25 Sep 2021 Today I’m starting Week 12 of this grow, and I couldn’t be happier. My 3 Ladies are looking great! I’m not seeing any negative signs that they’re not loving the increased nutrients. 👍🏻 so far, so good. I’ve moved up to step 7 of my 6 - part Flora Trio feed chart. It doesn’t change anything, so I figured I might as well. They will be getting the same amount they received the last feeding. They received: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH of all 3 gallons was 6.2. I added 2.2ml of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.7 in all 3 gallons. The runoff ph was different for each (of course). C1 was 5.8, C2 was 6.0, and C3 was 5.7. 🤷‍♂️ Everything is going great, so…… If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. I read an article about “popcorn buds” yesterday, and the importance of pruning them to get the main colas to fatten up better. I figured I’d give it a try, why not. Most of the popcorn buds go into the trim bag anyway, so why not, what do I have to lose? Hopefully not my perfectly healthy plants! The worry is hurting the plants more than helping them. I trimmed all of the small, lower branches off, as well as many of the smaller branches in the middle that don’t really receive any direct light. The stack was quite big once I was finished. You can see it on the video log I uploaded today. The temperature in the grow tent today was 84F, with humidity at 54%. I have the best of hope for a wonderful grow, but I just hope that they respond well to all of the trimming I’ve done today. We’ll have to just wait and see. Happy growing Growmies! 28 Sep 2021 What’s up Growmies! I have good news…. My plants are still alive and doing well! I was a little nervous after the last feeding and pruning session, but my babies are doing quite well. The last three days have shown an absolute explosion in pistil development all over all 3 plants! Some of the nodes are showing white and pink pistils, and their growth is lovely. They seem to be responding well to the full nutrient levels, but there are some mild signs of nutrient burn, but only on a few leaves. Most of the plants are still looking marvelous. I’m very happy with how they’re growing and to how they have responded to my trimming 3 days ago. I haven’t changed anything in their feeding from last time, so I’m just going to list it out here for you all to see. They each received the same amount in their own gallon of water. Each plant took the whole gallon, and the runoff was as expected. Each plant received: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH for all 3 was: 6.2, so I added 2.2ml’s of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.7 for all 3 as well. My new TDS meter will be here Friday, so all I have for the runoff is the pH. C1 was 5.8, C2 was 6.0, and C3 was 5.6. I’m going to stop fretting over the runoff pH because it really doesn’t seem to matter a whole lot. However, I’ll still keep track of it nonetheless. Happy growing! 01 Oct 2021 Today I finally received my new TDS meter, and it stopped working after the first use! I was like, “Damn! WTF!!” For real, no bullshit. It sucks. Anyway; I just felt like sharing my woes with you all. Most likely it’s just me typing to myself. Today my lovely ladies got the same that they’ve been getting for the past couple weeks. CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH of all 3 was 6.2. I added 2.2ml’s of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.7 for all 3. The one time my new TDS meter worked, the TDS of C1 was 711 ppm. It stopped working after that. The runoff pH was C1 - 5.8, C2 - 6.1, and C3 - 5.7. The temperature in the tent was 84F, and humidity was 47%. My girls are looking wonderful, but there is some nutrient burn as I mentioned the other day. It hasn’t increased, which is good, but some of the larger fan leaves look like they’re losing a little color. The pistils all over the buds are growing even more, and the light pink hairs are now becoming numerous. They’re very pretty and look healthy. I’m smoking their Mother right now, which gives me happy thoughts for a wonderful harvest of her children soon to come. 😍🤞 I moved them all out of the tent briefly today for some cleanup and repositioning. They look good standing alone as much as when they’re together. I moved the fans around to give them more space and to improve ventilation and light distribution. I also did some LST on C1 and C2. I tied some of their longer, yet lower branches up to make them look up to the light instead of being toward the side. 🤷‍♂️ we’ll see if it makes a difference or not. D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. No signs of flowering yet, maybe slight formation of calxys beginning. Been spraying with molasses, neem, cal mag and liquid kelp (bioweed) and superthrive just once to hopefully delay flowering to increase yield. P.S. if youre new at growing DO NOT try this unless you know what your doing with hormones etc. Theres a chance it can turn your girls hermie. Just be aware!

