Alfalfa Meal, 2 tbsps. Organic Molasses, 2 tbsps. Bat Guano, 2 tbsps. kelp meal) As Per *Canucks Grow* 24 hours water aerated & 24 hours for the Tea to Cook! Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

Harvested HB1 Day 70 and HB2 Day 73 (photos uploaded on week 11)

Day 72, 21st of November 2020: Great. Typical Indica no much strech after topping no problem with her at all. May be she need a bit less nitrogen. Great work from RQS and I hope she will turrn to be purple a bit in the end. Nice smell tho..... Buds are coming and getting fat looking great. Fertilization is the same every 2nd day with the mix and the ratio above.... All LST has been removed as the plant remains the same so no need to keep her in "chains". The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Welcome to week 6 with four tall ladies of Critical Orange Punch. They grew a bit and I removed some of the lower branches that did not get enough light and were too small and thin. The plants look healthy and seem to like their 1.5 EC nutrients mix. Day 37: I only measured ph and EC which were both ok (5.8 & 1.6) Day 38: I added 20l water to the tank and added some nutrients including Calcium and Mag. I hope to prevent them from getting these rust spots with the CalMag. EC is set to 1.7, ph 5.5 Day 39: Ph down to 5.7 (before it was 6.0), EC is at 1.8. Gonna get the EC down a bit when the tank is getting empty. And I removed some smaller branches again because I don't wanna get exclusive popcorn buds. And I measured the height again which is 50cm in average. I hope they stop growing soon and start producing flowers because the space above is getting smaller and smaller. And I cleaned the bio-pump completely. Day 40: I cut down some smaller branches to get more airflow between the leafes and because I don't want popcorn buds. And I stopped giving them water. The plan is to keep it stopped for 2-3 days to dry them out. I am wondering when the flowers will appear. Day 41: nothing Day 42: Some more stretching, the highest branch is 74cm in average they have approx 64cm. Added some Bloombastic to the tank and put the watering system on again. The pots were really light and empty but the plants looked pretty smooth. Also I added Gen200 again.

Day 65 - Maria got some needed defoliation to expose lower nodes to light and increase air circulation through the canopy. She is growing bushy with short internodes. Juanita's new growth looks slightly better, even though growth has slowed down and is very stretchy. Thinking of putting her soul to rest, she's turning out to be a headache in the current tent situation. Day 66 - Maria's growth exploded after yesterday's defoliation. Both plants showed pre-flowers and are both confirmed ladies. 🙂 Day 70 - Both ladies got 1 litre each of plain water. Maria got her lower skirt lollipopped. Also defoliated her from top to expose lower growth to more light. She is still growing very dense. Juanita is showing signs of recovery, new growth is green and purple stems are slowly turning green again I don't like the way she is growing though, internodes are too long. Will have to see what to do with her.

Girls are stretching so are basically transitioning into flower. Still healthy and impressed at the growth rate. Last foliar feeds given as pistils will start developing. Stay tuned

Week 6 in veg done and dusted! She grew 12cm! Day 42 - I clipped off about 6 huge fan leaves to allow light to hit her lower branches. This is her last day of 20/4 lighting. It will be 12/12 from now on. 💪
