DAY 34 of flower🌸🌼 TALL PHENO BEST PHENO BY FAR

Set 1&2 are out the green house in an outdoor setting but still under light....did some transplanting gonna do the rest in the upcoming week hopefully n maybe take some cuts other than that everything else running smooth Harvest the mother tree at the beginning of the week with would be about 6 weeks....took a few samples n she's hitting to say only dry a few days scent, flavor and effect are on point....still curing her out

Day 8: Woke up and checked on the ladies, they were bone dry. Hit em with 70 ml of AN Coco Grow diluted in my mix. Day 9: Got the new lights in today and hooked up. Girls are looking pretty good I think. Still letting em dry out a little. Gonna add a shot of Great White on next water. No nutes will be in this shot. Day 10: Still looking good. Had to stack some loose Coco around a couple as they had a good stretch going and were leaning pretty good. Also noticed a couple of brown spots on the leaves. I am led to believe after asking questions and researching, it is more than likely nute burn? No more nutes for these girls for a while. I also got a humidifier to raise humidity as it was pretty low. Day 11: These girls almost double in size every day! They would probably be a little bigger if I hadn't of tried to give em a drink of nutes earlier on! Lesson learned!! Not bad for 6 days out of the ground regardless though, I think. Got a humidifier in the tent and it stays around 50% now. Other than last night it got up to 73%. I need to get that fixed. Day 12: Nothing new to update other than they look healthy. Think I am gonna let them dry out a touch more before watering. Day 13: Gave the girls 1 cup of ph 6.0 water this morning. Thermostat battery went out and lucky my girl caught it in time. Temp got to 86° for a couple of hours. Opened the tent for an hour to get the temp back down. Humidity has been hovering around 50% for the most part. Minor fluctuations here and there. Girls are looking good for 8 days out of the earth though!! 💪 Day 14: Looking like they need another drink, dry down to around 1" deep. Gave em 2.25 cups with super diluted Coco Grow and a touch of Great White. 😳 They are doing great! 👍 Looking forward to see what week 3 has in store! Going to build a support to add my 2 CREE lights back in along with the Mars lights.

Well I did some lst to enlarge flowers a little more. Day 76: that is actually a nice photoshoot! I love how these flowers are getting bigger every other day, and their shape is gorgeous already. The smell is now even stronger, so my air extractor needs to be always on!

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Took off some bigger fans that were just blocking bud sites and airflow. She’s short, but packing on the trichomes now and has a very unique smell! Terpene profile is very unique and smells great! ✌️💚🌿💨

Okay, that's it, I couldn't watch her suffering like that anymore. Her trichomes could've gone a little longer, but her overall appearance clearly was over it. The lack of aroma and stickiness from the trichomes worries me, but I do know how much she struggled during flower and that the nutrient availability in the soil was off, so I'm not really surprised. I've downgraded my expectations for the end result quite a bit over the last couple of weeks to a more realistic level considering the circumstances. For drying I'm trying something new - I've got a wine chiller, a poor man's Cannatrol, that I want to keep the temps low during drying in summer and for curing and storing in general. Curious to see what effect this has on the dried buds.

A more difficult week. I've been battling the water consumption on two of the girls. I ordered and hooked up the Blumats auto watering system. I followed the instructions to a T but they don't work on those settings for this type of plant. They must be recommending for succulents cause the girls dried out right away with the settings. So I've been slowing dialing it in the get the proper amount to release. This Gorilla Cookie is my problem child right now. She is so delicate. Underwatered all the time. Then when you water a bunch she's overwatered. It's a dumb situation. I've never ran into this. I just think she outgrew her pot too soon and could benefit from synthetic nutrients. Soo! Eventful week in the tent as I think I I have discovered a lot of my problems with slow growth. So I purchased an EC meter at the beginning of the week and decided to test my run off (rookie mistake this was the first run off since the air pot transfer) and it's fair to say my EC was EXTREMELY fu**ing high... like 3.6 high so this week the first flush I did quarter strength feed I got the run off down to 2.8 then next flush it came down to 2.2 at half strength and the last flush was half strength with an introduction to terpinator and the run off came down to 1.6. It's fair to say I have notice a incredible difference in growth I really want to switch over this week but I'm going to let the plants recover and flick the next week. Little bit worried about space but I love a challenge. Also been a bit of an expensive week as my carbon filter final packed up so I treat myself to a new ram air (6inch) Happy growing!
