Continuamos la etapa de vegetaciΓ³n, ella se desarrolla muy bien π, comienza el buen tiempo, temperaturas agradables para todos.
Esta semana se aplica una soluciΓ³n de trichodermas para una mejor adaptaciΓ³n aunque realmente va genial.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

Frostbanger Plants 1-6
First thank you if you actually look at all these pictures that I photobomb with each week. Documenting six plants on a tester strain to provide ample information regarding the new strain characteristics takes a lot of time, work, and effort. I am so frustrated with Grow Diaries system doesnβt load pics or videos without error.
When I load pictures, I am systematic and load every picture on that plant together, each video that I load first on the pictures identifies the plant pictures that follows.
However, Grow Diaries puts the videos first, moving the picture out of order. I know which pictures of plant parts go with each plant, but with GD shuffling my pictures around good luck everybody else. This week I had so many errors uploading simple pictures that I had to go back and reload them. You may see multiple duplicate pics this time due to these system errors. Sorry about that but at least they are there.
I will not do this level of photographs and diary support again.

- most fan leaf are starting to turn yellow , Hoping she finished up in a week to 2.

- trichomes are mostly milky, not much amber on buds yet.

This strain was easy to grow.
I started out without an hygrometer. Due to delivery problems i had it very late and my girl noticed that becauce the envirement wasnt optimal for her.
She did survive that period, after that she got defoliated multiple times, and i got really rough with her sometimes and broke of some stems, and that was no problem for her.
I also had an encouter with thousands of thrips, which i had to nuke to remove them from my girl and she didnt even bother.
In veg she was a good to handle, in flower it was a little bit harder and i think she likes alot more PK at the end of her lifetime than i offered her. But thats more of a guess.
The smell matches more a cross between blueberry and lemon kush in my opinion.
The gelato part is not so noticable at the end of the road.(for me atleast)
But the blue in other hand is very dominant and strong by smell and taste.
I ended up with hardrock buds even the smaller ones, so im very happy with the outcome.
Because of my thrips invasion and usage of bioquant, i wanted to wash my buds for once to clean of all the dirt, dust, insect remains and other particles that shouldnt be in my bud.
I did the oh so underrated BUDWASH, and wauw if would deffinatly recommend it to every grower with just a few plants.
It really cleans your buds without effecting your potency, terps and overall buds.
I also noticed that all buds dried at the same rate cause of the evenly spead moisture i guess.
I ended up with 48.34 grams of hard and dry buds
I took about 10 grams and turned it into superdelicious rosin because i also love to dab π

The week was basically nice. I still don't fertilize, the flower looks fantastic. I'm just worried about maturing. It looks like another 3 weeks. Hold my fists.

5/25:
It rained again today for most of the day, but I managed to get back out there and take some photos after it let up. I also shot a short video early in the a.m while it was sprinkling and the lights were on...
I heard that this strain flowers really fast, but I really don't think she can finish before June 21 (the summer solstice). The other two seedlings (FFT#5 and FFT#6) are in the same boat. The 5 clones outdoors might be able to finish before they get the signal to reveg. I may end up bringing as many of them as I can fit into my closet to finish and starting another batch of beans to grow outdoors this summer...
5/26 - 5/31:
I did some training on her early in the week between rain showers, and foliar fed with Microlife maximum bloom formula. She was looking a little N deficient, so I assume the dry amendments have petered out. I top-fed her with another couple tablespoons of cavern culture and on the 31st, they were dry enough to feed them. I gave them big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big, beastie bloomz, silica, endoboost, signal, humic acid, liquid kelp/fish emulsion, and liquid molasses.
It just feels so strange that I'll be harvesting outdoor photos in June!?!

Ciaooo a tutti siamo a 19 gg di fioritura Le piante stanno benissimo eseguito lollipop eliminando tutti i rami sotto che non prendevano luce! (50%)
Legata una caramelo perchΓ© troppo alta
e fertilizzata con 4 ml di bloom perchΓ© dava segni evidenti di carenza!
Le piante stanno benissimo e stanno dando molta soddisfazione nonostante un inizio poco incoraggiante! Si vedono le corone formarsi!

Ok so I'm going too only feed pH water from here on out too force the plants too use up all that's in the soil , I am hoping I can carry them on now for the next 2 weeks like this before they are ripe ,
Update at the end of week 9
Well this week saw a lot of change , bud swelling and ripened up really quickly
And slowed right down on drinking last time I checked she was 30% amber and 70% cloudy so she has been moved into a dark room until Thursday now too drink whatβs left in her pot ready for harvest at the weekend , she smell so good and if you brush against it ,
So thatβs one down 3 too go :)

To balance out the feed solution, I blend some of one bucket into the other and then back to the first bucket. I do this a couple of times to even out the PPM and temperature.

Strawberry Trop Cherry #1 37β #2 57β #2 drinks 1.5 gal #1 only 1 gal
Straw-Lectric Lemonade #1 40β #2 50β both drink 1 gal.
Other than bud development, they should not stretch any more.

Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend.
Day30: I'll repot tomorrow.
Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power.
Day32: Settling in new pot
Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that.
Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;)
General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)

Wow can't believe another week has passed already! Had a busy week with Christmas and family dinners and whatnot so got #1-3 topped early in the week on Xmas Eve. Didn't even look shocked the next day and by end of the week the growth is 1.5" on the new mains already πͺ. Topped them maybe a day or so early, it was tight work but looks like all three plants were done properly as can be seen in the pics.
Have been watering daily, working on keeping the soil moist and it seems to be making for happy plants. Trying to follow the BuildaSoil watering guide, basically if you think of soil moisture on scale of 1-10, 1 being desert dry and 10 being mud, you want to keep the soil between a 3-7 at all times to promote best organic life π€·. So if looking at it on a 2 day cycle for me that means day 1 is about 500ml per plant, but day 2 is only 125ml per plant. Also watering with the sprayer seems to be keeping the soil from compacting as badly as it has in previous runs. Also the girls never look sad after watering so must be doing something right π€π.
They were in the 4x4 for 3 days, power issues due to big winter storm but even at the high end of VPD (.9) they did well. Could tell a difference though once they did get back in the 3x3 (.5-.6) much happier plants.
