Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. I received the clones from An out of province breeder. It reached me after three days of driving on the road with no light. Their future was not certain. I didn’t think I would need that many fans for the clones because they are so tiny, I figured they didn’t need that much maintenance. I was 100% wrong when I’m working with this many plants. I ended up getting mild mildew on top of the soil on the first week because there was barely any air circulation. At this point I didn’t have any Ventilation put up yet. And one fan on the floor. I ended up installing three fans in one room. No issues

Holy stretching Batman!!! Sour Diesel Haze has taken off this week and I don't think she's done yet 😃 She's just starting to show small white hairs, so maybe I could call this the first week of flowering, but I'm going with the last week of veg for diary purposes.

Another good week ticked off... No sign of fungus gnats since the daily neem oil and diac...’ earth. Seems to have done the trick but I stay vigilant! All the girls starting to fill out a bit. And getting covered in trichomes. Pics don’t do justice even the stems are covered. The other 2 plants in the grow stretched crazy and a bit later than these. Happily I think they’ve stopped. Nothing exciting planned from here other than a top dress later this week and just watering and an odd compost tea till the finish. Thanks for reading, have a great week 😊

Week 12 seems to be going well. Disappointed that I’m not gonna manage to fill the screen but it’s a sweet first attempt. 🙂 The plant is getting full of developing flowers 😁

White widow has finished at 64 days. Great plant with a stress free final week. She was on just water this week and was left to dry out for the last 3 days before the chop She's only in a 3l pot of light mix that is only holding probably 2.5l so all in all I'm very happy with her wet weight. I don't see there being too much loss on this one as she drys out as her buds are rock hard dense and leaf mass is at a minimum. Back in 10 days of 18c and 50%. Thanks for looking.

This is definitely one of the slower growing autos I have run. 11 weeks after germination and the buds are only starting to fatten up now. AH#2 is looking like it could easy yield double her older sister! Let's hope the added molasses can help her get some fat nugs!

Estupenda planta, la recomiendo mucho si ya has cultivado al menos 5 autoflorecientes, pues aunque no es un cultivo difícil pudo salir mucho mejor por un exceso de riego que tuvo en la semana 2 y no creció como debería, aún así estiró bastante durante la floración, cosa que me sorprendió en una variedad automática. Bellísima la volvería a cultivar sin duda.

Flowering day 22 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Another great week that is over. They all develop exactly as it should be 💚. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Week 4 is underway and these girls are thriving despite the humidity being so stubbornly fluctuating de humidifier cannot keep up. Managing to keep it below 60% mostly and keeping airflow strong. Papaya frosting is going to be very frosty and I suspect Chunky colas for this 1. Suppose to be 9 weeks strains but I feel a few Phenos may take the extra week to fully mature 😌💚✨

Things are going great. These girls are getting nice and frosty. They are so easy. And the smell! Oh she's heavenly! She's almost sickeningly sweet. I'm very excited to try this strain. Last year I was more on the Indica dominant bandwagon, since I use Kratom during the day for pain management. But my obsession with CBD Blue Shark has me excited for more balanced hybrids. I've been having an issue with the quality of Kratom I've been getting from vendors so I may have to start in on wake&bakes, which FastBuds says this strain is perfect for!

Blütewoche 5 - 11.09. – 18.09.2026 Diese Woche habe ich kaum etwas gemacht. Die große Entlaubung vom letzten Freitag war vielleicht etwas viel und hat sie kurz gestresst, dafür ist jetzt wieder deutlich mehr Luft zwischen den Trieben. Den Blumat-Tank habe ich wieder aufgefüllt. Größtes Thema bleibt die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, die nachts teilweise bis auf 74 % steigt. Ansonsten entwickelt sie sich richtig gut. Die Buds werden dichter, die Zuckerblätter sind ordentlich mit Harz überzogen und sie riecht mittlerweile sehr intensiv zitrus-würzig.

Hi liebe Community and Welcome back! 💚 Der zweite Strain von Good Times Genetics. Entwickelt sich überaschend anders als vermutet. Ein schönes Wuchsbild verreint mit einem doch unterschätzen Stretch! Die Pflanze hat innerhalb der letzten 2 Wochen einen starken Stretch von knappen 18 cm hingelegt. Das bedeutet, das die Diesel Sativa Gene jetzt voll einschlagen. Auch die Blattform wird an den oberen Trieben, schlanker. Daher eher die Tendenz 60% Indica, 40% Sativa. Nach der zweiten Blütenwoche entwickeln sich die Blütentriebe immer stärker und die Stigmen bilden sich weiter aus. Bei diesem Genotypen, ist das Wichsverhalten weitgehend ähnlich, nur die Hauptwuchsphase war mit etwas kürzeren Internioden abständen geprägt. Der Stängelabrieb duftet schon stark nach säuerlichen, dieselartigen Nuancen, mit einen etwas GMO typischen Aroma.
