17/01 So I have had serious doubts about my 300W CFL grow light since day 1 so I decided to instead opt for a Mars Hydro TS1000. Looking forward to seeing if there's any difference! With regards to my previous grow question, my tap water, while drinkable tastes terrible and has a higher than normal amount of chlorine which i heard is terrible for plants. Hence the RO water. Got hit by a really cold spell last week and I struggled to keep the tent above 16 degrees C but it's starting to get back to normal now so hopefully will see some good growth :) 20/01 So I may have set her back by a couple of day's with the new light, apart from the apparent change in wavelength from CFL to led that can cause some stress I also gave her 100% on the dimmer. Just a quick note to any newbies out there, the Mars Hydro TS1000 gives you a recommended distance from the canopy for each stage of growth but not recommended power, if your girl is at my stage of growth use 25-30%. On the bright side she has adapted nicely and no lasting damage seems to have been done. Seeing signs of growth all over and she's back to praying :) 23/01 She recovered from the change of light nicely! She's growing like a superstar now and just got her first feed today. Gonna take it easy on the nutrients, really don't wanna stress her out anymore. I have been turning up the light strength daily and she's currently happy at 50%.

Such a pleasure to grow her, she came from an auto m8 and she ended up being Photoperiod, apart from that I'm glad I've discovered her, because her buds have one of the most special and sweetest fragrance I've ever smelled in a cannabis flower, super sweet and tropical guys, such a cool strain, I definitely want to fill a lot of jars of this for my personal stash, everytime I smell her flowers makes me remember the Caribbean Islands.

Day 8- She is doing good! Top dressed the outer perimeter with approx 1/2 tsp of Neem Cake (6-1-2). Watering with plain RO water. Day 14- First LST Tie-Down

Week 12 passed. She’s definitely starting to fade now. Overall, the environment has stayed consistent, same VPD, temperature, and humidity as before. PPFD is set to 550 and DLI is around 40. I haven’t made any changes to feeding either, keeping things like last week. Buds continue to swell and are looking nice. The aroma is still very sweet, with that same honey-like and cookies note coming through stronger now. I hope to be able to harvesting her in the following 2 weeks.

Day 56. Plants look good today almost ready to flip into flower, but I have a vacation this weekend so they will have to wait. Day 59 Back from vacation and the plants look great! Today is their first day at 12/12 light schedule. Tured the Growers Choice ROI-720 led up to 50% and I raised it to maintain 24" from canopy. I did some light defoliation around the base of the plants. I watered Plants B and D today. Day 60 Couldn't get humidity to drop below 75% so I got a dehumidifier and dropped it to 65%. Day 61 Plants look good. I'll try to water plants A and C tomorrow morning Day 62 Watered Plants A and C this morning. Did some more defoliation and bent some more tops down under the net. Plants look good besides plant D had 1 leaf that was completely wilted and dead. The rest of the plant appears fine.

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! La petite pousse que j'observais hier est devenue une Sultane impériale, prête à régner sur son royaume, son oasis. 🏹 Le Domptage de la Reine : Mon LST ​Mes mains de jardinier-nomade ont travaillé avec patience. Grâce au LST (Low Stress Training), j'ai courbé la structure pour forcer le destin. Le résultat dépasse mes espérances : 10 branches secondaires vigoureuses ont jailli du tronc. Chacune d'elles se dédouble déjà, me promettant une canopée de 30 têtes. je lui ai enlevé deux feuilles de sa robe qui frôlait le sol pour éviter tout problème de brulure ou de champignons pour que sa croissance rzste vertigineuse. ​Je vois déjà le tableau final se dessiner : une armée de fleurs régulières, une géométrie sacrée qui portera bientôt ce givre légendaire. 14.1.25: I've been readjusting the LST. I just took all the pegs out and reshaped her. I got some new LST equipment in the mail today, have been glad to have more pegs. I got some clips too, but they don't seem to stay on 😕 I'm currently only using the pegs, I have some thicker soft wire, but I forgot I don't have pliers to cut it! Also I'm running very low on Biobizz nutrients, so that could be bad 🤞 18.1.25: I have done another large defoliation on PPP1 and PPP2. Also, moderate defoliation on all other plants today. All LST ties and pegs are readjusted. I have turned up the light to 90%. Same distance of between 24-28 inches, depending on height of specific plant. I have increased the dosage of Biobizz Bio-Grow and Fish Mix to give an extra boost of Nitrogen as several plants were showing yellowing. They have responded very well to this. Unfortunately I ran out of my Biobizz nutrients and PH UP. I'm currently using Bicarbonate of Soda to increase the PH after the nutes PH comes out to about 4.1. Obviously, that uses a lot and I only had a 250ml bottle, which I used last run too. This run I have 9 plants. The only thing I'm worried about is the salt build up. Have you used it before? Or any other natural way to increase PH? Please let me know! I've also added Biobizz Fish Mix to help with the extra Nitrogen needed. Watering with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish. I water with this every 3 days. I did order some more Biobizz Bio-Grow and Bio Bloom. I found some at a reasonable price on Amazon. I still have about 800 ml of Biobizz Fish Mix left, too. It is fairly expensive this time as the plants are hungrier this run. I also got a new bag of Canna coco, which I may use to add a top dress with some dry amendments. Which hopefully will save some cash on the bottled nutrients and stretch out until the end of this run without having to buy anymore. I have purchased a funnel to pour the water. It is difficult, due to the shape of my LST, to water precisely. I have spilt it all over the tent several times 🙄 I've also ordered a 2 litre jug. Currently, I'm mixing water for 9 plants individually in a 1 litre jug. It's tideous. Hopefully, this will solve the issues. Week 9 April 9 -a lot of progress since last weeks flip. She is stretching but it seems manageable right now prolly about to get crazy come next week -did a lil defoliation to open up bud sites to light but that’s all -number 85 and 86 stem rubs have that soap astringent smell to leave and are the loudest outta the bunch - 88 and 86 have great structure the side branches are coming up to fill in the net very well so looking at them for possible breeding in the future -while defoliating the purple stems bleed purple/purplish red. I thought sour d was strictly an all green plant but it may be because this is an f2 generation and these plants are showing recessive traits. We shall see -it’s strictly watering 2 times a week (Sunday and Wednesday) alternating between recharge, stash blend and FPJ. FPJ is top watered in to help break down organic amendments -Just switched to FPJ of a past harvest will use throughout flower to see if it makes a difference compared to PK booster

This strain grows compact yet airy with a nice layer of frost , there was a kush type smell but unlike the last time I grew this strain there was no lemon smell at all, nice and relaxing for day time use ,

Looks like she recovered alright from the little dry patch in the watering schedule. Her leafs look healthy and vital, so I decided to top her on day 15 - maybe a day or two too early, we'll see. But I didn't just top her, I also removed the two top fan leafs - I'm aware, it's a tricky balance between the loss of energy produced from the leafs vs. giving the new growth underneath more light to stimulate growth. She'll be alright, I've got a good feeling about her! She also received a layer of Mulch on top of the first soil layer. The idea: aiding the microbial life on the soil surface and at the same time reduce evaporation to prevent the top soil layer to dry out too quickly.

The Double kush cake is doing fine with continued growth and vigour. Her canopy has split wide open with several shoots and five fingered leaves she is a vibrant green with slight burns due to the lights. She stands at approximately 42 cm

So the second week begins for this lady. She is growing well and has been moved to her penultimate pot and has exploded since being transplanted! She was fed a half dose of Big Bloom to see how she would respond and seemed to have no issues with it. Im hoping she starts to catch up with the others! She has a curl to her first set of leaves (?) but otherwise looks real healthy.