Clementine Slush #5: She is green, stout, and producing a beautiful shape! I think she is a perfect size for the 3.9 gallon autopot, and she is already drinking from the autopot base, as I gave her 800 ml over 5 hours and she brought it all into her roots! Absolutely perfect and ahead of the tent. I love Mykos at transplant. I have been training her out to get that bush shape, and she is looking great and taking to that shape well. Tent-Wide Updates: With the big transplant past us, week 6 was focused on LST across the tent and preparing for turning the Autopot system on by getting the root zones prepared and mass growing as much as possible. My strategy for training is going to be getting individual ScrOGs going within each pot's "Zone" within the tent, using gardening wire first, but eventually using tall bamboo sticks and more wire to train each plant within a certain zone while also keeping the plant mobile. While I am not quite there yet, I have focused on widening out each plant's canopy as they being to take to their new home, and over the nex week, I will test each plant by adding a bit of water to each autopot base to see if they have their lower roots ready to absorb some solution. If so, we will turn on the autopots and bear witness to the famed boom! On day 40, I did 1 liter of water in each pot with the following solution recipe: 1 Gallon RO Water .5 ml Ventana Plant Science Structure 2 ml Ventana Plant Science Grow 7 ml Ventana Plant Science Support ec 1.0 ph 5.7 They took to the water well! Additionally, I turned on our Airdomes across the tent. I started low for about 3 hours each day just to avoid too much stress, and I increased them 1 hour each day until I upped it to mostly on the entire time of daylight. They definitely enjoyed the extra oxygen! Heading into week 7, I will activate the autopots and Veg into week 8. I expect a week 9 flip to flower and hopefully a x 4 boom in growth!

Jdu do květu tento týden mi začíná pořádná zábava, pokoukáníčko, vyvoňený byt a radost na čím dál tím větší úrovni!! Tento týden jsem ve 42 den udělal defoliaci pravé a dal jsem jí síť. Levá mě furt tak nějak trápí protože pořád nechce přepnout do květu. Nevím možná tý levý nebudu moct dát síť a snad se nezhermí... PK 13 14 jsem dal až včera a jenom pravé, protože už má docela pěkný květy, taaak ať jede bomby. Uvažuji jestli a jak hodně to případně defoliovat dál, tu pravou, u té se bojím víc jak u té levé tam je jasné že nějaká defoliace bude muset proběhnout ale otázkou je kdy?A jak moc...?

So, day 65 of the 🔅Root66 auto project🔅 and this is the last update before harvest: ❎- GSC (2) are the only plants that didn't make it so we didn't defol --> 15-20 days late. Strong plants, high ppm feeding --> no probs at all.[Same phenos]. ☑️- Cream mandarine xl (4) more than a week (10 days) before maturity. Besides that CMxl is a great yielder, tall plant with light brunches. Average ppm needed. ✅- Jack 47 (4) 5 days before maturity but that's enough for these Jacks to pass the test. Smell is unique (pineapple), no stress probs, really dwarf plants.[Same phenos]. ✅- Gorilla Glue (2) pass the test and ready for harvest. Not what I really expected, average yield,growth etc. ✅- Fast berry (3) pass the 66 project. We had 2 phenos (2 green and 1 purple), beautiful plants with great aromas. Nitrogen issues, don't overfeed. ✅- Crystal Meth (3) pass the test from day 60🤯, 2 phenos. We experimented with these. The green one (with a little purple inside) had a topping and is already mature one week before the end of the project, purple #1 just defol and purple #2 supercroping. A really fast strain, good yield n hungry.

