First day of week 6, i have to say these ladies are FASTTT! VPD 1.15-1.23 lights on VPD 0.97-1.05 lights off. The 70x70 area is 101% covered although id say 72x72cm because i added some self made growbox wall extenders i have started thinking adding the trellis net now or some days later to tilt the colas alittle just slightly for better light absorbtion for lower buds under the main shoots isnt a bad idea,under canopy view is magazine cover worthy MAN :D as you can see they are on fabric pots above plastic draining pot holders, the runoff is collected downthere and each of the pot holder has a plastic tube glued with water resistant superglue so after every water all the runoff water is collected from a pump with just a push of a button, the irrigation watering system is also connected and works pretty nice i have been giving them the water also by a simple push of a button with irrigation seem to love it (its not a automatic feeder connected to a reservuar i have two waterpumps one for watering one for collecting runoff i simply put the water intake plastic tube in my water bucket & press the button manualy, worth mentioning all of them have been reciving the same nutrient solution and same water although pheno#1 have been streching 4-6cm more than her sisters and she developed abit of blueish leafs even the soil in all 4 pots was from the same 2 soil bags and mixed very well before filling them so soil manifacturer excess nitrogen mistake is also not possible, i feel it is the phenotype but just to make sure there will be no excess nitrogen in the end i watered her with the exact same water amount as her sisters but 260ppm less for her this time just to make sure the blue is gone soon.she will be fine and emerald in few days. From today the UV FROST is ON from now too. Oh i forgot to mention thrueout the diary they where never topped only trained with these red clips besides the pheno3 that came topped "from god" since sprout and i wouldnt recommend topping autos (btw pheno 3 is a monster and smells wayy more LOUDA than the siblings.) although the pheno1 remains the main subject further on she got fuel to shoot for the stars and we rlly dont want that in this compact mini research area dont curse me for the substrate choice :D this stuff translates a bit of that earthy taste to the buds and way less attention than coco.

This week, I started defoliation and tying down. So far, no signs of pistils. The smell is beginning to emit. PPM remains at 1000, and the pH is 5.8. While waiting for the harvest, I'm enjoying the last Rosin I made.

Sep 7: nice lemony smell happening and the buds are forming. Not a particularly fast flowering plant but it’s going good. Sep 8: got some time under the UV light this afternoon. Once the Blueberry Pie is done she’ll get more UV light hours but for now she has to wait her turn. Sep 12: cool nights starting to cause some purple colour. Nice smell to her, but really leafy and seems a bit slow. Watered with potassium silicate and cal-mag today.

Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Damn man she is strong bushy little nice Gelato from Zamnesia. So beautiful my little chubby plant haha Streching has stopped buds comin' and comin' Nothing serious really to report just beautiful check out the uploads and decide yourself. ;) Some lollipopping (defoliation) has been done and also removed all the old LST's as the plant remains in shape from now. Fertilization is still the same like before happens every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Our Zamnesia Test #3 has reached the small 16 branches that will one day be buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they will go into flowering. It's a plant with a low internodal distance, they are not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but just let them grow a little and not go into flowering immediately to still get an excellent result. As a general but very general rule, plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance that are very easy to manage, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent sizes even if worked with techniques that keep them short. The topping worked very very well the plant at the time of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilization for growth but without making it go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were quite evident. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a slow-release fertilized soil or even start preparing the soil for a period that is at least sufficient for the vegetative phase at most adding a little alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. Very resilient strain with lots of vigour and excellent growth. Little to no training required. Two distinguishable Phenos, one stayed short and bushy with leaves resembling more Indica and the other had more stretch with more inter-nodal spacing showing her sativa side. Great hybrid would recommended to anyone who’s a fan of OG Kush with a twist.

About to go on holiday for two weeks, my mate looks after them like a boss, By now I know a lot more About light and realise I need another light especially for flowering, the plan is to order a 240w quantum board, 301b Samsung chips just as I go on holiday to take delivery on return, this takes a bit longer than expected to order light, I leave for holiday around end of week 5 veg

Not much happening at all, couple more leaves and a small amount of height.

Was a pretty easy strain to grow. The smaller phenotype has a nice fat bud structure. The taller phenotype was straight Sativa. Also took longer than the other ones to grow. If I didn't have any difficulties in the grow she would've produced a tremendous amount. She also was a very big eater. Overall was a very enjoyable grow. The smoke was definitely straight to the head. they definitely hit the Pure sativa high.

As i commented I had some issues so I used cleaner from GHE and stopped watering for aroud 48 hours. Now i changed nutrient doses according to the table As you can see the biggest one is touching the led.. and I moved it upper to the max, but nothing to do with that i guess. the grower @legacymarketfarm give a tip about that nad it appears to be a stress reaction to large temp variation between day and night, so i will research a form to control it better for next grows. Also the plants started to smell a bit (inside the tent) some days ago. Day 51 bad news, the central bud for the biggest one is touching the led and the obvious result just happened, it is burning the flower. Any ideas about what to do? I cant lower the base or move the light upper I super cropped the big one at day 52 and then one of the other branches started to go upper and upper (you can see it at timelapse) so i had to apply same on this

Nov 13: Hash washing using fresh frozen plant material. This Gorilla Cookies had nice yield with most of the trichome recovery being on the first two washes. Later washes were still very high quality. Bag sizes used are 160/120/45/45 which means the 120 fraction is still very decent for immediate use and what is caught on the first 45 micron screen has a nice range (full spectrum). That’s how Frenchy Cannoli said he did it, so fine by me. Washed for 3 minutes, then 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 minutes. A+ grade on first three washes and then only slightly worse on later pulls. I tried fresh frozen before and it was a disaster with way too much green in the extract. This time I avoided trimming sugar leaves by leaving them intact or removing them whole and that seemed to work. Will confirm hash yield after freeze drying but seems good. Extracted resin is the perfect sandy colour and is now in freezer. The freeze dryer should be wired in and ready to go later this week.
