Topped this little herercane on day 11 and she is starting to grow some little branches. I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp per gallon. Other than that just playing the waiting game....

First one of the 3 adopted by dad later look like its getting to harvest. I am so pleased with my autos. I know that there are f one so that means that there are finicky and need to be grown by skilled people.But I feel like there's a high ceiling for my bred strains!

Week 8 begins for mandarin dreams and divine storm. All four ladies are frosty, sticky and the mandarin smell is incredibly strong. I love how these girls look and are growing under the TSW2000, they look better than round 1, grown under my own custom Samsung strip's. Thank you Mars-Hydro for the light! Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

This was the strongest growing highest producing plant in the tent produced 250g dried well trimmed flowers , the vapor is very dense with a smooth cake taste , the high is very relaxing , out off the indica tent this was the clear winner and one I'll grow again soon .

she is moving so fast that i think next week will provably b the last one lets see, for now all i do is water and remove dry leafs , observe them trichomes and that's it, nothing else to do but enjoy my self looking at her. End of week 4 and all is going well, had a slight calcium issue on a couple of leaves, but it was corrected and all is good again. This girl is responding well to the nutes, but my run-off is getting a little high, that should change when I cut out the Flora Micro and just feed calmag, Dnectar and KoolBoom for the next couple of weeks. Any comments or suggestions? Wish me luck.... just a few weeks to harvest now.

Day 78 - these gnarly buds are so dense! a. will be using Ripen blend now b. going the distance with this lady, there are many little solid calyx like buds all over the place c. still about 20+ days to go d. the smell is INTENSE, the resin production is incredible Day 79 - she loves Ripen a. buds grew everywhere b. will be getting 2 full weeks of ripen, then flush with FloraKleen e. changed to an 18/6 light schedule to generate even more resin Day 80 - swelling a. all the little buds are swelling up b. the top buds are gnarly as hell on this plant, the smell though is so intense Day 81 - buds are still growing a. growth occurring all over the place b. like Dinafem says, the buds will become too heavy for the branches and you MUST tie them up, they will bubble out and grow like crazy c. I captured some video of the sativa calyx jungle today d. this plant LOVES GHE Ripen! Day 82 - explosions everywhere a. the calyx like buds are exploding all over the place Day 83 - smells great a. love this classic haze smell! Day 84 - this plant is a MUTANT MONSTER!

This week I had to harvest the main cola of one plant (the trichomes were all white with some amber). Actually the plant didn’t appear ready at all, because the strain continued to produce white pistils. Results are 93 grams (before drying)

Week 10 - not long now.. She looks good, just a little concerned with the fan leaves but from what I've read this is normal and nothing to worry about at this stage. Hope that is true. 🤔 I've kept the nutrients lower this week as I am worried about over feeding. The soil I mixed with alot of Manure from goats, ducks and chicken so I dont think I need to add anything else. First time growing... better to be safe than sorry. I got to the bottom of last weeks droopy leaves - Underwatering! I had been keeping her out of the rain and had forgot to feed water. Lesson learnt. I noticed the roots get compact on top in a fabric pot if you dont slowly water in, the water runs off the pot and not through it. Fixed this by bottom feeding until the soil was fully wet - I guess bottom feeding is the way to go when this happens. 10-20% of Pistils are brownish now and most of the trichomes are cloudy with a few still clear and the odd one amber. Still trying to get to grips with the x45 loupe. I dont have steady hands 😆 The lower branches that were LST'd are getting really big now so for sure I will be pulling all the branches back next time. Removed potential bud rot and will closely monitor. Hopefully she will be ok for 10 more days 🙏🤞

Friday, September 25, 2020 Chopped to dry in closet. No trimming needed Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Trimmed and jarred. Very little trimmings were thrown away. My first indoor grow was a success! I don't have the largest tent so it was nice to keep it short. Not the biggest yield in the world but it was a fun experience. My only regret is not watering or feeding it enough. I'm main-lining my other auto grows so we'll see how those do. Thanks! -JTGROW
