This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 9/12- Week 5 of flower is upon the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's looking like a champ! 9/14- My daily routine of watering, removing dead foliage and checking over the flowers continues. 9/16- The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are all stacking nicely and are really starting to get super frosty! 9/18- Storms came thru overnight and in the morning I found that the Papaya Sherbet had sustained some damage. Right where the divide was from being topped she split. I quickly mended the split with duct tape and crossed my fingers for luck. I also place a couple more support poles to help support her. With another week of flower behind her, the Papaya Sherbet is looking to be in great shape for the upcoming weeks where she'll be putting on weight! The plant with calmag looking issues is growing height still the others seem to be not, one I didnt trim much is growing much denser nugs, with Crystal's sprinkling out much more than the trimmed /more trained plants. The middle plant is yellowing hard after I fed it tapwater for the first time in a long time. Lots of pistols starting to darken, I'll check trichomes next week.. might feed once more at least.

Full on flowering. Gave first 10ml dose of bio pk 5-8 on day 37 with 1tsp bactrex in 1L water. Triton Biscotto Lime Auto is a bit behind but looks ok. All got massive defoliation and still tons of leaves... Natural form maybe was a mistake hahahah

Nachdem sie etwas spargelte ganz am Anfang, habe ich um den Stängel herum, etwas Erde angehäuft. Habe zwar immer wieder mit Wasser die Erde besprüht aber trotzdem waren die ersten 1-2cm der Erdanhäufung um den Stängel heute trocken. Darum habe ich 100ml um den Stängel verteilt gegossen. Die Blattspitzen hängen aber weiter und scheinen etwas verfärbt. PPFD 540 DLI 39 25.10. Dank den Hilfestellungen ein paar netter Grower, hatte ich nun wohl leicht hängende Blätter und eine Nekrose dem ersten Blätterpaar. Grund dafür war wohl, dass ich die Living Soil initial mit 3 Liter Wasser vorm einsetzen des Jiffys gegossen habe, um das Bodenleben zu "aktivieren". Als sie dann nach einigen Tagen spargelte, habe ich um den Stängel herum einen kleinen Erdhaufen geformt, der dann recht schnell austrocknete und diesen dann auch noch mal mit 100ml Wasser gegossen.

The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.

Week 10, the second week of flowering, has been a wild ride in our Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Our girl is on fire! Talk about growth – she's become a bona fide giant, standing tall and proud. The canopy's like a green sea, and I'm thinking she might outgrow the room soon! I might have to sneak in for that defoliation before day 21 – let's see how ninja-fearless I can be! And guess what? Her fruits are stepping into the limelight, and they're like little works of art in the making. They're shaping up beautifully and in promising numbers. It's like she's a fruity ninja master! Now, let's talk numbers: Starting the week at a TDS of 300 and a pH of 6.1, things were looking balanced. But she surprised me with her super hydration skills – guzzling down 6 liters a day! So, as her thirst grew, I decided to amp up her food to 420 ppm. Yeah, the numbers asked for a little humor, didn't they? And let's give it up for my ninja buddies! They're on ninja-duty, keeping a vigilant watch over everything. The pH's sitting pretty at 6.2, ensuring the perfect conditions for our Tangie to thrive. Song of the week : The Beatnuts - Watch Out Now ------- Day 33 - Recovered nice from last week topping , she's pushing secondary stems 🌱. I tried a supercroping so let's see how she react. Still watered with tap water , the pre-fertilized soil provide enough nutrients until her next and final transplant to a 15L pot.

Blue is now around 30 cm tall. I don't think she'll catch up with the others, but we'll do our best. However, since she's been getting fish mix, you can see that she's growing better. Perhaps I should have started giving her protein earlier. Keep it IZI 💚

Coming up to the finish line of my first grow in a year. Took awhile to dial everything in. From new tent to new light to 3 gallon pots vs 5 gallon had a lot of variables to overcome. Definitely not chunking out like my previous runs in 5 gallon pots, not sure if my recipe wasn’t strong enough or if I could have top dressed more often. But quality is fire and spells are delicious. Watched a video where a guy hates topping so I tried not topping and not a fan. I do like the main stem but it makes light height and power to hard to manage. Next run going back to topping and training from week 2. These girls were just so purdy in veg I didn’t want to touch them but in the long run I needed more training.

