Day 23 - Annoyingly, one of the main shoots snapped off after I pegged it down. It was fine when I left it, but as it is such a vigorous grower, it snapped off under the pressure of its own growth. All is not lost, as I will top it 4 times instead of my usual 3, to make up for the lost buds. This plant appears to be a BEAST so I think she can take it no problem. I should end up with 24 glorious main colas and a load of b-grade for the hash making pile! I gave her around 2 litres of treated water (see germ page for details). Around 500ml directly into the base of the plant, and the rest spread around the pot. It's important during this late vegging stage to water into the edges of the pot as much as possible, and encourage maximal root spread. Big roots = big fruits She's starting to smell earthy! Day 28 - she doesn't need any water today. The pot is still heavy. She's growing fast, so I'm confident I can top her one more time. I've pegged down 4 of the arms into a circle shape around the edge, and tied two arms together pointing vertically straight up. It should look stunning in a couple of weeks!

With the water I was going from 50/100ml slow to the 400/500,so I'm changing time to time my water until they are big enough and then I only feed 1/1,5L water,That's how it goes every time I'm growing the water cycle

Week 5 done and the OG Kush is growing at a steady pace. She got some pruning and adjusting and has sprouted a bunch of viable side shutes. Still on the fence if I'm keeping any, but I will most likely tie down the mains to my catch pan due to the plant exceeding the width of the pot by about 3 inches. Bloom slow release should be available to the roots during the next week. 1 more week of vegging under the 100w ac110 then onto the big girl tent.

Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 77°F. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 81°F with partly cloudy skies. We missed the 50% chance of rain today. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot, once. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 71°F with cloudy overcast skies. It's rained most of the morning with more rain in the forecast. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 77°F. We had a big front move through today. It been raining and overcast all day. The girls seem to be loving it, but I'll need to treat for powdery mildew again ASAP. Day 5 we had a high temperature today of 83° F. Skies were cloudy to partly cloudy and it rained for several hours. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 91°F. We had rain overnight and early morning. The skies were partly cloudy and I didn't have to water today. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 90°F. Skies were sunny and I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. I treated with Growers Ally Fungicide just before dark. This week was a success. We had lots of rain and cool temperatures. The powdery mildew flared up a little as I didn't treat because of the daily rain. We finished our The week with warmer temps and sunshine. The girls have slowed down their upward growth and have almost transitioned to generative phase one or flower. They're starting to smell citrusy.

Week 13 took my second plant. 30 gram top wet. Will take 3rd plant in a day or 2. 4th plant still week behind but looks more like 2. Plants only drinking ph water @ 1 gallon every 3-4 days.

White hairs are growing. I see at least 10 bud sites. Had issues with thrips, but used diatomaceous earth to get rid of them.

Into their second week of flowering and holy hell. The dark devil is going crazy !!! I can't believe at how fast it's flowering. The buds seem to double in size daily. I am going to boost the feeding to every other watering. Instead of the every third day feeding them. The dark devil i mainlined seems to be on the exact same schedule as the control plant her flowering period happened pretty quickly idk if i would mainline again.
