WEEK 12 - (05/16/2021 - 05/22/2021) Week 4, Day 23 - FLOWER: 05/17/2021 Tap water: 238ppm, 8.8 pH, 71℉ + FF Big Bloom: 60ml/6 gallons (¾ strength) + FF Grow Big: 15ml/6 gallons (¼ strength) + FF Tiger Bloom: 45ml/6 gallons (¾ strength) + Cal-Mag: 15ml/6 gallons (½ strength) + Fish Shit: 12ml/6 gallons + HydroGuard: 6ml/6 gallons + pH Down: 22ml Mixture: 883ppm, 6.2 pH, 71℉ 6 gallons = 1.5 gallons per 5 gallon pot ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 2990ppm/2107ppm, 6.2 pH AP#1 - 1970ppm/1087ppm, 6.2 pH AP#2 - 1550ppm/667ppm, 6.4 pH GC#1 - 2400ppm/1517ppm, 6.2 pH These ppm readings don’t seem accurate. They are all over the place, yet the pH was basically the same. I came into the grow room this morning around 9 a.m. and realized that my grow lights were still on, which set off an alarm in my head becauseI have my lights set to turn on at 5 p.m. and go off at 5 a.m. Though, I quickly found the cause of the lights not going off at their regular time. The switch on my timer had somehow flipped from "Timer On" to "Outlet On" at some point within the past day, without me realizing, so the lights remained on past their normal "bedtime". I can only conclude that the switch got bumped when unplugging a fan. This unfortunate incident caused the plants to get about an extra 4 hours of light than normal before I was able to shut them off. I went with my instinct and decided to keep the lights off for a full 12 hours, rather than wake them up at their regular time. That means the lights didn’t come back on until 9pm, at which point I watered. Plants were all noticeably droopy with dry soil. They were definitely thirsty. Tap water: 228ppm, 8.5 pH, 71℉ + HydroGuard: 8ml/8 gallons + pH Down: 25ml Mixture: 255ppm, 6.2 pH, 71℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1190ppm/935ppm, 6.5 pH AP#1 - 1180ppm/925ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 954ppm/699ppm, 6.8 pH GC#1 - 1600ppm/1345ppm, 6.3 pH This watering was SUCH A JOY. I got plenty of runoff! I was able to take readings that seemed to be much more accurate than the last few waterings. - Week 7 - ----- Day 43 ----- Fed 1150ppm @ 6.4ph 23 Liters. Hard to get above 1200 ppm now. More molasses being used, maximum Koolbloom dry powder as well. Tropicanna Glookies is starting to turn purple. Wedding Cake is fattening up FAST More photos later this afternoon mid light cycle. *Update* Big bulk phase is 100% on right now. Wedding Cake is thicker than a tall can of beer in 4-5 nugs easily. Tropicanna Glookies is sweating out trichomes and getting super sticky while slowly turning purple Great things await for these 2 ladies over the next 20 days. *Update* 2 close up shots of some purpling on the Tropicanna Glookies. ----- Day 44 ----- Here's a video. slow easy day of nothing ----- Day 45 ----- I see a tiny bit of yellowing at edges, nothing serious. I don't have to feed every 2 days now anyways its slowed to 3. I top off the ones near turgor pressure loss levels ( I check my whole hand down side of pot for moisture now) with tap water when needed today. Tomorrow will be feeding ~1000ppm most likely due to using Diamond Nectar chelating nutrients with large amounts of blackstrap molasses when combined and left in the reservoir before use. This seems to drop the detectable ppm even though it retains a high level of nutrient content... with Cal/mag (1-0-0) and KoolBloom Powder which is like a 0-30-40 its wildly powerful. Back right Tropicanna smells like Pineapple Sour Patch Kids without the sour. Its insane. I wish I had smell o' vision for you folks right now. Wedding Cake is like sugary sweet but weed esque... earthy esque type of thing. Not the Tropicanna... Shits fruity like kool-aid. Nugs are getting humongous and its pretty fun to watch it fill in, I had a low level anxiety of it never "Filling" in... but yea it's day 45 and look at Big Bertha... nearly dwarfing my fat ass arm... wild shit. Feel like these ladies have at least another 14~ days on the lower end. Wedding Cake should finish a week after Tropicanna... Trying to grab Wedding Cake "indica" tendencies and max them by going for 40-50% amber, 60-50% cloudy trichomes with under 2% (like literally 1-3 clear per 60X magnifying pic) clear trichomes. Tropicanna only 20% ish amber until clear is only about 20% of trichome and cloudy makes up roughly 60% of total trichome finishing... ----- Day 46 ----- Easy day Fed 1050ppm @ 6.4ph 13 Liters only. I want the root zones to dry out more and quicker, less chance of mold and other root rot issues. Cutting watering/feeding in half now but will be feeding prob twice as much. Buds are fattening FAST and are turning purple. Looks like I got the purple pheno Wedding Cake. Woot. ----- Day 47 ----- Easy day Buds are gettin freaky. Really poppin out now. It's quite awesome to see. **Update** *** HEIGHT CHANGE EXPLAINED! *** Took the Tropicanna's off the pot risers I DIY'd and brought them to the floor. Gives light in between the 2 plants at the side and also helps remove any light burn on the tropicanna, as I have been noticing a very slight tinting of too much light in the central part of the tent. Plants look incredible, tiny bit of tip burn but im not too worried, I'm feeding 1000-1200 ppm at the moment. Speaking of which, fed some tap water, 500ml each, they were dry enough to warrant a turgor pressure loss top up. Feeding tomorrow. Enjoy some lights off shots. ----- Day 48 ----- Fed @ 1150ppm 6.4ph 13L Easy peasy lemon squeezy, here's a new video for you guys n gals. 14~ days to go. ----- Day 49 ----- They're getting super thirsty again. woke up dry. gave 500ml tap water each plant. Will do the same this evening. Tomorrow feeding going to go to 16 Liters instead of 13 Liters. I'm lazy and don't want to water daily. Plants look phenomenal, buds are getting massive. The Wedding Cake on the left is throwing out paintbrushes thick of pistils, it's quite insane. Gonna be a hell of a plant around day 63!!! Day 53 i'll start checkin trichomes and start posting x20-x60 shots.

