wow what a month. June was down right chilly at night up until almost fathers day. Then we go into this mini drought. The forecast is saying that we are going back to normal hopefully quickly with some more gentle rain.

Hey hey! What’s goin on growmies? I hope everyone is doing well and everyone’s gardens are doing fantastic as always! Today marks the beginning of week 4! That’s right, one whole month today! This week the girls look like they are feeling MUCH better! Everyone seems as though they have completely bounced back from what we’ll call our “taproot incident….” Dare I say ready for transplant! Due to that recent trauma though, I am really going to try not to push it too much this grow- I’m going to play it safe and feel like that will benefit me most- but that being said, GENERALLY speaking, I train, top and transplant autos and photos alike- I just think certain things need to be considered… this is me considering those things. This being said, I decided to transplant them into their final pots, usually I try and transplant at least one more time but I don’t have any mycorrhizal product anyways so I won’t beat myself up too bad for not transplanting the autos more, it definitely can be considered playing with fire and I think in this scenario specifically due to the fact that I already slow down their growth- I just have to know when to pause, regroup, and head in a slightly different direction. I ended up going with 5 gallon fabric pots, I have no issues with and have been using 3 gallons up until now for autos however I noticed how the roots were looking after I had harvested my last plants and I wondered if there would be any noticeable difference between the three and the five. I have heard with autos you really don’t need to go above a three so I’m not saying that I’m changing up my game completely I’m just experimenting… We decided to fill those 5 gallon fabric pots with a blend of Coco and perlite, I go with a rough 70 to 30 ratio on that mixture. I actually had to split the transplanting process into two separate days because I ran out of the coco mixture I had made- I bought a bag of Coco Loco from fox farms And mixed in my own perlite the first day but then today I finished transplanting everything and went with Fox Farms cultivation nation which saved me a step, for those of you who are in familiar with that product it is just there 70/30 cocoa perlite blend and I have used it numerous times, both of those with great success. When I put them back into my tent I rearranged things a little bit- I set that scrog up in a debatably weird spot of my tent, however I am glad that I did! I was looking for just a bit of room and it looks like I found it! In a perfect world they would all be raised on the same cement blocks that I have for the others, however Christmas is coming up and I really have to spend wisely so those will just have to wait! They really exploded growth wise this week so I am excited for next week to see how they are lookin- I think they are ready to roll so it’s off to the races for these little ladies! 9/11/24 sadly the sun isnt hitting these girls as much as i wish. theyve got a decent smell and some decent trichome coverage for only being the begining of week 4. hopefully they chunk up and arent too far behind because of the lack of sun/ light penetration. ive had half a mind to move them indoors to finish

I got the purple pheno at last !! So glad actually... that it is actually changing colour and with so many more weeks left for it to continuously transition. Totally what I’m looking for in future breeding projects. Black amnesia haze fast: for its rooting and overall vigorous performance. Feb. 17 Ph 7.5 Moist - plucked all the bad leaves that were ready - Removed all the dead leaves - 3 gal of water ph of 6.4 + 15 ml big bloom + 20 ml tiger bloom + 9ml apple cider vinegar + 30ml blackstrap molasses unsulphured - Light burn seems to be the #1 problem, then ph fluctuations and nutrient burn - I think i held the measuring cup a little awkward most feedings instead of having it on a level surface and I probably overfed by 5ml each time - Most of the bottom leaves are green but have burnt tips, they are usually pretty attached - the middle section has lots of dead leaves but they are tiny little ones that have burnt and fallen off - the top leaves are all yellow on plant 1, with burnt tips, clawing up, very red stems, and are fairly easy to pluck off, not much effort on most - the most green areas are semi-shaded and off on the edges of the tent, and all the shaded areas remained green - Therefore, I would say my #1 problem was light burn, which made the ph fluctuations worse, nutrient deficiencies worse, and i over compensated and did not measure precisely causing nutrient burn - there is also some wind burn on the bottom areas - all in all the buds are developing nicely and bulking up decent amounts on plant 1, especially with all the topping - good trichomes coming out - plant 2 has different light burn but the leaves are praying up, and pointing up much more, more rusting also but they are not easy at all to pull off - the buds on plant 2 are also not growing nearly as well but the trichomes seem nicer and it seems to have more - the buds hopefully are more dense despite being small, they do look compact though - roughly 100 bud sites visible from the top of the canopy feb. 18 - ph. 7.2 - the clawing up and yellowing and burning of the tips has continued, likely past problems continuing to persist - these problems really only exist on the top set of leaves, which always brings me back to light burn - plucked another 10-15 clawed and burnt leaves from plant 1 - the buds got bigger, and the trichomes continue to pack on - seeing more promising growth/ recovery from plant 2 - trichomes appear to be quite clear, no signs of amber - The crop king seeds guide suggests 8 weeks of flowering time, we are a couple days into week 7 right now but the pistils are still about 60% white and somewhat straight, and the trichomes are quite clear. Day 36 Moby Dick it's at 28inches in height and Blue amnesia is at 32. and because the smell has become too strong to contain in the tent I turn on the carbon filter fan 24/7 instead of intervals of every 2 hours on for 30 minutes so now my tent it's not so hot and my plans drink less water every 3-days. I will keep updating . day 38 the plants are stretching very fast I'm forced to raise the light everyday the blue amnesia is 39 in tall and the Moby Dick it at 32 inches tall I resumed regular feeding schedules on the plants and they seem to be growing even faster after each watering. Thank you for reading and have a happy grow. Day 42 They continue stretching pretty fast blue amnesia it's at 42 inches and Moby Dick it's at 33 3/4 inches. I only have noticed some lower fan leaves turning yellow and drying up I'm going to stop nutrients for the next one to watering sections because I think I've been pushing the plant too hard but it could be normal I just don't know. I posted two Fan leaf pictures to see if somebody has an idea what it could be but I think is probably too much nutrients I will continue updating thank you for reading happy growing. Day 44 definitely the issue is my fault pushing it too hard. They have nitrogen toxicity they have all the symptoms the claw leaf the weakness of the leave the yellowing and purple color of some branches the Deep shiny green on the leaf. the fact that I've been pushing that pretty hard I already have water them twice with clean water ph 6.0 hoping to use up all the extra in the pot and I will do it one more time from two days from now and then trying new nutrients at 1/3 full strength. .they seem to be responding well but if they start losing to many leafs i well flosh them in the shawer. Day 46 because I saw my plans going downhill pretty quick I decide to test Runner run-off it was incredibly High / 4000 + PPM so yeah to the showers they went until runoff was 1000 or below PH was at 6.2 and for the next watering in 3 days from now approximately depending on temperature and thirst of the plans I will resume flowering nutrients only and maybe only at 600 PPM the plant took a beating as well since I have to remove the scrog net and they were being support only buy it but I had no choice it was to see then die and then start over again or giving a flush so they can recuperate and take it slow for a few days until they can handle more nutrients. My hands end up being very sticky handling the buds even though I did it as gently as humanly possible so they were packed with sticki Racine even though they were stressed out what incredibly robust genetics. Day 48 the plants seems to be bouncing back they lost a lot of fan leaf at the bottom and some of the ones that were turning yellow at the top develop marks . One off the blue amnesia was more affected than the other three plants I will probably hold nutrients for it only for this plant. They stop stretching as much the blue amnesia are measures 44 inches and the Moby Dick is at 40 inch after the flush the buds are getting fatter and bigger every day . thank you for reading and have a happy growing
