feeding regimen as needed. - Ensure the AutoPot system and air domes are functioning properly to maintain optimal hydration and oxygenation. Stay tuned for next week’s update, where we’ll discuss the progress of the first week of flowering and any adjustments made to the care routine. Feel free to ask any questions or share your own experiences in the comments below!

12/6 Week 16 The girls are slowly finishing waiting on more bud closure before flushing, trics are fine. May notice we dont so much flush as just remove nuets continuing 10-20% runoff and let the plant use up stores. 12/7 FF10 still has not closed up, not close, the 9 and 11 were pretty clearly done. These just wont stop so I wont mess with the nuets Not a lot of fade very slight 12/8 Slowing but still going 12/9 Putting FFT-11-1 on flush (front plant) this evening, she is there. At least a week 12/11 Putting FFT-11-2 into flush not because she is done but because if the buds get any bigger she is going to break. Triple caged her keep it from happening now.

Welcome to another episode of Growfessor theatre, 4x8 edition! Week 3F, ladies are doing good. Added B-52 to the nute mix, LSD, Green Crack and Divine storm are hungry! Did some defoliation. Thanks for stopping by growfessors, tune in next time! 👽🌳💚

Watering less at a time but more often now. Spent some time twisting the main stem to assist in bending her over. Secured down between the first and second node of 3 currently. Stem is very rigid so I moved some soil around the base to relieve some stress on the base. LST seems to be doing great since I was forced to move the tie downs from the main stem to the fan leaves. Watering with Real Growers Recharge on 5/2/22.

For my second grow, I am OVER THE MOON!! I just yielded 16.1 ounces (wet trimmed) from a single lady in a small 23"x19" x 48" DIY tent. The strain; Mandarin Cookies v2 from Ethos Genetics, was very easy to manage and did not have any issues even in my small space. It was really difficult to determine the run time, it suggested 9 weeks from the breeder, I ended up going almost 13 weeks!! the trichomes stayed white

Learned a bit this first week. Switched up the set up in the tent a few times and didn't take light adjustment into consideration. Feeling like the plant on the left could stretch a bit more but keeping the light around 24" should so the trick. Also, fed way too heavy the initial feeding switching from CannaStart to A&B. Minor signs of nute burn is coming into play with the tips but I dropped from 800+ PPM down to 5-600PPM 😆🤦‍♂️. Taking notes on each feeding including Ph, PPM and EC so I'm cool with going through some lessons on this first run. Either way I think they're truckin right along! Sitting on Day 12 from seed, I honestly feel like they're crankin! Any comments, questions or suggestions are welcome!

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil to be spread evenly on top of the soil Day 1 we had a high temperature of 80°F. The skies were partly cloudy with a healthy breeze. I water 2-2.5 gallons today. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 79 and partly cloudy skies. This cooler weather has been nice. I watered 2-3 gallons each pot once. Day 3 we had high temperature of 92°F. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 85°F. Skies were cloudy to overcast with off and on rain until noon. Then partly cloudy in the afternoon. I added 50ml of blood meal and 50ml of iron spread evenly across the tops of the pots. No watering today. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 86°F, a short rain shower, with cloudy to partly cloudy skies. Watering done today by the rain. Day 6 we had high temperature of 81°F skies were cloudy to partly cloudy. We had some intermittent heavy rain so everyone was watered by nature today. Day 7 we had high temperature of 85° F, with sunny skies. I watered 3-5 gallons each plant from the water hose. This week was a success. These girls have really added some height. I need to do more work shaping these. They began to run low on nutes. The built of phosphorus from the recycled soil is beginning to play out finally. I added 45ml coop poop and 50ml plant tone spread evenly across the top of the soil. We had our first signs of flower today. I love these fast flowers

I am still not happy with the ‘Blue Dream’, it continues to develop but shows burns on the tips of the leaves. The curled leaves are also a mystery to me! The fertilisation is identical for both plants, the Moby Dick shows none of these symptoms in comparison. Parallel to this grow, I have another plant that also does not show these symptoms when fertilised. We'll see how it continues!

Start making flowers Adjust the light from 12 hours to 11 hours instead. Wait to observe the flowering Add LED lights to the lower part of the plant so that the lower flowers receive light.

Sorry for the long delay, but wasn't sure if I was gonna finish this runoe n Moved everything down to my flower room and finally flipped to flower. Humidity is extremely low so I recently added a ideal aire 75 pint unit to try n help fight. Since last cycle, I got 4 new 640 watt LEDs, 6 100 watt inter-canopy lights, added 2 20 pound co2 tanks, and added an 8 inch intake fan to help control the. CO2. Ended up with 24 plants, 15 strains (got way 2 carried away with buying seeds this year lol). Since I'm gonna retire my 2 fav strains, I wanted to cast a wide net and find worthy successors.
