11/13 Was the last night I kept the dome in the tent, started getting too crowded! But here on 11/15....lol i got bored and wanted to give it some more nutes! 😏 So I made a gallon up of some warm tap water PH'd down to 6.1, 8ml of FoxFarms Big Bloom, 5ml Boomerang, 5ml Wholly Mackerel, and 2ml of Power Si followed up with a very low dosed foliar spray of Xtreme Gardening's CalCarb before it was lights out. 11/17 I did some topping including the main stem. In the video (its off my Instagram story @SoilBGood) there's one that I'm not too happy about, the taller one with the stretched out spacing. This was a fun little project with a few ups and downs. Overall it was a success. I managed to get 86 Seeds off of the two plants, this is a smaller number but given that I started the pollination about 2-3 weeks late I am impressed. Top this all off with the fact I was using 10ppm silver solution for the majority of the reversing process and only had 30ppm for about a single week near the end. Moving forward if I plan on reversing anymore plants I will be investing in some STS vs Silver solution. It's easier to use and has stronger results. I also managed to get 25g of bug from the plants as well that I will infuse into some butter. Not to worry these are not the branches that where sprayed with silver and they have been cut off and disposed of in the composter. When I decide to grow these out I'll try and create a new diary and test if the CBD/THC ratios remain intact, if the plants are viable. I have not tested the germination rate on these seeds and for all I know they are duds or will not resemble their back-crossed parents. This is my first seed making project and so much is new and unknown to me. Have had lots of help along the way from some good GD friends. Tried to post lots of photos and products I used. The photos labelled [PREVIOUS HARVEST] where when I first grew this wonderful strain out. It has the same peppery kush smell and crazy deep purples as it first did. I did shock these plants with a heavy feeding that stunted them greatly, I also transplanted them when I should have started them off in their forever pot. This was all explained in the weekly entries when it happened and why. overall the autos are not heavy yielding but more average for an auto and that's ok with me. Its the smells, taste colours and CBD contest that draw me to it. Somethings to note from the diary, most of the liquid nutrients are diving by how much water I gave them, typically 4L. Solid nutrients are divided per litre of medium in the pots or they are the total amounts I added. Just ask if you have Questions.

Final week before harvest. Pistils have turned brown all over on one plant, but not the other. Been trying to take close-ups of trichomes with phone, but can't tell if they are clear, milky or brown. Caved in and bought a hand-held microscope with light. Beautiful ❤️ just hard as heck to stay in focus doing hand held. Not sure if I should be clipping samples to look at on a flat surface. Stopped fertilizing and flushed the more mature plant last week. The other one is showing signs of ripeness now, so flushed it to early this week.

Day 92 Trichomes still don’t seem ready :( Flushed for 9 days thinking she would be done , sort of slowed up and bit airy with some white pistils , is in need of nutes now .. showed signs of deficiencies I resorted to giving her a pk boost for a week to help bulk and frost up . will asses again in another week and commence another flush . Not too far away now

Hi Gromie's welcome to my 8th grow, have been half hearted at doing perpetual growing in recent times. Just get a bit lazy after a grow& harvest ( as U put a lot of time, love,& energy & passion into those beautiful girls who will reciprocate the love in return in the form of beautiful sticky solid dense & plentiful buds😍 but it can take a bit out of you! I tell myself I'll take a week off & then I've got around a pound+ to trim & I end up slacking for a couple of weeks, even been guilty of murdering a few clones/ young plants by starvation & or mistreat them & slow/stunt growth. But I am tired of running out of weed & waiting ages 4 more . I smoke a lot & recoup my grow cost, nutrient, electricity & initial investment. Due to demand! (Seem people prefer to get home grown hydro due to the very high quality & great terpenes) it runs out Fast. So after much thought I've decided to get right on top of thing's with my grows this will be my 8th grow in just over 2years & the plan is to run an expanded & upgraded Hydroponic perpetual operation. Originally started in 1mx1m with 600watt hps/mh . Upgraded to 1.2m tent & mars hydro FC-E480 480watt. Fooled around a bit with perpetual using 1m tent 4 veg. 7 quite successful grows & harvest's. Average a pound per grow from 4 plants easily with the FC-E 4800. Upgraded to 1.2 X 2.4m tent for flower, using old1.2m flower tent as new veg tent & old 1mx1m veg tent will be a drying tent /extra grow space if needed.Ive also set up cloning & propergation area , storage space 4 nutrients & grow equipment & workbench/ desk to record diary/grow journal . Both tents are hooked up to a 2 into 1 splitter venting out window, flower tent uses filter both tents run 6" air extraction set ups. Clone light is a viper spectra p600 100watt fully dimmable to a couple of watts. I obviously don't need that many watts for clone area (on 25watts) but this light was cheaper than a led or T5 clone light & versatile, use in veg or flower tent. Veg runs a viper spectra XS1500 150 watt & have a 2 nd XS1500 if needed flower tent runs a mars hydro FC-E4800 480watt with top feed recirculating hydro. Waiting on another FC-E 4800 for the other side of flowering tent & will do some DWC that side. Should easily pull 2+ , training & scrogs hopefully closer to 3p

Been soo busy, these girls are just doing their thing. Some are a lil pissed from the fans but they need the airflow. Better than mold. 10 are thirsty AF, 2 are not. I have gone through 48 gallons of water since last friday! Crazy!

