I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 91 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice. After three weeks in jar that smell has incremented a lot be aware if where you are it's not allowed to smoke because once you open that bag or container everybody knows you open one of those buds it is incredibly powerful smoke and it is very very smooth great strain to have. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #2 FBT #2206 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! * Starting this week with a final 🍃 defoliation, the plants responded really great after every training (LST, defoliation, lollipoping), eating and drinking like real champs 🏋️‍♀️ 🧗‍♂️. * Humidifier 🌪️ makes a real difference, through low humidity (40%-50%) we achieved better VPD -> more transpiration -> faster growth, the plants enjoying it. * Gemma's crystalize NPK for bloom, collaborates with the others boosters with no problem (reccomend separate mixtures when feeding). ℹ️ You can see the response on the plants after one day --> updated photos ℹ️ Later this week : The plants eating like beasts, watering almost every day, Buds progressing smoothly, Smells too and the canopy is pretty good in this (0.80m ×0.80m ×1.60m tent size) we are impressed with transpiration rate, game changer the humidifier present.

02/07 - Prepped for cloning - applied heavy defoliation - isolated clone cuttings - prepping 15 clones for 4x4 - running mother in veg for about 3 maybe 4 more weeks then flipping into flower (02/25).

Overall Development Week 4 marks the transition into mid-flower. Stretch has mostly stopped, and the plants are now directing energy into bud formation. The canopy remains uneven, with some taller, thinner phenotypes and others more compact and structured. Bud sites are clearly established across all main branches. Flower stacking is progressing steadily, and early cluster formation is visible on the tops. Plant Health & Observations • Significant yellowing on older fan leaves, especially mid-to-lower canopy. • Some plants appear pale green overall, indicating high nutrient demand during bulk transition. • One or two phenotypes remain darker green and structurally stronger. • Lower interior growth is lighter and less vigorous. • Selective removal of old yellow leaves was continued to improve airflow and light penetration. Despite visible leaf fade, bud development continues actively. Bud Development • Flower clusters are expanding and beginning to connect along the stems. • Pistil production is strong and consistent. • Buds are not yet dense but are clearly transitioning into the bulk phase. • Resin production is beginning to increase. This week represents the start of the main swelling period. Environmental Adjustments • Temperature reduced slightly (~1°C) to stabilize the flowering environment. • Airflow maintained across canopy level. • Canopy density moderately thinned to prevent moisture buildup. • Light coverage remains strong across the upper layer. Current Focus (Entering Week 5) • Support nutrient demand during bulk phase. • Prevent excessive early leaf loss. • Maintain stable humidity to protect developing flowers. • Monitor weaker phenotypes closely for further decline or nutrient imbalance. Overall, the crop is entering the critical mid-flower stage. The next two weeks will determine final bud density and structure.

Ok so i'm pretty sure i'm screwed......these plants are now going to be over the fence but it is what it is, had some help measuring the plants this time so the tape did fold and i know that it got to the base of the stalk as it's really hard to do by yourself with plants of this size: PP #1-74 inches #2-80.5 inches #3-82 inches OS #1-78 inches #2-75 inches #3-70 inches So i believe i'm running into a MG deficiency with these girls as well, i'll fill out the grow question for one lucky person to get some point for GOTM. Still waiting on my bag of gaia green 4-4-4, but i did give them some Basalt rock dust 1 cup and some Glacial rock dust 2 cups to try in help what i believe to be an MG deficiency. I didn't have enought to give them what i wanted to so i'll have to wait for that to come in as well or just pick up some rock dust on my way home from Halifax Seed. I under estimated fertilizers for this grow wasn't expecting them to get this big...... Woke up the other morning to a little bit of wind come from the west and the tops were doing some swaying so i had to run into town to the grow shop and pick up some trellis to secure the tops that arn't in the cage. I figured the best was to trellis them as i could only get two 5x30 nets what to just run one each over the tops and secure to the fence. I did work on cleaning some of the inside out but theres just so much it's hard to get everything done in two week with real life going on as well. So i've set up an automated curing system for when these ladies are done. I'll have an air pump hooked up to a timer, then the pump will run into a 12 valve manifold, there will be 12 bucket. each valve will have it's own bucket. each bucket has a one way check valve going into the bottom of the bucket into a perforated hose that will cure around the bottom of the bucket. so the fresh air will rise up thru the bucket. at the top of the bucket will be an outlet with a one way check valve. the buckets have Gama seal lids that screw on with gaskets so it gives you an air tight seal. So having the timer set to twice a day for the first two weeks then adjust to once a day everyday for a few more weeks everything should be on cruse control, no more burping jars if everything works like it's supposed to!

Hello fellow growers, I am pleased to start this new journey with you. I am also particularly excited since I am going to grow a Mephisto Genetics strain for the very first time, the famous Double Grape. I know you shouldn't believe the hype, as Public Enemy used to say, but it's hard to ignore the dithyrambic reviews when it comes to Mephisto. I sowed the seed directly in the substrate and it was popping out 3 days later. Right now the seedling is under my Mars Hydro TS1000, brightness set at 25%, lights are 80cm away. During my last grows I set it up to the max at all stages of growth, this time I decided to proceed differently and increase gradually.
