Hi liebe Community and Welcome back! 💚 Jetzt war es Zeit für den Trichomcheck und ja, es sieht genau so aus, als wäre die Pflanze exakt in der 8 Wochen Blüte Range. Nächste Woche ist es dann endlich soweit und die DMO Grapefruit kommt unter die Schere ✂️. Ich habe die Pflanze nochmal Stark ausgedünnt und es zeigt sicher eine sehr stark ausgeprägte Blütenstruktur. Absolut im XL Bereich. Es lässt sich beobachten, dass die Blütenbildung im mittleren Bereich der Colas stark ausgebreitet hat und die Pflanze Richtung Spitze eher etwas dünner wird. Sie bildet die Blüten sehr vielseitig aus, von dünner kompakt bis hin zur breiten dichteren stellen. Ihr Geruch ist nun sehr stark ausgeprägt und eine Grapefruit Note zeichnet sich als markante Hauptnote ab. Abgerundet wird dass ganze durch etwas skungige, Säure und etwas Zwiebel/Pfefferigel Noten. Auch eine leichte Süße Komponente kommt etwas hindurch. This plant has been eating a ton, we feed with every watering now and there's been no protest..if fact we may increase due to light shade. The FC-E6500 is an absolute beast of a light, I'm so happy my husband finally made the purchase for us..with lower power consumption and higher yields; this light will pay for itself shortly. We've been talking about also getting a 5x5 so we can utilize its full light footprint... ..You might notice a cheap "blurple" LED hanging from the scrog table,we hung it there to add some weight. If its not clear to tell from the photos, this plant is completely overgrown, we definitely let this go for far too long but I'm excited to see what kind of yield we'll get (this is our highest yielding strain by far).. I would be shocked by anything less than 1lb.. We've had the FC-E6500 at 50-75% for the first 2 weeks of flower, we're leery on distance still and didn't want to chance burning but with no signs of stress we decided to move it up to 100% today and we'll monitor colesly for a few days.. Week 3 has ended for Ms Purple So far so good, she’s responding well to training. The side branches are as sturdy and as tall as the main branch I’m happy. This should equal to even light distribution on the canopy and more bud sites 🙂 I’m defoliating here and there to make sure the plant stays aerated. Let’s see how everything goes. Happy growing

Started flushing this one. Gave her a good 10 gallon flush to start and she will get 5 gallons of RO water per day for 10 days or so. Took a couple early samples.

Trichomes are milky but the pistils have too many white ones still. Flowers have slowed down in their growth. Another week to go maybe.

Fantastic grow. Very happy with all 3 strains, all just perfect. Super stinky, very frosty, and as always tones of buds . Now time to cut and dry.

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

What can I say, not bad for 3 months. At week 6, dried test is 10x better than any crapOflower. Drenched it with last nutes. Letting it get much cooler, so just bit of watering for now. May flush a bit at week 7.5. Needs longer than the competition period to get any nice colors @seedsman

Started Training Late! Was on summer holiday for a week and only started training now. Above are the plants during training as well as a few hours after training. Autos are definitely more delicate and the two runts are growing slow but yet still showing some progress. Changed my bulbs back to the CMH set to 400w each (2) Also gave them a good amount of water as the FloraCaps aren’t covering the whole pot I felt like it was necessary to wet the entire grow medium well for a change. Some of them were a bit far along for training but I did the best I could. Also the Purple Lemonade and 2 other plants are showing signs of flowering.

Well, everything appears to be going pretty well. She has stopped growing in height, and the buds are filling out fabulously. her main cola is just gorgeous. I can easily hide a bottle of neuts behind it now. And tons of smaller, but nice tight colas as well. Her next week begins her flush. According to her genetics, she is 70 days from seed to harvest, and that is only 8 days away. I started germination shortly after midnight on the 1st of oct, and we had taproot within 18hrs. Her Trichromes are starting to become milky, but definately no ambers yet. Have not been able to find much info on other people whom have grown her so it will be a learning experience. Also according to what little I have been able to find, I should be happy with an ounce to an ounce and a half. I dont know why, but I get the feeling I am getting a bit more than that. Fingers crossed. Could just be my lack of knowledge saying that.

Disaster! I haven’t been able to see the plants for almost 3 weeks after catching Covid. This one looks like it hasn’t faired too well but we don’t give up. I had someone watering the plants for me but no nutrients. I’m guessing that’s why she’s crisped up so much. We will see, I’m back now and she’ll be getting some nutes on the regular. Fingers crossed we can get some nice bud.

Week 7 Flower- Day 51 flw / Day 107 of cycle Apple Blossom looks beautiful and smell really nice. Looking at the plant it seems it is ready for harvesting, however looking into the trichomes I would say we can hold few more days before harvest. I am watching the trichomes closely in a daily basis to be sure I do not miss out. The breeder says it would be ready in only 45 days, I had not grown a faster flowering plant like this before. Buds could be a bit bigger and denser.. however I am happy woth the overall results.. final stage coming soon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

In week 4 the plants are repotted into 15 liter containers. First 2 cm of expanded clay-pebbles come into each pot for better drainage. Then I use light-mix to fill up the pot and add the BIO-TABs fertilizer tablets to the ground (2 per pot). 75 gram Startrex per container mixed into soil, 5 gram Mycotrex per container mixed into soil, 1 gram Bactrex and 5 ml Orgatrex per liter water are added as well (following the recommendations of Bio-Tabs). Each plant is potted in the center of the pot and then watered well. I put them into my HOMEBOX grow-tent and under my SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs. The lamps are at 75 cm distance from the top of the plants and tilted inwards by 11 degree (as recommended by SANlight for this area).
