Hey growmies, this was unexpected but the plants were ready for harvest after just 8 weeks. I bought a new tricome microscope and checked the trichomes on the three Mimosa ladies. To my surprise all three plants had milky trichomes and even amber ones already. There were still many white pistils on the buds but looks can be deceiving 😁 With milky and amber trichomes the plants have reached their full potential so it’s time to harvest them. The late bloomer and the fast grower had the most buds, but the hash plant had the most trichomes by far. It took me 3,5 hours to wet trim the buds and after trimming I had enough scissor hash to load my Pax vape and try it out. The taste was unmistakably orange/tangie and really sweet. The effect was a strong head high, almost trippy and slowly fading into a super relaxing body stone. This will be my new favorite strain for sure ✌️ Smoke report The Mimosa Orange Punch has a very nice taste. It's mostly tangie/orange with a citrus taste that lingers in your mouth minutes after taking a hit. The effect is also great. At first the effect seems a very mellow and pleasant head high, after 30 minutes it changes to a more relaxing/sedative state where I almost fell asleep on the couch. After this it changes back to the very uplifting and clear head high. I made some rosin from the keef in the trimbin and it had a stronger body effect compared to the flower. But also excellent taste! This is an excellent smoke for both day and nightime. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty smoke while getting things done.

The plants are all really taking off nice bud growth and very healthy looking canopy. Plants are going through water every 3 days on the dot now. I have noticed that one plants buds are showing some purple hues but the others remain colorless so far. The Smell is really nice already. Very fruity it reminds me of fruit loops. My light is on full blast and the plants are praying nicely. There have been no signs of stress from the flip. I will likely defoliate a bit at the end of the week to make sure everything can get as much light as possible.

End of week 12, looking good. Stay tuned. So far so good. Water lines getting clogged a little with roots but I put together a little work arround using the water level indicaters I built into the system. (see picture) They are kind of on auto pilot. At this point in the grow I have learned how this particular batch likes things. For example 1.63 is the optimum EC currently. By monitoring how much the EC increases/decreases vs water level I can tell if they can handle the food level, and adjust accordingly, before they burn. I keep them right at the border of too much nutes. If you look you can see all the tips are just barely burnt. I ride the line. I'll update again on Sunday with some fun stuff.

Still forming her delicious buds had a lot of heat problems can’t seem to keep them down below 34 reaching 36c highest! 😮 I’m trying different things everyday but I think if I don’t fit ridge vents or tile vents I’ll be having more dramas with this heat! Unless typical UK gives us rain then I’ll be happy lol I’ve added some examples of my heats in the tents the blue one (blue illuminate) is the bananan glue the first yellow one is the fast flowers second is the autos! I have 2 coolers an extraction fan and another fan to blow the heat towards the extractor but still can’t bring it down! I think I’ll go back to my old way until the summer passes on the next ones which are in germ btw! Looking to rotate a harvest every 4 weeks from when I harvest the autos! I can only say it again and again, the buds look beautiful, and it was very pleasant to cut in terms of the leaf / bud ratio 😍. After standing in the darkroom for 48 hours, it was finally harvested 😝. The buds were all sterile with Tool trimmed neatly by hand ✂️. Then they came back into the darkroom on the net, where they are now gently dried for the next 7-14 days at 62% humidity and 22 degrees temperature, before they are first put in jars with Boeveda pack 62%, which takes another 2 weeks is exchanged for Boveda 58%. De momento todo va bien, he añadido un sistema de co2 casero, no se si hará algo por que no tengo medidor, le he echado 500 gramos de azúcar disuelto en agua templada, media pastilla de levadura de unos 12 gramos... Y una uvas trituradas, godzilla Cookies Auto se le están poniendo las hojas más viejas amarillas y se están cayendo, no se si será por deficiencia de algún nutriente o el ciclo natural de la planta.

About 6-8% amber trichomes, super skunky odor with a fruity hint

Pues este ha sido el proceso desde nacer hasta ya casi cosecvha, creo estar dandoles esta semana y la proxima para quitarlkes el agua y darles 48 horas de oscuridad y finalmente el corte mayor para el disfrute de las cosecha. ersta vez utilice un producto que si no me equivoco es de fox farm para engordar las flores y me resulto muy bueno, este cultivo quise irme limpio lo mayor posible para observar resultados. Me agradan pero siermpre es bueno hacer uso de algunso buenos nutrientes deacuerdo a la etapa que esten, como se vean, lo que identificquemos en cada una de ellas. Es toy muy contento por que el olor es fuerte, tengo toda la casa olorosa, el olor es frutoso, como a Starburst de cherry, muchos terpenos como pueden ver, y de solo tocarlas un poco waooo! la habitacion se explota en esa fragancioa, creeanme que la experriencia es del mas halla. Con esto los dejo amigos, grascias por toooodas esas buenas vibras. una barazo fuerte hermanos, BUENOS HUMOS!

Hello Everyone 👏, As you can see, are all Cherry Colas growing, they all have a tightrips in their pots for now, for recognition. Will make nicer pictures of them in a few days. They are now 4 days from germination🙏. The humidifier had been added, so I had to adjust the room a lil bit. Seedlings don't need much nutrients, neighter do autoflowers. with normal soil I would recommend to only give water for 1-2 weeks, since it holds nutrients in it as well. But since I'm using Cocos for this grow, I might have to add some basic nutrients in the upcomming week. For this week I gave/give only water turns and Startbooster turns. Update day 5: - Lowerd the lights to avoid stretching. they are now at 75cm distance from lamp to pots. I want them at 40-50 cm, but I don't want to rush it. - Added another layer of cocos to avoid the soil from drying up therefore the roots from dying. This will happen because of lowering the lamps down, the soil will get exposed more to heat. As you can see, the humidifier is doing his thing haha. plant is finally showing signs of recovery from the PH issue, and as a result is showing some signs of deficiency and new growth is showing signs of recovery. Soil is showing good signs of microbe activity. However this plant is not acting like the other one at all. The thunderfuck seemed to not like the intense light either also seems to be a delicate when in a heavy feed situation. Oh well, the reason why we do experiments.

This strain is as always a joy to grow. This time dropping the temps in flower really felt like it boosted the trich production. The colors are stunning with the smell going from a sweet fruit to a dessert. I chopped and harvested two for some fresh frozen live rosin. Looking forward to washing and pressing it in the upcoming weeks.

Week 4 - Sometimes You Got To Lose To Gain Phase 2 - I took off the fan leaves so that the plant would redirect its energy into the stem and branches rather than the leaves. I also cut of the top heads so that the energy would go into the development of the 2 heads below.
