little problem i had using neem oil. I practically cooked the leaves closest to the light. I strongly advise against using Neem oil, it is phytotoxic and does not let plants breathe.

Week 6 Vegetation - "Ruby's" rate of growth continued to increase near the beginning of the week. As expected, this plant is overtaking the twin plant in terms of growth rate now that the bushy triplicate foundation is developed. Kinda reminds me of the "Tortoise & Hare" story about slow and steady winning the race XD With the nodes stretching and growing quickly, I've started to implement tucking of the larger fan leaves under new and smaller shoots. I find this "new growth priority" method paired with LST really maximizes and speeds up the growth in comparison to an untrained plant. Merely anecdotal though! You'll notice that in the 3rd shot, the nodes stretched out in about 2 days and just ballooned! now that's what I'm talking about! nearing the middle of the week and the rate of growth is fast enough that I can't remember to take enough pictures between the new nodes. At this point I'm tucking new leaves almost daily, making paths for the light to reach new growth tips. By the end of the week, I'll need to start tying the nodes to the side before they stretch too far up. If they stretch too far before tying them, they can be a PITA to tie down later with dense foliage and such. Tying them down before they get to this point also keeps the nutrients moving to the "new side-nodes" from these branches. Eventually these will be just as thick as the original main stalk. Luckily this plant seems to be bulking just as much as stretching - yay! UPDATE: As you can see with the last photos added, the branches are almost even with the original top of the plant that was tied down. I gave them a thorough fertigation the night before, and only slight folding of the leaves so I must have choked the roots a bit, but nothing long term.

Los riegos son 1/1, uno con fertilizantes y otro con solo agua. Por el momento va todo bien, no se ven carencias ni ningún posible problema. La temperatura con el led apagado aumento un poco con la manta que compre pero aun no es suficiente, no puedo hacer nada más así que se mantendrá en esos rangos durante el cultivo. Day 106. Thought to go ballistics, but took like 100 leaves totally down and left them for good. I need to chop them ASAP if i want to squeeze one more grow, so all heavy training is canceled for this and for next grow. Tallest plants looks most matured and i am thinking of finishing feeding next week. August 23-25 is a chop day for most of the garden, one Tangie is a lot behind all other plants, but i am limited to time, so she will have very early chop. Happy Growing !!!

Hello Diary. The first week of vegetation is over. The plants thrive nicely, look healthy and satisfied. Watermelon grew 10 cm in the first week of vegetation. In addition to the nutrients that I mixed into the soil at planting, I started adding BioBizz’s Root-Juice. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, so the humidity varies between 50% and 60%. Along with Watermelon on the “farm” are two Purple Punch Auto, who keep him company, with one Purple Punch not sprouting right away so I had to repeat the germination. Let’s see what the first week looked like. 27/01/2021 - Day 1. Official first day of vegetation. 29/01/2021 - Day 3. Watering. I prepared 4 liters of water but each plant got about 1 liter. p.H. I regulated with Plagron’s Lemon Kick at 6.2. and added 4ml / lit Root-Juice from BioBizz. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 22.9 degrees and 50% humidity. 02/02/2021 - Day 7. Photographing and watering. After the photo shoot, I watered the plants, each getting about 1.5 lit. This time I didn't add any extras I just adjusted the p.H to 6.3. and the water temperature was 20.2 degrees.