Zdar, 55.den květu už jen voda se základem 1ml/l + Zenzym 2ml/l na tom to už dojedu. Dělal jsem ještě lehkou defo plachťáků, ale teď už je nechám. Odvlhčovačka jede skoro nonstop a držím kolem 45%. Bubba slush už má jantar, ale chci to seknout vše najednout dávám tomu ještě tak týden a jdeme na sekyro.

Week 6 went well, I switched to flowering nutrients along with cal mag at an EC of 1.4, and I am slowly raising until I hit an EC of 1.6 within a few days. I did defoliate twice this week, just to improve airflow, and also because the lower fan leaves I removed were not receiving significant light. The runoff of the fertigate is not exceeding 1.5 EC so I am happy with that. I am hoping to keep a minimal amount of colas, and hopefully pull some denser buds than I got my first run. So far I am very pleased with my Mars Hydro Sp250, and especially these genetics from Sweet Seeds. Thanks for checking me out, and blaze on!

Day 44, 30th of October 2020: Here we go I am back from holiday this girl grew a lot. The first 6 pictures before LST and the rest is after picture. I switches the light to 12/12 from tomorrow and leave her in darkness for one day from now. She has got already some smell also... ;) I have ordered and extraction fan kit so with filter it will be used soon. Next week starts more intensive fertilization as well :) Let's start to flower hahaha :) Happy Smokes ;)

Cleaned up the #10 mother, with some defoliation, and LST! She's getting ready for her adventure outside this summer! Took more clones from the #4 mother, and cleaned her up. Happy growing! :)

During week 13 I stop giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants. The 12 AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS are in their last week of flowering (=9th week) and have developed into huge little trees. The size of the colas is ASTOUNDING to me at this stage, bigger than anything I have seen on plants in 7 liter pots. Unfortunately I see first signs of bud-rot on some plants, therefore its time to soon harvest the plants. The humidity during the late stages of flowering has been much too high due to bad weather outside. The high humidity with the huge size of the buds are the perfect circumstances for bud-rot beginning to grow INSIDE the buds (it always starts at the stem and grows to the outside). I spot a yellow sugar leave on a top and pull it out, since I feel no resistance at all, I take a closer look and open up the bud carefully. I spot grey mold at the center of the bud growing out of the stem and want to start to cry...my worst fear has come true...BUD-ROT is inside my beautiful plants! The only thing to do now is to cut off any infected parts and finish the grow as quickly as possible. The SANlight Q5W-Gen.2 LED-lights are still in full-power mode and some plants now show signs of light-bleaching at the very top of the plants. This means the plants grow white new flowers instead of green ones. The plants look like they have small snow-caps on top of the plants...an AMAZING THING to see. This can be avoided by dimming the LEDs during the last week of flowering or by hanging the LEDs higher. The white parts of the bud have the same quality as the rest, therefore i dont mind a little light-bleaching. What makes my heart hurt is the parts with bud-rot. Since mold can cause cancer when burned and inhaled, it is of utmost importance to cut off any infected parts off the plants when they are harvested. This means I will get much less medicine that I hoped...😢 At least the quality will be GREAT, since the buds are glistening with trichomes now and they SMELL AMAZING. The aroma is heavy and thick and lightly sweet with hints of Sandalwood...simply DELICIOUS!

Our Zamnesia Test #3 has reached the small 16 branches that will one day be buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they will go into flowering. It's a plant with a low internodal distance, they are not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but just let them grow a little and not go into flowering immediately to still get an excellent result. As a general but very general rule, plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance that are very easy to manage, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent sizes even if worked with techniques that keep them short. The topping worked very very well the plant at the time of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilization for growth but without making it go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were quite evident. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a slow-release fertilized soil or even start preparing the soil for a period that is at least sufficient for the vegetative phase at most adding a little alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. All in all there were some major mistakes I made myself in which I can honestly say I think has affected the yield and quality to some extent. As this was my first use of the equipment for this run. After everything I have learnt on this run I hoping the next one there will be no errors at all.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons.
