Waiting for their flowering.😎

Wow what a week this has been, the plants have all undergone fair dramatic changes. A real flurry of leaf yellowing, pistil darkening/curling, and bug swelling. The smell is really coming along now, I think we're really quite close to harvest. On the assumption that pre-flowering was two weeks, this strain should be ready at the end of week seven flowering, so in the case of this diary the end of week nine (i.e. one week to go!). Pistils are about 70-80% amber, and the lower pistils on buds have started curling inward. Trichomes look to me to be something like 10% clear 80% Milky 10% White. I have smoke tested a small bud off the lower part of plant 3 today after quick-drying overnight in the airing cupboard, taking into consideration the obvious chlorophyll from the fast dry, the high was much closer to what I am expecting than the last smoke test. It came on at the normal pace, was quite effective, and lasted a good while. I am really hoping I can navigate my way through the next process, as I feel quite close now to having some home grown bud for the first time. The plants are being well watered this evening with just water, and this will be the last time that I water them until harvest. I will continue to monitor these daily, I intend to harvest at the first sign of any amber trichome. Advice and comments welcomed. P.S. Exciting news! Week 17

Formerly "Outdoor Spring Failure (Autos)" ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── 11/06/2021 Day 70 - First day of the 11th week. Last update before harvest. Lot of sun but also lot of rain this week. Had to check weather constantly to move the babies in the shelter in case of storm, since I don't want water causing moisture in the buds. I reported the usual temperatures graph provided by a national meteorological society. They are so cute. - DD ( PS. I'm using stupid diary info (lamp distance growing outdoor, nutrient = none, ...) because of how GD algorithm work. Sorry for this. )

high! Thanks for checking out my grow. I might not be the most organized grower here but I try lmao. This is the second round with this strain. As you can see my diary stars with flowering as I had started with clones from my last grow. I hope to keep this updated regularly however life(kids,work,wife) trump everything. We are at 21 days from these girls breaking the surface and they are making progress. I noticed at the beginning of the week that they were a little overdosed on nitrogen so I added 2 gallons of tap water to the reservoir and adjusted the ph to 6. They are still looking a little heavy on N but their growth rate is going great so I think it should balance out by the end of next week. I dont plan on doing a water change until I flower them. I left the plants alone most of the week. Tied most of them down to spread them out and defoliated a few lower leaves on day 20. The branches on most of these plants are thick and solid already. They don't budge easily. Bananasicle is looking pretty funky with uneven branch and node growth but we are just going to push forward. Still pumping nutrients and beaming light 24 hours a day. I'm thinking day 28 we will switch them to flower and see if any of these ladies can bring some❄️🔥💨

Vegetative Woche 3: Tag 29 gab es das erste LST nach dem Umtopfen für die Ladys, damit sie das Zelt bald schön ausfüllen zu viert 😊 Hierfür einfach bodenhaken für die Triebe und am Hauptstamm nutze ich gerne die roten Clips. Tag 30+31 gab es nichts besonderes zu tun 😊 Tag 32 wurde das erste Mal gegossen nach dem Umtopfen mit 2l ph 6.2 Wasser mit 0,8g/l Enhancer, das Wasser habe ich zum ersten Mal mit meiner neuen Akkugießlanze verteilt und ich hoffe so noch gleichmäßiger gießen zu können 😊 Tag 33 wurden wieder mit LST gearbeitet und die Triebe mit den Bodenhaken weiter nach außen gebogen, damit ich möglichst bald ein relativ gleichmäßiges Blätterdach habe welches die gesamte Grundfläche des Zeltes ausfüllt. Tag 34 war wieder Ruhetag Tag 35 wurde wieder gegossen und zwar wieder mit 2l pro Pflanze mit ph Wert von 6.2 und 1ml/l Calmag und auch hier wurde zum Gießen di Akkulanze verwendet. One of the plants had some nutrient burn so I tried to flush her with plain water. I dont give her nutrients till she is good. The problem is that she got it from a fertilized soil layer which I put on the bottom of the pot. Sooo hopefully she is recovering. I'm scared that the other plant has also enough nutrients so this week I dont feed her at all. Lets see how she does next week. Buds are doing well on plant 1. Plant 2 is a little bit behind.

Day 152 from seed ( 98 days since I changed photoperiod) and I'm harvesting after one week flush. A few buds seemed to have started decaying inexplicably, like burned, and had acquired a grayish- brownish coloration that I didn't like at all. I think she's caught a fungus. Besides I also think spider mites have done they job well because I was amazed at the extent they had sucked the sap on almost every leaf of the plant, fan leaves mostly. They have weakened the plant so much that she may be int he process of a more terrible thing that could be fungi. Back to spider mites, it is indeed nasty to see the damage this pest has done so far, because I see they have chewed almost -if not all- leaves, and fortunately they hadn't started to form webs, which I abhore seeing. I had started to see adult spider mite forms into the very inside of buds, while I was inspecting the thricomes, so before this nasty pest would eat up my precious buds, or any other cause (mold, etc) I took the decision to flush and harvest her progressively. First I'd harvest the most ripen buds or those that show signs of decaying and leave to the end the most immature (those that were far from lights, which are terminal and very big and dense though a but immature and bright green. The plant looked overall ready and I preferred to harvest the most bud I could, as you may imagine, but I would have liked another week for flushing more thoroughly. I've been flushing with tapwater and 2 mL/L Flawless Finish from Advanced Nutrients. In the next few days I'll be finishing her completely, drying won't take long and as for curing I think a couple of weeks. The smell in the room is really heavy (in fact it has been heavy for the last month), it stinks oif citrus here.

Today the Blue Cheese Pheno 1 became the first time rinsed, and now only gets 0.4 Ec water for the next 10 days ca :-). Everyone else needs a while. otherwise there is not much to report this week.
