Even though it says 80 Gallon pot, it’s really 400, it just glitches out when I enter 400 and converts to say only 80. I know she looks bad! I know. She has only been managing a nutrient lockout with horribly low pH for far too long! The Hydrated Lime has indeed fixed the pH! Resulting in my next inbound set of problems. The original soil from the second 2.3L pot she was in was too strong! She needs to get her roots out into the larger pot, but that only gives her so much more space. Plus in that larger black plastic pot, the hot dry sun at 7,000 ft in elevation, really heats up those pots! When it’s 98F later, that sounds like torture! Maybe it was enough to balance out the more concentrated stuff towards the inside of the root mass. But I don’t want her roots to stop there! The time is now for her to go into the 400!!! The soil is 6.5 pH through and through. The peas are about to bloom! She has just avoided lockout and is picking up momentum! The 400 gives her a huge diameter for her roots! Something I sincerely hope her genetics will take advantage of. The soil is rich and alive! The temps in 400 will be so much better! Now I must prepare for my Arch Nemesis! The Butterfly!!!!!! Lol But seriously. They find my plants attractive, and decide to serve my plants as food for their offspring!!!! Not okay! Last year their success rate on my plants was a fat 0!! But they did some serious damage! I am prepared this year!! I will watch with vigilance for any butterflies around my plants specifically. I will spray my plants down regularly with diatomaceous earth! Not too much obviously! I know less is more when spraying that stuff! No mother wants to give her children food with razor blades in it! And as always there is always next year! I can’t let a phase of mice and men get the better of me. However!!… that’s what I said LAST YEAR!!!! Lol. This year IS next year! Great structural progress this week. I adjusted the first LST on all Tropicanna Poison plants and they responded perfectly — fast recovery, strong lateral growth and a very even canopy. Installed the SCROG net at ~26–30 cm to prepare for the next stage. I also switched to the automatic drip system (2 L/h emitters). The nutrient mix needed a few corrections, but the final feed landed at EC ~850 µS / pH ~5.8, giving each plant 700 ml. Soil dried quickly and the roots are clearly active. Environment stayed stable at 22–23°C, 65–70% RH and PPFD ~420 µmol/m²/s. All plants look healthy, compact and already releasing a nice sweet cannabis aroma.

3.2.2024: Start of week 7 from seed. Fed 1/4 fox farm trio nutes plus calmag. 64oz at 6.5ph. There's some clear nute burn on the leaf tips but she's doing well. Main cola is stacking nicely. Few random orange hairs here and there. 3.3.2024: Day 44 from seed. Steady as she goes. No change to current state. 3.4.2024: Watered 64oz at 6.5ph. Chugging along. 3.5.2024: Day 46. Buds are forming nicely. Clipped 8 fan leaves blocking bud sites. 3.6.2024: Day 47. Fed again at 1/4 strength probably around 3/4 gal at 6.5ph. Runoff is 6.49 at 1100ppm. 3.7.2024: Day 48. Nothing doing today. Main cola is stacking nicely, outer branches have some good but smaller buds. Long way to go but no idea how these will fatten up. 3.8.2024: Day 49, end of week 7 from seed. Watered 96oz at 6.38ph. Runoff ppm at 1050 with ph at 6.7. She appears to being doing great. Super stoked to see the bud development over the past week.

Finished transplanting the girls earlier this week. Based on the stretch from the mother plants I can get these clones roughly 36" tall (from the floor in a 5 gallon pot) before flipping to flower. So I can pretty much double these in height to maximise the final yield. We'll be on cruise control here for the next 2-3 weeks before transplanting up to 5 gallon pots.Then I'll have them in veg for another week after transplant so the roots will expand. By this time I should also have a pretty good idea how long they'll take to flower based on my information from the mother plants.

Runtz automatic is growing good. She is making a lot of progress and doing a lot of stretching. Her cola sites are developing more every day. Everything is looking really good. The little ones are developing well, unfortunately there are a few minor nutrient problems in the direction of Calmag with the Morello Cherries and also slight signs of this with the TerpyZ Punch. I counteracted this with a foliar spray. The pH value of the hydrosystem has unfortunately dropped a little to 5.5, which I have equalised with ph up from Plagron. The plants are currently getting light between 800-900 ppfd and as soon as the stretch starts, l'll increase this to 1000 ppfd. Both ladies are slowly starting to smell.

Plant has been developing nicely over the past 6 weeks. Fimming was not very successful, so I continued with super cropping the plant. She was switched to a 12/12 schedule a week ago and was fed flower nutes for the first time this week. She is definitely stretching, so I installed another scrod at 50 cm to distribute the canopy even further and add some support. She has been receiving ph balanced RO water and is at this stage continuously via drippers. Roots are al over the tank again, which has however proven as an advantage in the past.

Gotta get these girls to put all their focus in cranking out new nodes now for the next few weeks to fill up the tent space for flowering. Looking for the top 4 with the most impressive smell, vigor and structure Also water fed 2 cups each again today. They are needing fed every day almost now cause they are out growing the 1 gal pots. Transplanting will need to happen within the next fee days. Day 26 Eliminated 1 Kosher Kush and 1 Double Stuffed Sorbet transplanted last half gallon pot (Blueberry 6) water fed 1 cup of water to all foliar fed with fish fert + cal mag Last day of week 4: I fed 1 cup of water and then super cropped most. Some got LST stakes. Kind of had a little regret after super cropping most. Next run I will do zero lst or hst training. Just grow them to 24 inches (6 weeks) then move to final pots and put in trellis net 12" over top of pot thereby allowinh the the trellis net to gently fold over the top 8-12" of the plants, creating the same training effect but with no stalling of growth. Train them into the net for final 2 weeks of veg and for the 1st week or 2 of flowering.