Days 22-35 weeks 3-4 off veg Veg Days 12&13 25&26(seedling stage was done in germination week) Both plants had difficult with a bad PH imbalance that hit my plants across the board. All suffered from 2x Terpinator & Pure Zym PH 4.5 feeds. Lessons learnt you get no 2nd chances growing co2. A light def can be a serious looking one a few hrs later even though fix was applied. Growth can't keep up with uptake. So Foliar sprays I've been using a lot in these grows. It helps with the fixes much quicker. I've started training the plant and moving things to spread it out. I reckon if I flipped her after the stretch I'd fill 60-70% of the net. So, it needs a few more weeks in veg. I have done a lot of fresh toppings. So, they'll need a few weeks of growth and training and fixing to the net. All nodes are in the strip process so it'll help fatten up the stems as if there's too much growth below the main tops and if left late (stripping them late) you'll end up with weak stems, so the stripping needs to be done, and then you need to train your nodes/shoots you want to focus on growing your colas. Any input is welcome this is my 1st scrog. I used 2 seeds 2 different phenos, 1 is a lot taller, big mistake. Itll take time, lots of training and she's gonna look awful for the next few weeks but, their will be a method to the madness. I'll flip when I see 60/70% of the net filled either by attached to the net or trained so that'll it sit under where the stretch will go when flipped. Giving me 85-95% of coverage. Again, this is my 1st scrog so any input is welcome.. SCROG / DEFOLIATION / LST / NODE STRIPPING Only started in the 2 week of this update. Through a pro scrog frame over her. As this will be the easiest way to deal with it in my 1m2 tent. It will take up a lot of space for just 2 plants. But, I'm planning on doing a long one, or at least until I get it right so it'll be a proper scrog with an even canopy. I stripped the nodes to premote them to grow some mass i did semi removal of shoots that are deep into the canopy. Didn't wanna do to much stress that and she'll still need a lot of that growth to get her to grow out. Next wk I'll readjust and start pulling her in areas needed. 1 pheno is much shorter. So, I'm thinking I'll just train her so she at least gets right underneath the net, and then when i flip it'll help reach the net. But, them areas will need lots of growth, and I'll have to weave the bugger one abs pull her nodes down and maybe lollipop her a lil more so there'll be an even canopy. They got yellow leaves on the bottom but I’m going to see if it’s a deficiency of nutrients or water, anyway have already bought the nutrient NPK 15/7/5 if I remember, normal one, it’s for beginners, it’s balls that’s slowly melt. This grow went by way to quick! This plant was an absolute joy to grow and nurture. She was extremely easy and hands off! She has an very strong pest and disease resistance and I had zero issues with any cannabis pests nor pm or botrytis! I will 100% recommend this strain and breeder to any grower who will listen. I just cannot say enough great things about this grow! I am very happy with how this grow came out. She came out as a heavy hitter with a wet trimmed weigh in at 7lbs 2.6oz! She has given me the biggest harvest I have had this far.

