Hey all sorry for the late update. Got really busy with work and just wasnt uploading. I had to cull phat Gary cause she was a genetic herm, I’m talking pollen sacks all the way up the main stem. I’ve seen a few stress sacks here and there on the lowers but nothing like this. I added a video of it so you might know what to look out for. It’s my first experience with exotic genetix and while I have heard of them having herm issues before, I have never had anything quite like phat Gary. But, on the other hand, this Gary Poppins #2 is the best smelling plant I’ve ever had. She smells like a straight strawberry soda, just this very fizzy strawberry scent. It’s unreal. Gary Poppins #1 has a similar terp profile, but not as loud and she’s frosty as ever. Both the perm marker s1’s are identical. Both look exactly like the perm marker flower I’ve bought from seed junky in the past. Very lime green buds with light oranges hairs. Smells just like a permanent marker. Couldn’t be happier with how this run is going, well except Phat Gary. Still haven’t decided on Exotic Genetix yet. I guess we will wait and see how Blueberry Gary comes out, she’s currently in week 6 veg. Shout out to the mad scientist Jbeezy though, this perm marker is unreal. When I saw he was releasing s1’s I couldn’t believe it. Gonna wash this entire run for some fresh frozen. I would absolutely love to get this Gary Poppins #2 smell to transfer to some live rosin. Will update this when we finish and I’ll make a diary for blueberry Gary and Gastro pop from compound genetics when I get a chance. Day 57 from seed. 8 full weeks in. 1st day if week 9. Stretch is calming down I can tell because of how many bud sites are forming. Every arm above the net should have full thick colas. I'll trim and lollipop after this last week of stretch. The last watering was ph water. And the best 3 days will be as well, then I'll swap to beasty blooms.

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

new beginning

Our Micro-Breeding project was a success. The Cross between Jealousy Mintz x Royal Runtz has some awesome F1´s. Awesome short growing plants. They are not the tallest but they are one of the loudes i have ever grown. Sweet Fruity Notes like Orange Fanta and fruitmix right behind. Buds are also looking Fire 😈👽👽👽👽👽

She was taken down 09/02/24 She dried for 9 days at what was hoped to had been around 60/60 but the temperature was between 72 up to 80 at one point, with the average being around 76. This was not ideal, and made drying faster than I had hoped. Nonetheless, seems as though she turned out fine. I was worried about the smell not being ideal etc. Alls good. Phew. I’ve trimmed her up and she’s in jars now to cure. Humidity is sitting at 59. Trimming her was pretty easy.. and I hate to trim. She was much more bud than leaf thankfully. Buds are good sized, dense, sticky, and frosty. As for now, not getting any smells of bananas lol. I guess maybe the cure could change that. Guess we’ll see. Will finish smoke report after some curing/smoking

*Sorry for lack of photos in this first week* Hi there, welcome to the first week of the Fastbuds Gorilla Cookies grown under the ts1000! You may see another plant in the tent, that is also Fastbuds but their new for 2022 Cherry Cola Auto strain. I'm going to try my very best with these plants, currently at seelding stage receiving around 270 ppfd each and dli is around 20 for 24hours of light. When the plants are bigger will increase the amount of light.

