You can see the nute burn here from the first and only feeding earlier in the grow. Just a tad too much fertilizer.

2020-01-12(Day 15) - Fastbuds Purple Lemonade passed the MegaPowerPlant of the same age in height. I just implemented LST and introduced Nutes. From the grows I've seen of this strain I think I'll stick to LST and not top, take advantage of the large internodal spacing. One or two more weeks and we should see some dark buds forming, can't wait!

Harvest day - I save my harvest post for the yield results so I have one more to follow. Beautiful grow though and really impressed with the yield and results. I typically only grow indoors, this is my first full outdoor grow with a photo actually. It definitely changed how I view growing seeing the plants react outdoors. Also I’m in newly legal NY state and we would not be here today if it wasn’t for people like Jack Herer fighting for us at the most difficult times to do it. Jack was born in Buffalo, NY so this grow was a grow to pay homage to a man that led the way. This strain has also won the 2nd most cannabis cups behind only Skunk #1 a strain well deserving of the Jack Herer name.

DAY 14 F: Hi all. I hope we are all coping and navigating this tumultuous time in the "other world" . It has been a really good week for the ladies this week and even the little chica has improved slightly from her attempted poisoning by hands yet unknown ????. Lol They have all been really productive in their stretch periods and i had to move the fc3000 up a fair bit to stop them reaching the panel. I want to avoid any supercropping to use the plants natural structures on this final auto run. The tip spreading has been effective at stopping them over growing the height restriction and has now used the stretch period to space all the budsites into good positions for light and air movement. I want to also avoid having to remove any of the powerhouse fan leaves that are going to help convert and store all those sugars and goodies for the bud development soon. Inwill tet to keep them from light blocking lower leaves and growth by tucking them away where I can. They are around 2ft in height with the Strawberry Pie being the taller of the 3 strains. All have fairly long node gaps whichb had hoped to avoid so they would stack the buds rather than grow in small clusters but I know from previously growing them all that they make some very nice harvested and cured nugs. I am still only feeding water but will be doing another tea of biosys and a top dressing of life-cycle too this week to give the biosphere a hand and the girls a boost from that. The light is really doing them justice with plenty of deep penetration to the soil bed in places too. There are no signs of hot spots or too much intensity so far so an even spread of those light ranges has fed them perfectly. With the convenience of the soil beds , In the tent I have from Mars being the perfect size for this light , it could be a match made in heaven for the upcoming photoperiod run with the FC3000 too. Just need to find a way to hang the tent with my horrible apex roof first..... lol With Bud Porn on order for next weeks update , I bid you all farewell or as we say in the UK, "tatty bye for now" growmies. Be lucky

flower week 8, 2nd week of flush and my 15th week of crappy sleep due to this VIVOSUN 4"high cfm fan. I would just get rid of it as it does not owe me anything (2 full grows) but I am planning on gifting my old complete set up to someone I know that's in need. and shit.... Spider Farmer never even got back to me....so my next grow will include my first HLG to supplement the Spider.... no contest this month due to...... well I gotta move. I don't think id be winning any contest but on the off chance I would.... address change. lol HAPPY FRIDAY

Defoliated some of the bigger fan leaves, I know it may be risky technique but since she has grown into the tent, space is tight and in order to maximise flower sites, I decided to remove some foliage to get better coverage. Flowering is taking off and have decided to increase the dosage of the nutrients to see if she can handle the feeding, she has grown quickly in the last couple of days and want to see if I can push her to the maximum. Healthy and happy plants, no more issues with spidermites (Thank goodness!), no more needing to treat a flowering plant (if I had to, I would drench the plant in a mixture of H202, liquid dishwashing detergent and water to ensure that buds are not covered with nasty chemicals). Clones have been taken and in this pic, can be seen that it has rooted, clones were taken off during defoliation session during 2nd week of flower.

The garden is really doing well. Flowers are getting bigger almost daily. I got to order another tent to dry in because they are all finish at different times but I’m ok with that. Still dealing with a little bit of a calmag issue I think. I got one plant I’m going to give a dose to when my lights come on later. I’m waiting on my dehumidifier to get here so I can run my vpd up to try and increase some resin production. I’m excited to grow these lemon cherry cookie seeds I got. I’m happy with my first indoor grow. The wedding glue #2 could have used some more defoliation but she wouldn’t quite stretching

Days 42 through 49 of flower and all three Phenos are expressing themselves differently. Pheno #1 continues to express darkened fan leaves almost purple and much more frosty than her sisters. Pheno #2 is the other end of the spectrum remaining green, but less frost. Pheno #3 seems to be a mix of the other two and its fan leaves are turning colors of autumn. Those are my visual observations as we head into week 8 of flower with harvest just around the corner. No nutrients or grow techniques used during week 7 flower. Other than a watering to saturation on day 42, I really haven't done anything other than observing and maintaining health of plant. For me, that involves tracking VPD to ensure optimal plant performance. Able to track VPD with recent upgrade to the AC Infinity Cloudline Pro fan system. The integrated environmental controls managed on my smart phone has been a game changer. So, happy that I made the upgrade. Thanks again for stopping by and checking out the diary.

I can see the finish line. I started the flush this week 5/2/19 nothing but Harvested Rain Water 25 PPM filled both 5 gallon pots nice and slow to saturate the coco until I had runoff. I checked the drip pan PPM was 1986 I'm sure the residue from the other feedings were still in the pan from weeks past. I collect a clean sample of runoff today 5/5/19 with a 5 gallon flush on each pot and check that. 1100 ppm I used the Flawless Finish on the 5 gallons to clean out most of the salts let the plants slowly eat up the reserves in the fan leaves. I am seeing the yellow fade of autumn now. will let dry out for 2 more days and Flush again with the Flawless Finish on 5/7/19 PPM 390 I am seeing the fade to yellow on the shorter one the tall one is still green but the PPM on both are at 390. another 2 day dry out last flush 5 gallons of R/O WATER. on 5/9/19 The time-lapse files got corrupted 😥 but I shot a live video of some close ups. Cut of the SCROG and wow are they sticky. the smell is really strong now. Thanks for all the support and advice on this grow. I have to have patience for the chop, all most there.

This plant is my first real plant because the first one had a genetic mutation coming from the seed because I gave it exactly the same conditions as this one and therefore I will consider this plant as my first plant. I am very proud of myself to have obtained such a yield (188g wet) with very few problems during the culture of this Steacky Beast Automatic from Zamnesia. This plant resisted very well to a nitrogen deficiency due to a too high ph because of my ph metter which was out of order but also to a small burn to the nutrient. I started rinsing on day 54 (it lasted 2 weeks and a half). I couldn't put you pictures of the trichomes but they were perfect for the harvest and the pistils were also matching so here is why I waited until day 73 The heads are hung in the culture box with brown soft ties (I removed everything except the extractor and the filter), the box is plunged in the dark so it's perfect for drying Thank you for your interest in my growing diary! See you soon, Jokey4

Kannabia Run – Weekly Update The girls seem to love the environment and conditions! 🌿 Out of the 3 Monkey Grease, 2 were topped and one also got some LST. They’re showing strong, healthy growth and look like they’re going to be big plants! So far, everything points to Kannabia having great genetics! Next week, I’ll transplant them into 3L pots, and then in about two weeks, they’ll move to their final pots. Let’s go, Kannabia! 🚀

A few days late on the update for this one. She is the shortest plant in the bunch and looking like she is going to put on some nice buds. Gave them a pinch of beastie bloomz today so they have plenty of feed to build those buds