day 27 flowering: The Blue gelato has some beautiful forming buds on her that remind me of ice cream oddly enough. She smells nicely if sweetness. sticky to touch and healthy as hell. I am a little dissapointed with her node spacing and hope her bud sizes can make up for it. she would have been better in scrog than quadlined i think but lessons learned. Do love her look though.

Had to do the first res change, brought the ppm to 620+/- . This week was recorded on morning number 11. Roots are starting to come out of the net pots in all 3 plants. Looking forward to next week with a new res change to 800ppm. Update. 4/10 Res change to 850 and ph of 6. Day 18. Will do res change around the 28th to a heavy feed for late veg stage of around 950 to 1000. That will bring me into flower for the 2 blue dreams.

Bruce Banners are frosting up heavily and stacking dense buds, but close-ups shows tip burn and leaf clawing after the recent stress.

These 2 are growing likes beasts. They will both be going outside in the next 2 weeks or so. Just waiting on overnight temps to stay in the double digits and we are GTG.

Day 133: I have stopped adding nutrients. Now its just boosters. Harvest will be in exactly one week. The Buds look really good. I think the yield will be incredible. I don't know if it has to do with my conditions, but the weed I grow in the tent always turns out somewhat purpleish. This grow has been quite the adventure. The smell is very earhy and spicy. Unlike anything else I've grown so far. Btw. the camera did an awesome job with the macro shots. I don't even need a magnifier anymore, crazy.

1. LABS - I suggest using distilled water for the entire process ( no chlorine or chloramine). I also suggest the type of rice product shown ( 1/2 cup), it has red, brown, white, and black rice blended together. You get the benefits of each type. 2. Take the rice that was used in making the rice rinse for labs and boil it in 3 cups of water for 30 mins. Strain the rice out. Add 1 TBSP molasses per 300 mls. Use 300 mls of the above mixture during your watering cycles. It contains starches, b vitamins, aminos, trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and some nitrogen. The ppm’s are not higher than 200 ( if using distilled water). This is ONLY used if your plants are healthy. If your plants are sick…this will NOT help them. It will make stuff worse!!! The Hulk-Berry got a new home. 1 tsp 7-3-1, 1/2 tsp 0-12-0, 1/2 tsp Langbeinite, 1 TBSP 2-2-2, 3 TBSP 4-3-3, worm castings, recharge (1/32 tsp) into the soil ( Mother Earth). The 3 RuntZ are coming back from slow growth at the outset. I added LABS, Lentil SST, Photosynthesis Plus to the media. I did a foliar spray with recharge. 24-36 hours later the leaves exploded with growth and height. I added ZERO nutrients!!! I only used natural inputs and bacteria to get the root zone back in order. 11-3. Things are all in check! The LABS, SST’s and Rice wash have gotten the 3 RuntZ back on track. The Hulkberry is in full swing. I think I can get to 3 feet by flower time with the Hulkberry 11-5 All is well today!!! Everyone is very happy after the cal-mag, Photosynthesis Plus, kelp bath

This week marks the official switch from the vegetative stage to the flowering stage. With the light schedule now adjusted to 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness, the plants are entering the crucial phase where all the hard work of vegetative growth will start to pay off in the form of buds. 🌼 Flowering Transition 🌼 Light Schedule: The light schedule has been reduced to 12 hours on and 12 hours off, which signals the plants to begin flowering. I'm aiming to maintain a Daily Light Integral (DLI) of around 40 to optimize bud development. Greenhouse Super Lemon Haze 🌞 Responding quickly to the light change, with the first signs of pre-flower pistils emerging. The even canopy from LST will help the plant distribute energy effectively to multiple bud sites. Humboldt Seed Bubba Kush 🌿 This compact, bushy plant is beginning to show signs of entering the flowering stage. Its strong structure is set to support what should be a dense, resinous bud formation. Blueberry Muffin 🥞 Continuing to exhibit robust growth, with the first signs of transition into flowering.
