Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. Here’s the breakdown: • Whites: Running at 77% to maintain robust overall growth and trichome density. • Deep Reds, Far Reds, and UV: Maxed out at 100% to mimic the end-of-season spectrum, signaling the plants to finish strong. • Deep Reds: Enhance photosynthesis efficiency through the Emerson effect. • Far Reds: Promote stretch and flowering hormone production. • UV: Stimulates trichome production for an extra boost of frost! We’ve also added a timing twist: • Reds & UV start 15 minutes before whites to simulate sunrise. • Reds & UV finish 15 minutes after whites to mimic sunset, creating a more natural light transition. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. Upper growth slowed for about a week or two and root developed, but then the top started growing, and branches started forming. Leaves started getting bigger.

***** Week 5 - Jan 9 to 15/21 ****** This week the girls saw lots of change! They have seen a light change and now they have been transplanted and topped. Push the girls harder and see how they react😃 They have been in very good shape and healthy so they have been reacting well to the stress. These girls are pretty strong considering they are a week behind the others. They were topped this week but not much material removed from the tops of these girls. They have bounced back very well. Topped all of the ETS girls and left them with 4 sets of branches on each. If the lowest set of branches were tiny, I have stripped them off already. Not sure if I am going to SCROG or not.....I don’t really want to but it is the best way to fill the canopy and test out the light spread......will see. These girls seem to be growing strong and may need to be tied down or stretch could be a bitch😂 They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes. Little more detail....... Jan 9/21, Day 29 Veg - Transplant day today!!!!!! She went into a 5 gal pot - Root mass was much better than in the solo cups......not as strong as Gorilla Girl for comparison but just about perfect and didn’t need to prune them. - 1.5L watering of the pots after transplant with CalMag @ 2ml, Microbial Mass @ 3ml, Piranha @ 2ml (effectively microbes, fungi and CalMag watering) Jan 10/21, Day 30 Veg - 1.5L Feed with full strength week 2 nutrients - added CalMag @ 1ml as well. New coco in the pots that have not been buffered so added a little more. - 1,300ppm and 5.9pH.......feeling it might be a little high.....target was 1150ppm. - no run off water from the pots. Didn’t want to “soak” the pots, jet wet them. - New light in the tent today. 650watt but dialled down so the girls have roughly 10,500 LUX, drawing 135 watts - Topped the girls today as well😃 - left 4 sets of branches on each girl. Topped them up high on the node above to help avoid splitting the main stem. Jan 11/21, Day 31 Veg - Dry out day - girls reacting well to the high ppm feed from yesterday. Jan 12/21, Day 32 Veg - 1.5L watering with CalMag @ 1ml - 200ppm and 5.9pH Jan 13/21, Day 33 Veg - Dry out day Jan 14/21, Day 34 Veg - 2L watering with CalMag @ 2ml - 250ppm and 5.9pH (actually added 1ml of Micro as pH was a little high) - IPM spray tonight with Lost Coast Plant Therapy @ 3ml/L. Done at lights out. - This product been working well and nothing has been a set back so not going to stop now😃👍 Jan 15/21, Day 35 Veg - Dry out day. - Girls doing well. Still have some strong purple in the fan leaves coming off the main stem.

Shes growing well so there isnt much to say really , I've adjusted the lights to be 12-12 from seed so we can see the results we get , I've also adjusted the height of the lamp to its proper height I was scared to burn my little baby but shes taking it well and growing nicely ! Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de floración de estas Fishy Zoap feminizadas de Seedstockers. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 80% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, la flor ya empezó a coger formarse y a tricomar, tienen pintón ya. Comentar de nuevo que el estrés hídrico fue superado sin problemas, esperemos que no surja nada más. just finishing week 4 off the watermelon Zkittlez and if i don't say so myself she's looking brilliant really putting her roots down into this 3 gallon fabric smart pot. she's recovered from her topping lovely which led me to top two more of her bottom nodes which also have bounced back super quick this strain really is here to mess about... already having to defoliate once a week and its not just a few leave its been quite a lot considering her size.
