CBD Star bud seem to be thickening up despite obvious signs of deficiencies, likely due to a pH induced nutrient lock out. Phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium, manganese, molybdenum? It’s basically the periodic table of deficiencies. Main cola started to turn purple due to molybdenum deficiency? Found a spider mite on Cheese… sprayed the leaves down with a 1:10 alcohol:water solution which seems to have taken care of the mites.

day 7 Flowering: Hi all . It has been the start of their flowering this week and the initial stages of their stretch period. Time to exploit the burst of growth and set them in position for full light absorbing relaxation. The less stress to get light , the more focus on creating the beauty in flowering hopefully. I took some time to do a clear out of the small scrappy growth low down the stems to focus on the happy growing bud sites higher up. With their shape and size , the flowers would have been within the ball shapes and unable to develop properly. The shape of the plants from the tip spreading is very helpful now. I am able to tuck the really big powerhouse fans , underneath the developing lowers. This supports the lower growth to head higher but also keeps the main stem powered by the very important big fans. As these are autoflowers and able to use the available light through the huge fans , it can only be beneficial to keep them as long as possible while they are not blocking anything. The difference between the strains is noticable more now with the Strawberry Pie wanting to spread her branching more . Tip spreading has kept them smaller but their nature still has them wanting the long node lengths and cluster bud structures as opposed to long donkey di#ks. The other strains have benefited more from it and in particular, the #2 Six Shooter has an amazing amount of hopeful mains all fighting for focus so should be a good example of how tip spreading really works to create productive , squat beasts. Fingers crossed.lol They are still being fed just water with no additional boosts beside the last top dressings. I will be watering again with the biosys tea but they look so happy and green that I wont be adding any other products unless I notice a need. Cal.mag being the exception as I want to avoid the expected deficits from using l.e.d , before it can slow anything down in repair/recovery. The light is covering them all perfectly and with the height still to be lowered after the stretch is done , I know from previous Mars lights, the big solid nugs will appear.... I have used a video to show the past weeks growth rather than the usual pics and hope this will be more interesting than having to scroll pics. I also noticed a few leaf miners among the other plants and suspect we have some migration here too. Not too serious as yet but before it gets too bad , I used a store bought spray ( organic) to hopefully get to grips before they do. Failing this , a good smoke bomb might be used. Salute comrade ! According to the passport, it would be time to harvest, and they look very appetizing. Not all trichomes are still amber, it will stand for 1 week in a solution with honey and molasses. 5 days of flush, 2 days of the night👌

She did not get very big but she has produced very compact and sticky nuggets, she has given 31,2g of high quality buds

Day 43-23/01/22 all looking good!!!! Day 49-29/01/22 everything still going good The mars hydro lights are working well! They all seem to be growing the same the odd one abit slower but so far so could!!! I put one of the chemdawg in the hps tent to see how different it comes out!!! But yeah very easy going at the moment!!!

Chopped and I'll hang them in the he dry tent and keep it around 60rh/17c for as long as I can. 🤑 Update: got the tent at 15c/61rh and wow the buds have a different type of firmness than before. I can't wait... So far my best grow of the 3

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain all morning and intermittently throughout the day. The high temperature was 71°. This is challenging weather for cannabis. Thankfully these are in veg, and are thriving in it. Day 2 we had lots of sunshine and high temperature around 84°. Day 3 we had partly cloudy skies and a high temp of 72°. I watered from the hose about 2 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had clear skies, lots of sunshine, and a high temperature of 89°. Day 5 Day 6 we had rain the previous night and today lots of sunshine. High temperature was 86°. The rain took care of the watering today. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 88°F. Skies were clear and sunny. I watered 2-2.5 gallons from the hose. This week was a success. The plants added almost a foot in height. They've gotten much bigger and appreciate the phosphorus that was built up in the recycled soil. I added more stakes to support the two main branches. This supports the branches and spreads them out to get the light in to lower branches. We are having warmer temperatures and these girls are loving it. I expect an explosion of growth next week.

Excited to get these things dried and cured. The terpene profile is really interesting, if a bit on the lighter side. I'll report back on the smoke report.

Pablo Escobar is still making progress. She had the two neem oil treatments. Hopefully I broke whatever pest is bothering them. Still no sign of what it is. Even under 100x magnification. I might of got it. If not I will get a Insecticide soap of some kind. She is still growing after the treatment stress. I need to resolve it prior flowering is all I know. Marker is doing well, feeding properly, with good runoff drainage. Its scent is distinctly berry-like, leaning more towards Skittles. Everything seems to be on track! 🍇✨

Die Kush Mint hat sich in den letzten zwei Wochen sehr gut entwickelt und deshalb haben wir sie am 13ten Tag getoppt. Düngetechnisch halten wir uns an den Düngeplan von Hy-Pro mit einem EC Wert von 1,2. Sie zeigt keine Anzeichen von Überdüngung sondern wächst und streckt sich dem Licht schön entgegen. Die Genetik von Super Strain hat das Topping sehr gut vertragen und die Kush Mint wächst bereits am nächsten Tag weiter, als wäre nichts gewesen. Das stimmt uns sehr positiv und freuen uns auf die nächste Grow-Woche mit ihr. Wie findet ihr sie? 😎

Everything in the 2x2 is looking good! Started some LST to open the plants up and get light to all the lower spots. Humidty around 60 to 65 percent bottom watered for the first time in the earthbox. Filled it up until it ran out of the overflow with Springwater. Will water again when chamber goes dry to prevent any root issues so far I am loving the earthbox!
