She put on so much weight the last week, i gave her ripen for 10 days now. So its time to start with pure rainwater, i didnt fluh the plant so she can still take up whats left in the medium, just rainwater from here i spot a few ambers on the top colas also a bit foxtailing on some because of the light intensity they got a bit too close. The light got also dimmed during this week from 480watts to 370. The trichomes i cant spot too good because the scope is x60 its such a pain to look good. I think in another week she will be ready, so with no more nutrients just rainwater untill runoff every day, she drinks a lot still like 2.5liters per day, the humidity is between 56-66% when the lights are on, with lights off it goes in the 70’s so i let the dehumidifier on the first 4 hours after lights go off, why only 4 hours u might ask? Because its summer and with the dehumidifier on its goes up to 30celcius Thanks for stopping by U can always leave a comment how u control your humidity because for me this is insanly hard to figure out its almost always in the 70’s

The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

Hello! Northern Lights from Sensi Seeds is a great strain to grow. It is easy and resistant to most things except my stupidity (*) . I grew them in Central Europe, in pots of 17L on a basic windows growth, with decent soil with additional mycorrhizas. Generic multi fertilizer like Nitrophoska was added in beginning as granules + I added some poo from rabbits. Plants grew nicely also with the light from the large windows, but I felt they preferred a warmer and sunnier climate. (next time you can try cool or continental climate strains). After 25 weeks, I harvested 2 of them (one was harvested couple weeks before, read below for details) and I got 573g of material before drying. I will try to update the value when it is dried. Now they are drying like in the video I uploaded. Thanks for reading my diary. *) Once I opened the windows and I bent the central stem of the third plant, the smallest since beginning. I put a stick to keep it up and it still survived until flowering. I had to harvest it couple weeks before the others 2 plants, because after this "injury" the plant started to have some mites that were spreading in the plant. In this country, you cannot buy BIO products against parasites, so I preferred to harvest sooner. For the numbers of this last harvest report, I counted only the 2 that I harvested together and 573g is the wet weight of these other 2.

English below Nachdem die Pflanze jetzt das erste Mal reguläre durch den Autopot bewässert wurde werde ich in den kommenden Tagen die automatische Bewässerung aktivieren. Ansonsten wird auch in diesem Run Experimentiert und die Pflanze wurde jetzt knapp über der Erde umgelegt. Mal schauen wie ich und die Pflanze damit klar kommen möglichst flach über der Erde gehalten zu werden. Ich hoffe so am Ende mehr in die Breite zu kommen und idealerweise eine 80*40 Hälfte des Zelts zu nutzen. ------- Now that the plant has been watered through the Autopot for the first time, I’ll be activating the automatic watering system in the next few days. Damn has the buds started to fatten up. The Kmintz plants are really starting to get some beautiful bud production going on. Thw Tarantula Genetics Platinum OG Punch Breath is starting to get some gorgeous color in the buds and lots of frosting on the buds. End of week 5 and the plants are starting to look top notch. Plant size Kmintz #1 - 37" Kmintz #2 - 32" Platinum OG Punch Breath - 42" Apple Punch-? - 37" Well that's all so far. Happy growing everyone!!!

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. Today is Day 50 !! We have started flower an they are just looking amazing! We have switched up the nutrients for flower, instead of 1 tsp bloom and 3 tsp of veg , we just swap 3 tsp of bloom and 1 tsp of veg !! Can’t wait to see what these laddies do this week!!
