Hello Growmies, In the fifth week of vegetative growth, our Epic Buzz by Anesia is coming into its own within the controlled environment of the Tent-X challenge. The latest photograph reveals a lush canopy of green, with plants exhibiting robust health following topping and defoliation. Remarkably, the plants have sailed through these interventions without displaying signs of stress, a testament to their resilience and our attentive cultivation practices. Each Epic Buzz plant now boasts a minimum of six nodes, some even presenting with eight—a clear sign of their readiness for substantial vegetative expansion. The application of 1 liter of a well-formulated nutrient solution, composed of Alga Grow, Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, on a tri-weekly schedule, is ensuring these plants are not wanting for nourishment. Turning to the Tent-X graphs, we observe a well-maintained VPD during the day, demonstrating that the controller is effectively managing the tent's climate to optimize plant transpiration and growth. However, the graphs also reveal a challenge with nighttime VPD management. The inability to maintain optimal VPD levels after lights off suggests the Smart Mars Hydro fan isn't adequately managing humidity levels during these crucial hours. This night-time dip in VPD is a concern, as it can lead to a less efficient gas exchange and potentially create an environment conducive to unwanted pathogens. The urgency to connect the Mars Hydro fan to the Tent-X system is underscored by this data, as doing so will likely resolve the humidity management issue and maintain a consistent VPD, crucial for the plants' overnight health and vigor. Aside from this, the daytime VPD control is commendable, with the Tent-X system keeping parameters within the target range, ensuring the plants' transpiration is at its peak efficiency for healthy growth. As we proceed, we'll keep a close eye on the environmental controls, particularly the humidity levels during the night. The integration of the Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system will be a critical step in achieving the perfect grow environment for our Epic Buzz, fostering conditions that support robust growth around the clock. Looking good, vigorous growth. Plant A was FIMmed at day 21, plant B was TOPped on the same day. Let's see how this will affect their shapes.

Last week. Dropping temps and a good drench with plain water. We shall see.

Great week. Plants are healthy lots of buds starting. Definitely time to dodefoliation , I've been doing the leaf tucking and minor leaf removal until now. Light and genetics working great thanks everyone.

4x4 Gorilla, HLG 550 V2 60% @ 32" 2 Jack Herer from seed, germinated 1-12-2018. Promix-HP Day 34. Flipping light cycle to 12/12. Had a little nutrient burn on both ladies and did a full flush with water @ PH 5.6. and two days later are looking much better. The GDP is still residing in the tent, just moved out of the way for photos. Next (light) feeding is scheduled for tomorrow evening.

Привет садоводы !!! началась новая неделя и сегодня я полил свою красавицу ,чистой водой из подземного источника и полил я ее в последний раз потому ,что она уже полностью готова ветки готовы завалиться не знаю как она там вообще держится пальцы после нее пахнут сладко так ,что подожду еще 3-4 дня пока высохнет земля и HARVEST !

I dropped the net down a little bit further. I believe I may need to grow more tops for this strain next time.. As well as they need to get much bigger before the flip.

Rise and shine

Day 43 - 12/12 flip day. Screen already getting unruly so going for the flip. That much green in there, I'll have difficulty working out what to do with it soon so its time for Autumn to hit!!! I know people have all different methods and this and that but just going straight into the 12/12 with the bloom feeds (Samuari has quite a bit of N in it still during bloom phase so should be less of a nute shock). Also trying some mineral water in there....@£1.10 for 5L (50L tank), hopefully less chlorine in there until I get some Ecothrive Neuteralise in there to keep the bennies safe! :) Changed over to the Sylvania Dual Spec HPS so hopefully the blue in there keeps the stretch somewhat limited (again, have saw people use MH for the 1st week or 2 to keep the plants down) but these girls are stumpy...no real vegging height to them and hopefully the screen adds to that. Per seeds description, max height should be 90-100cm so hopefully all stays like that. Now just to keep on top of the tucking and canopy management. Still betwixt and between if I'll lollipop/defoliate as the bottom leaves are a good source of feed (3 weeks still to consider) as I have to add humidity to the tent...it would sit round 35-40 in general under lights so not overly worried about mold environment plus have another fan I can get under the canopy for further air movement. Will add photos later, enjoy the time lapse of last week and happy growing all.

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. Just plain forgot to report last week. Things are looking good in here this year. I've seen some light thrips damage in here, but no spider mites yet. 🤞 They can blow in through the roof vents and cause problems some years. Going to flush starting next week. Will try to get 4 good flushes in before the harvest at around 10 weeks. I've got 5 plants of Mac and Crack to go in their places in a month's time to flower under natural light. Smells great in here. Tropical Skunk with some citrus and mango hints. Yum. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Watered for the last time on Thursday going to have them dry out in their pots for 3 days and them chop them down I'm thinking probably on Sunday. Also have been using ice and cold water to flush pretty happy with the colors and trichome production. After completing week 14 successfully the plants are going to be harvested tomorrow Sunday the 23rd, the first day of Week 15/Week 10 of flower. This grow has been really awesome and a great first experience at growing, I'm so far pleased with how the buds have turned out, they are very dense and the smell is a strong berry vanilla fragrance that smells delicious. Buds have a decent amount of trichomes on them they foxtailed a little bit due to higher temps in flower but so far so good onto drying and curing now cross your fingers that goes well I do wish I was able to bring out a bit more color in the buds though.

Feb 8th Starting to learn how to grow with the new system I have had a couple of learnings so far 1 The PH level is getting to high by the time it’s in the autopot from the res being keep below 6.0 I try to keep the PH in the res around 5.7 By the time it’s in the plant trays it is testing to be around 6.5 and above. So I’m trying to work that out Also started LST this week

This girl has been one of my favorites. Pineapple express is true to it name looking like a pineapple once it fades the yellow, and the green are very beautiful together smells gassy with pineapple busting out of every tone

Quiet week. Some lst and defoliation. Trying to get the EasyFeed timer dialed in is a bit tougher than I imagined. Different phenos may feed differently, so one pot may be dry and the other may have an inch of water and isn't ready for another feed when the other is. Going to focus on dialing it in. I love the concept, but it may not be practical. We'll see.
