Just given water this week (nutrients won't let me display 0 😱) The leaves have lost their green right into the buds so it's time to chop them down. I'll try to do this later today or in the morning.

February 14, 2019 update: I rearranged the plants to get better airflow. In the video I mentioned that I thought I saw what might be spider mites. After closer inspection, I don't think its spider mites but more likely a combination of left over damage from the fungus gnats that came in with my wife's plant a few weeks ago (now gone) as well as ph fluctuations. But I like getting airflow on the plants themselves anyway, I just wish the oscillation worked on the fan I have now. I'll buy a new fan or two with oscillation soon. Also I failed to mention it in the video but there is also a ceiling fan blowing down on the plants. Overall, I'm very happy. The DinaMed CBD+ has taken the lead in the bud development category, Nice fat buds that are very dense. Sticky and stinky as hell too. She is supposed to be somewhere in the teens for CBD percentage and less than 1% THC. I'm hoping she either comes in below 0.3% or has well over 1%. I'm allowed to submit for testing 3 weeks before harvest. I'm going to cut a mid level branch and submit for testing next weekend. My other DinaFem strain, Critical +, is doing great too! She's in the lead with the most trichome development. Her buds are coming along great also! Not super fat, at least not yet, but great shape, color, density and have I mentioned the trichome development yet? 👍 This one is supposed to have mild CBD, low single digits, but high THC. I'm looking forward to smoking this one! Next up I'll talk about my Cream & Cheese CBD+ from Seedsman. She's in the lead with just overall looking awesome!!! The buds are long and super healthy looking with tons of leaves along the branches and I've defoliated a few times. The remaining leaves don't seem to be blocking much because most branches are bent over due to the weight of the buds! She is supposed to be in the 20's with BOTH THC and CBD. I'm looking forward to smoking this one also! 💪 That leaves the 3 Cherry Hemp plants. They are the smallest 3 plants in the room, but are all looking very good as well. They look like they are in the lead with possibly being ready to harvest earliest. I'm seeing the most amount of darkened and curled in hairs on these 3. The largest/oldest of the 3 is starting to show fading on the leaves. She may be ready in the next week or two. I'm waiting to start seeing some amber trichomes, so far they are still all white. These are supposed to be around 16% CBD and less than 0.3% THC. I'll be taking these in for testing soon and will be using these strictly for making CBD products - Salves, Oils, Capsules, etc... I'll keep you posted on this. This week I fed MegaCrop and Cal-Mag Pro (both by Greenleaf Nutrients). I fed according to their feeding schedule for late bloom. I think I'm going to stick with Greenleaf Nutrients for the duration of this grow rather than changing it up as I have been. Its super easy stuff to work with. 👍

Decent little stacks starting to form. Awesome aroma. Good frost production. At this point I was falling in love with the strain just due to its propensity to be grown under less than epic conditions. They took to the scrog nicely, despite the looseness of the trellis.

This is the last week. These girls getting chopped they are all sooo fat so dense sk heavy it's insane. Going to be a large harvest I bet! Has a way loud gas sweet smell and are just so sticky they almost stick to ur fingers!!! These girls have been fading Out all nice on their own just let the soil do its thing. Will chop these girls and give them a quick trim all the big leafs and let it sit and hang for 14 days in the cold. Got around 15% amber so it's time woop woop.

I started germination of 2 M.A.C beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Been itching to give this variety a go! Never givin pev seeds a try but... hopefully they keep this amazing powerhouse true to its name. Guess this grow will double up as testing the waters with pevs genetics. Always intresting to dive in to different breeders.

A sleepy week for this young Orange Sherbet. She can't seem to pop out of that seed wrap, wondering if I should intervene. Tips are welcomed 🙏 Spent 36hrs in water, 36hrs in a paper towel, then 48hrs under the soil before popping her head up into the light. The light schedule I'm following is 20/4 under two 100w LEDs running around 80% at 650mm above the babies. They're receiving 150-200umol's at roughly 11-14 DLI. Organic medium and nutes so just watering in around 200mL of dechlorinated water at 6.6 pH per day. I figured I want to get this medium nice and moist for the microbes to thrive so I've been bottom watering 200mL extra every other day, with a gap day today as the pots are nice and weighty now. 13. März Bin froh dich weiter gemacht zu haben. Blüten entwickeln sich prächtig und auch die AK gewinnt mittlerweile an Volumen. Sie wirkt dennoch dauergestresst. Die Lampe brennt mittlerweile schon seit letzter Woche die vollen 100% runter. Die Nanners an der Purple Punch wurden stellenweise von neuem Blütenmaterial überwachsen. Wasser gibts mittlerweile alle zwei bis drei Tage drei Liter pro Topf. Vor allem die Ak trinkt wahnsinnig schnell und viel. Gefühlt würde ich behaupten sie kann sich nicht entscheiden woran sie leiden will: Wassermangel oder Sauerstoffmangel. Beides schwierig. Sowohl trockener Topf straft sie mit hängenden Blättern, nach jedem Gießen allerdings auch. Ein bis zwei Tage nach dem Gießen richtet sie sich wieder auf.

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process.
