Run-off got pretty high on the plants in the main tent when I tested it this week (2300ppm) so I flushed the plants down to around 900 over a few water events with half-strength nutes (~450). I think this, plus (mainly) the plants being too close to the LED caused them to throw some foxtails - particularly the middle plant (although I still think that spindly shit is also partly due to the bag seed pheno). Noob mistake on my end and I didn't realize until it was too late. Now the light is turned down and the run-off is back in a good range. It got high because my auto-watering halos were mostly running off the pots and not sinking in - this is because I filled the pots to the brim with coco (another noob mistake). Looks like I'm hand watering until harvest :) Big Mumma in the blurple tent on the other hand is still killing it.. Apologies for having to upload videos of the microscope - too hard to hold it still and press the button for photos lol.

The tiny potter is doing good for a mutt autoflower. She has started to grow. I will likely just let her grow straight up. The tiny cbg is still alive in the one picture you can see it. When I get more I will try again one day. The northern lights in the mix is from seedsman. The air tube makes a huge difference. She is in a corner under my Mars Hydro FC4800 light in my autoflower room. Hi everybody Hope everyone is well. Another week gone in the Flowering process and wow I loving her man she's gone very big. She looks amazing and is building up some nice buds all over. A lot off Trichomes building up nicely. And great Aroma in the morning. Did more LST every day to make enough spacing in between buds for better air circulation. She s gone size 45cm to 45 cm I diameter. Decided to give her a rest on nutrition since my last update this week because she showed very early signs off Over feeding. She is been on 6PH water for the last 7/8 days and she is responding happily, can't see the over feeding to have caused any major damage. Just thinking I got her on time.😉 Will probably resume giving her nutrition at some point this week when she is left with 5% moisture in soil day or two from today. Next feed I think I will go to Bloom higher PK Nutritions for 2 weeks and see how she's going to do. My Goal is to try on concentrating her making massive buds. PK 13/14 for 14 to 20 days depending on plant response. This is what I think off giving her. This strain just looks and smells amazing. I have a feeling that this is Iced Gushers or another similar strain. The reason I say that is because she smells just like a bag of gushers 👌 She’s looking about ready to harvest so I’m going to keep a close eye on her throughout the week. Roc Bud definitely killed it with this stain!

Weekly update on these big girls. I decided to take out some of the lower branches, giving more airflow at the top of the pot level. Overall they've exploded with growth this week. I'd say they're getting close to 4ft tall. I sprayed some BT spray for ipm this week since I don't want catapillers showing up unannounced. All in all Happy Growing.

Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. Pheno 1 dark purple : On the nose, it reveals a sharp burst of fresh lemon, layered with a powerful eucalyptus aroma that’s both invigorating and camphorous. 4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.