One of my seeds didn't germinate, so I had to plant another. The 2nd one is now in the 64L reservoir and is 6 days behind the one in the 1L reservoir. Roots are starting to make their way down into the nutrient solution in the 1L bottle.

Growing well into week 6ish of flower, had quite a bit of burn come through but the buds are stacking up well! Stickier and louder every day.

Day 42 - 17/01/24 All plants are looking vigorous today! Tent is very green, LST did it's job, and bud sites are all upwards! Keeping a close eye on P2 and P3 for any yellowing as they're coming up to the 6 weeks in the medium. P1 is making some headway with 3 of the sprouts. one is still weak looking. 18/6 Light cycle in place, all at 100% intensity. Temps are around 26-28C in the day time and around 20C at night. Lights off temps hover between 16-19C Negative pressure in the tent, all is looking well. We're pushing close to flowering!! Day 45 - 20/01/24 Whilst doing some checks, I found a little buddy growing next to Plant 1. I must have been sloppy when I topped the plant and dropped a piece into the pot!! I don't know what, if anything, will come out of the little thing, but im gonna leave her in the pot, see how she goes!! P2 is looking pretty good. Bud sites all exposed to light, did some slight clean up on the branches. Pre flower signs are all over this big plant. same with P3 as well. Gave all 3 first bit of extra nutrients this grow. Used some Plagron Products. Let's see how they take to it! 1ml/L Plagron PowerBuds, Green Sensation and Sugar Royal as well as 1ml/L of CalMag. Day 47 - 22/01/24 All Plants are looking great! vigorous and lush, responding well to the extra nutrients!! P3 is getting the major LST treatment this time. Got all branches stretched out, all bud sites in direct light. I also folded down the lip of the fabric pots to expose more of the lower half to air and light. Looking good so far, flowering fast approaching!!

trying something new, LIMETTA MARMALADE by JOLLY POND FARM (Cotton Candy Kush / Mimosa) x (Koffee Cake / SkyCuddle Kush F3) Bred by @landrace_bureau Hunted/Selected/S1 by Jolly Pond Farm @jollypondfarm jollypondfarmacy.com Sativa Flowering Time: 68-73 Days under 20w seedling light , on heating mat @ 78F picked the wrong damn tent on the grow log settings lol, its a coolgrows 4x4 12/31/24 two pops so far, moving into dwc buckets under around ,3 EC water just under net pots 12 DLI for now, FD6000 is set to 5 on my AC infinity as far as my take on the phenos: #1 popped vigorously and has leaflets grown since, #2 is a bit slower, popped two days later #3 was planted later, but popped quickly 1/5/25 slight rooting through on #1, probably my last top water , it looked a little thirsty, maybe 1 more tomorrow #2 and #3 will continue receiving top watering everyday until i observe the same keeping VPD at around .9 ,,, however i do need a new IR therm. 1/7/25 some slight purpling on #1 & #2 and i am sure this is because of having a bad pH pen before. everything is properly calibrated and pHed with my AC INFINITY pH pen 1/13/25 well, they continued to purple a little bit, gonna chalk it down to low temps in the tent, was using my heater in my other tent but i have reconnected it as i moved the plant i was rehabing into the 4x4 since i set it to veg DLI (30 right now.)

Fifth week of flower and it was time to defoliate the indoor units as they were starting to get bushy and block exposure to the lower bud sites. Quick work with the bonsai shears and they were ready to soak in the sun. I left the rooftop plants alone as I believe having additional leaf mass enables them to withstand temp and environmental fluctuations better. Whether or not this is the case, it was an experiment.