The Hobbit Hole Outdoor Grow 2026 – Woche 9 Eine weitere Woche liegt hinter dem Hobbit Hole und trotz zwei Tagen mit anhaltendem Regen entwickelt sich der Outdoor-Grow weiterhin hervorragend. Natürlich war ich etwas nervös, denn ohne festes Dach über den Pflanzen steigt in dieser Blütephase das Risiko für Schimmel deutlich an. Umso erleichterter war ich, als alle drei Ladies nach dem Wetter vollständig abgetrocknet waren. Bei der Kontrolle konnte ich keinerlei Anzeichen von Bud Rot oder anderer Fäulnis entdecken – genau so hatte ich es mir erhofft. Gelato bleibt weiterhin die Spitzenreiterin. Sie ist nach wie vor die am weitesten entwickelte Pflanze und ihre Hauptcola legt inzwischen sichtbar an Volumen zu. Auch die Seitenblüten werden Woche für Woche kräftiger. Im unteren Bereich beginnen inzwischen einige der ältesten Fächerblätter gelb zu werden. Da ausschließlich die älteren Blätter betroffen sind und die Blüten selbst kerngesund aussehen, werte ich das als normalen Nährstoffumschichtungsprozess während der Blüte. Die ersten vereinzelten bernsteinfarbenen Trichome lassen sich bereits entdecken, insgesamt dominiert aber noch ein milchiges Bild. Bis zur Ernte wird sie also noch etwas Zeit brauchen. Cinderella entwickelt sich immer mehr zur Harzkönigin des Hobbit Holes. Schon jetzt sind die Zuckerblätter extrem dicht mit Trichomen überzogen und jedes Makrofoto macht einfach Spaß. Sie wirkt insgesamt etwas schlanker als die Gelato, gleicht das aber mit einer beeindruckenden Harzproduktion aus. Ich bin sehr gespannt, wie stark die Blüten in den nächsten Wochen noch anschwellen werden. Purple Punch holt ebenfalls weiter auf. Die Colas wirken inzwischen deutlich kompakter als noch vor wenigen Wochen und die ersten dunkleren Farbtöne zeigen sich bereits an einzelnen Zuckerblättern. Sie entwickelt ihren ganz eigenen Charakter und könnte am Ende geschmacklich noch eine echte Überraschung werden. Auch bei der Düngung gab es eine kleine Anpassung. Da sich im Bereich des Hobbit Holes Brombeeren und wilder Wein ebenfalls über die Nährstoffe freuen, werde ich künftig bei jedem zweiten Gießen nach Hesi-Schema düngen, um den zusätzlichen Verbrauch im Boden auszugleichen. Insgesamt bin ich mit Woche 9 mehr als zufrieden. Nach den Regentagen sehen alle drei Pflanzen gesund aus, die Blüten legen sichtbar an Masse zu und die Harzproduktion nimmt Woche für Woche weiter zu. Jetzt beginnt die Phase, in der sich Geduld auszahlen wird – die nächsten Wochen werden entscheiden, welches Potenzial wirklich in den drei Ladies steckt.

Week 6 is coming to an end. Some very explosive growth over the past few weeks. The biology in my garden must be on point! Haven’t really switched things up that much. Did some more LST/HST and added some molasses in my last watering. Will be flipping to flower once week 8 is upon me. Till next week! ✌️🏾

This was an amazing experience for my first grow. Was super unsure of what I was going to yield, but I think 27 grams is a realistic harvest and Im looking forward to see if I can get bit larger of a yield on the next run. I want to try main-lining, see for better energy distribution and more equal bud growth. Also investment into a proper reflector and possibly enclosed space. Note- I trimmed my plant the night before harvest morning. I removed than fan leaves to start, and then proceeded to trim the plant. I pulled out a lot of the leaves with no frost by hand. The sugar leaves had so much crystal on it I thought I would leave the smaller ones on the bud. I gave it a light trim, and used all the trim to make Isopropyl Alcahol (99%) based extract. Got about 1 gram from the run. I also had a nice little ball of finger charas from the trimming. I harvested it in the morning at about 04:30 am before the light cycle triggered at 7am. She hung and dried for about a week, where I then chopped her into buds. She cured for 2 weeks before i started smoking. Ask anything you want to know! Or if I can be more clear on any areas of the grow! One Love!
