Buds are getting bigger and frosty. Still full strength on the bloom nutrients.

The bruccies are continuing to mature, they are probably going to get harvested sometime in the next week. One has been on flush mode for about 5 days now, going to give it another 3 or 4. About to start the other one on flush once most pistils are orange. They are both chugging about 6 gallons each per week.

This one didn't put on near as much stretch as the last one but she is doing well. A little heavy on the nutrients so I diluted the the reservoir. She is doing her thing making some buds.

Start of Week 3 7/20- Defoliated at the end of week three. Stretch ended about 12” from the canopy.

April 24, day 35, the plant continues to widen with the LST I am performing, and has nice healthy growth. Lots of branching, but the early stages of the flowering stretch is opening the plant up a little. I switched from a transition nutrient profile to an early blooming profile, as there are a few pistils popping out here and there on the plant. My guess is that there will be another week or so of growth/stretch so I am hoping to get the plant significantly larger. April 25, day 36, I raised the light by 5 inches. I should have realized earlier but I was chronically running the light a little too close this run which likely contributed to the stocky tight growth. I figured that if my brightness was not exceeding sunlight and I was not noticing leaf issues it would be fine. However, measuring the ppfd at a 15 inch hang height showed readings of 750+ at the edges and 1000 at the center. This amount is just not helpful for the plants structure even if it is growing vigorously. I raised the lighting to 20 inches which brought the ppfd to 650 at the edges and 850 at the center which is right where I want it. I am not otherwise touching the plant today, but will prune and perform some LST tomorrow. April 26 Day 37, just letting it grow. April 27 Day 38, did some training and pruning of the growth. The Euforia's transition to flowering has been slow, but the growth and vigour of the plant has stayed strong so at least it's giving me the time to fill up the tent. It's taking up just shy of 4sqft of growing space, so by the time time the flowering stretch finishes I am hoping to have growth close to all corners of the tent. So far I have been successful keeping the growth low, as this tent is very tight in its height. April 29, day 40, just letting it grow. April 30, day 41, switched watering to 3x daily 20 second intervals. The leaf tips are not showing any signs of burn, so so far so good. Took a few leaves off to expose the preflowers as needed.

What’s good everyone, this is the start of week 11 and the first week of flower. Yesterday I let the, sit in darkness for a whole day to jump start them and by the sight of it, they sure did jump a bit. MXOP is amazing she takes to what every you toss at her, she is hard to stress out. But after growing this cultivar a few times now I can say they don’t require much nitrogen as one would think they CRAVE calcium and possibly a bit of magnesium but from what I have seen they ALWAYS want more calcium weird might be the soil I have been using. Added Exhale c02 and top dressed in each pot with 1 tablespoon per gallon of growing medium my pots are 3.6. I added 3 tablespoons. It is my hopes that with adding the slow release dry amendments and once the c02 bag sarts growing my plants will finally grow. They are short but have 4 nodes at day 21. What is an exhale c02 bag? “The ExHale bag is a patented strain of mycelium that produces an abundance of CO2 without fruiting. This means that when our bag is activated, the mycelium grows, eating the substrate it comes with, giving off heaps of CO2 straight into your garden, and it does all this for 6 months - guaranteed!” At day 25 I am not impressed with the size of these girls? Hope they hit a growth spurt soon? Their internodes are stacked very nicely. At day 28 growth is very slow. Practically none existent since my top dressing at day 23. 2 plants have received a very minimal nutrient burn. As I do not have a soil ph tester? I will be watering with a ph of 6.0 rather than 6.5, hopefully that helps. ONWARD!

This girl is doing what she wants spreading out and loving the space I made for her with the 10 gallon pot. There are pistils popping everywhere on her pre flower I guess I have to start flowering her for the next week.

I found this strain very easy to grow and responded very well given the hot/humid weather we have here on the island. This strain held up very well to pest and mold/mildew

Journal de culture – Semaine 4 de croissance (fin) Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de la plante, que je trouve faiblarde et manquant de vitalité. Son développement est lent, et je suspecte que la température, qui descend peut-être trop bas la nuit, pourrait en être la cause. Cependant, même le pied-mère de cette variété n’a pas une croissance exceptionnelle, ce qui me fait penser que le phénotype de cette variété n’est peut-être pas très bon. Pour ne pas perdre trop de temps, j’ai décidé de la passer en floraison aujourd’hui, avec un cycle de lumière 12-12. J’ai également changé la soupe et préparé 20 litres avec les nutriments nécessaires à la floraison. Sachant que cette variété a tendance à beaucoup stretcher, j’ai pratiqué du LST (Low Stress Training) pour recourber les sommités. Cependant, j’ai accidentellement cassé un apex, laissant seulement trois apex au lieu de quatre. Bien que je ne sois pas satisfait de cette plante ni du pied-mère, je vais finaliser cette culture et passer à une autre variété ensuite. 🇺🇸Cultivation Journal – Week 4 of Vegetative Growth (End) I’m really not satisfied with the plant; it seems weak and lacks vitality. Its development is quite slow, and I suspect the nighttime temperatures might be dropping too low. However, even the mother plant of this strain doesn’t show great growth, so I’m thinking the phenotype might not be very good. To avoid wasting more time, I’ve decided to switch it to flowering today, setting the light cycle to 12-12. I also replaced the nutrient solution, preparing 20 liters with the ingredients required for flowering. Knowing this strain stretches a lot, I applied LST (Low Stress Training) to bend the tops. Unfortunately, I broke one of the four apexes, so now there are only three left. Even though I’m not happy with this plant or the mother plant, I’ll finish this grow and move on to another strain afterward.
