My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. On and on the strains date back in agricultural time, each new variety with its own unique smell, taste, color, high and medical benefit. However, in the past decade, a goal of all this tinkering has been what some producers are starting to call “Royal Respect” with the soul of marijuana's benefits going toward both body and mind. Painkiller XL is notable for its near-equal representation of 6 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and 7 percent cannabidiol (CBD), achieved by a seed that's 70 percent sativa and 30 percent indica. I'm keeping an eye on what appears to be a few seeds developing. I'm hoping they're just fat calyx's that haven't matured yet however there's a strong possibility that, due to a temperature fluctuation that was excessive (20℉) may have caused her to stress and turn hermaphroditic... Fingers crossed! 🤔🤞 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Six of flower in a couple of days and she'll be past the half-way point with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. I watered in the Top Dress with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ and let her enjoy her meal! 😜 9/26- After her heavy watering on the 24th I didn't water yesterday and when I checked her today at 'lights on' and she still had some weight to her pot and her leaves were praying hard so I held off on watering today and will hit her tomorrow with her usual 1.5g watering. ~Thanks for stopping in! Still building Some lights out pics to show off the buds and trics **** We have determined that best practice on coco DTW is to add a low dose of Cal-Mag once a week when in final container. This will satisfy the cation sites as the coco breaks down and avoid mystery CA deficiencies allowing the CocoTek to do its work. 6/30 Just some Bud Pics 7/2 HARVEST DAY TOMORROW!

It was time. Her trichomes are cloudy as the weather today, with just a couple ambers. Total wet weight of the buds was 390g 😳😳😳 I kept 200g for myself. The rest was sliced, diced and was given to the worms. After drying, there should be about 40g. Have I said already how much I hate this local law 😭 She smells delicious nonetheless! And is as sticky as a yellow fly trap 😂 Had hoped for more color though. Next time I run her, I'll see if I can keep the temps under 25c. The stalk and stems were all pink and I suspected the rubarb color was from Mg deficiency, but she persisted through 1.5g/l of Epsom Salts, so I concluded she wasn't deficient. She was a true pink pheno! ----------------------------------------------------- It was a fun experience, with a couple challenges during the grow! Definitely repeating this cultivar in the future! Blütewoche 6: Die Woche begann okay. Das Vergilben ist nicht gravierend schlimmer geworden.. 🙏 Also sollte es hoffentlich doch bis zur Ernte reichen 😁 .... Ich hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass es irgendwie nicht so wirklich weitergeht.. Die Buds wurden nicht sonderlich dicker, bei 3 von 4 Pflanzen blieb der Stretch fast völlig aus.. Also nochmal jemanden fragen der Ahnung hat. Einen Tag darauf bekam ich Besuch von meinem Kollegen, welcher den Grow das erste mal sah. Er schaute sich die Pflanzen etwas gründlicher an... und sagte, dass dort eine Stelle verdächtig aussieht... Nach weiterer Begutachtung stand fest. Es sind 2 sichtbare Pollensäcke versteckt an der hinteren linken Pflanze... Er beruhigte mich und sagte ich solle nicht durchdrehen.. wir schauen uns es morgen früh im hellen an und entfernen die Säcke vorsichtig.. Das Problem mit dem ruhig bleiben ist nur ... dass es mir nicht so liegt, wenn ich meine gesamte Arbeit schlagartig als gefärdet sehe... 😓😐😶 Am nächsten Tag stellte sich heraus, meine Panik war nicht unbegründet ... kurzgesagt ich habs leider trotz aller Mühen verkackt 😓😓😓 Alles ist voller Samen.. jede Pflanze wurde von der kleinen Skywalker bestäubt. Von unten bis in die Headbuds... Aber Hey bleib locker, kann passieren, lernste draus und gut ist ... Das ist was man in solchen Momenten gerne hört 😡 Das Fazit ist jedoch... Genauso ist es. Es kann passieren. Man kann nicht alles von vornherein wissen. Man kann nicht alles perfekt machen ohne es einmal geübt oder fehler gemacht zu haben... Es ist einfach zu viel, dass man einfach wissen müsste. Ich bin Perfektionist durch und durch .. Aber diesmal war es gaaanz weit entfernt von perfekt 😩 Die ganze Zeit, Nerven, Mühe, Vorfreude und vorallem das Geld .. alles erstmal futsch.. Aber eine Menge dazugelernt habe ich... Hoffentlich kann ich das nächste mal mehr davon richtig anwenden 🙏 Für mich ist der Grow hiermit Emotional und aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht als gescheitert zu betrachten. 💤 Alle Pflanzen werden nun wieder gemeinsam in die erste Growbox unter 200W gestellt um ihre letzten Wochen hoffentlich ganz schnell hinter sich zu bringen.. damit sie mir aus den Augen verschwinden 😕 Die neuen Samen sind bereits eingesetzt und werden mir hoffentlich etwas mehr Glück bringen! 🙏 Vielen Dank fürs Lesen. Todo esta semana salió mal, primero se me descalibró el medidor de ec, el tanque de agua estaba a más de 3 ec, lo bueno es que me di cuenta rápido y apenas se mostró excesos en la planta. Hoy se me callo el foco lec encima de esta dañando 2 ramas. No fue mucho pero si que lo notara y espero que el lec esté nuevo . Demasiado bien iba este cultivo jj

Week 7 of bloom continued steady. I gave her osmosis water with some biobizz alg a mic. She is really thirsty, i water every two days with around 4L. Also i switched to a oscillating fan for more airflow in the tent.

Very easy to grow and forgiving, they both would take big feeds and weren't upset by high EC. Lovely dense nuggets, some had taken on a purple hue. All dripping with Trichomes and potent turpenes. I can't put a finger on the aromas but there's an old school skunky smell in the background. Completely changed from the early stages of flowering. Very smooth to smoke and reasonably potent. I'll definitely be growing this again and it's my favourite strain of this run. Good work Sweet Seeds, Sweet Gelato is a winner for me!