***UPDATE**** 6/17/2022 I forgot to mention that I transplanted both Big Bud Auto Plants, well slightly transplanted. I started Big Bud #1 off in a 16 oz grow cup and #2 I started off in a peat moss pod. Initially I just put the entire cup/pod into a 5 gallon pot without removing them from the container they were in. After a few days, I thought to myself "won't that restrict root growth somewhat?" so I took #1 out of the grow cup and transplanted directly into the soil in a 5 gallon and #2 I cut the white netting from around the peat moss pod and planted that directly into the soil in a 3 gallon pot. ***Update end*** Week 3 went by well. I'll admit I'm at the point where I've "been there done that" I don't pay as much attention to them and kind of let them do what they do. I lst'd Big Bud Auto #1, she is the healthiest and most robust of the group currently. Big Bud Auto #2 is sort of a runt compared to it's sister. I believe it may have to do to the fact that I started it in a peat moss pod and placed the entire pod into the soil. Caramelicious 2nd generation #1 is a project of mine. One of my plants hermied on my last grow and pollinated itself. This is one of the seeds from that Hermie. I am curious to see if it hermies or is a female. Because after all isn't forcing a female to hermie and pollinate itself is how feminized seeds are made? Needless to say I got over 1000 seeds, so I'm hoping that they are feminized. White Widow #3 popped up with severe helmut head, I tried my best to pull it off without damaging the plant, but ended up ripping a small piece of the tip of the plant. It is really small rn but seems to be growing. I'm curious to see how it grows. Lastly but not least there has been no action with my lavender and my hot chili peppers. I fed my ladies their first nutrients today. General Hydroponics Flora 3 part series. I mixed 1/4 ml into 3 gallons of water and ph'd it to 6.6 and fed each 1 liter.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ As planed I lowered the base nutrient to 2ml, and took a break from Cal Mag, to release the N a bit, green is on point now. Tomorrow will catch up with the Cal Mag schedule as usual. Time for some overdrive, for the rest all good, girls are developing well and buds are getting bigger, no issues. Smelling delicious! July 27: she’s starting to preflower so I’m going with phyto-forcing using a 730 nm light for a few seconds at dusk each night. This puts plant into dark mode two hours faster so it’s like getting two more hours of darkness making it a 26 h day. Good trick, and super easy. July 30: video showing how I make my lazy compost tea. Best plants in four seasons of outdoor growing so it definitely works. A similar commercial product would be Recharge which has molasses, Humic acids and bacteria. Aug 1: plants always look super healthy after a round of compost tea.

2025 Plagron / Zamnesia Eternity Grow Runtz Auto Week 11 Flower 7 Runtz Automatic is in her last week; March 17 had her wet trim and was put in the dark for 2 days before getting the chop on March 20. Runtz fade and nutrient usage apparent in the leaves combined with a check of her trichomes were an indication of readiness. The older pistils are turning orange brown and water consumption is slowing down. Many leaves were fully yellow and fell off when I touched them. Her leaves look pretty with lime greens, pinky purples in the bud formation. The buds are dense and covered in trichomes supported nicely with her stems. Through the microscope, the trichomes are mostly milky with some amber as well. She was harvested on day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. She will hang to dry in a darkened room. Temps are 71-72and 50% humidity. This week the gals were fed on March 17 & 19. Pics were taken on the 17th. End of the first week in the NFT tank. Temperature was higher than normal because of the addition of a 315cdm in the middle if the two 600w dual spec HPS. I put three exhale co2 bags in the room to compensate for the higher temps.

Hola, las plantas estan espectaculares, la prefloración va perfecta, supongo que la próxima semana empezaran a engordar y formar racimos, tengo pensado aplicar el rippen y floraklen para la semana 7 y 8 y luego 72 hrs de oscuridad y cosecha. A ver si todo sigue adelante sin problemas. Saludos a todos y buenos humos

Empieza la sexta semana. Esta debía ser la última. Pero todavía quedan unos días más, así que me voy a extender a 7 semanas. Se pueden ver algunos cogollos grandes y voluminosos. Algunos otros no tanto, pero sin tanta diferencia. Hice una solución bien cargada para aprovechar la última semana de engorde. Espero llegar cómodo a la cosecha y sacar buenos resultados. Ya fumé algunas hojas con la pipa de agua, y el sabor y potencia se empiezan a notar. Seguiré actualizando cómo se termina esto. Día 38. Todo sigue muy bien. Las flores siguen engordando y las hojas llenas de tricomas. Creo que a pesar de algunos detalles, el resultado va a ser interesante. Ya es la cuenta regresiva y de no mediar problemas habrá una cosecha abundante. Por ahora se prende intermitentemente el ventilador a la noche, por lo que no se ven problemas de humedad. Pero ante la duda en cualquier momento coy a dejar prendidos los extractores toda la noche. Día 40. Estoy viendo que unos pocos tricomas recién se empiezan a poner blancos. Por lo cual puede ser que incluso se alargue una semana más de lo que pensaba, llegando a 8. Hoy llegó el overdrive de advanced, pero no se si usarlo en esta planta, ya que depende de la maduración de los tricomas si empiezo el lavado en tres días, o no. El engorde es muy notorio en estos días, así que ya estoy bastante conforme. Aún así voy a ver si es necesaria una semana más de nutrición o no.
