🌿 Grow Update: Day 2, Week 8 of Flower 🌸 Hey fellow growers, We’ve hit Day 2 of Week 8 in the flower stage, and wow, she’s smelling delicious! The buds have definitely grown since the last update, but nothing too dramatic. Still, her appearance, aroma, and stickiness are on point. Not too shabby for my first run! There’s a fair amount of larf below that I’ll be tossing, but the top buds? Holy smokes, they’re looking fantastic. I'm aiming for at least 3 ounces, and if I hit that or more, I'll be over the moon! Hey everyone 🤗. This week they both continued to develop very well. Flowering day 35 Today the tent was cleaned, the humidifier refilled and the plants sprayed with Canna Cure :-). Flowering day 36 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 37 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 38 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 39 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, the plant was checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 40 Today she was sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 41 We got to the last day of this week and 1.2 L were poured again and the tent was cleaned 👍. I think 1,63 g per Watt is a solid result. I am quite happy with the outcome. The Epsilon is in curing. I tried some of the uncured bud and it was good. I am looking forward on the cured bud. I would grow Epsilon again. Such a fast and good (mainly) haze strain. Got 325,8g dry bud out of 4 plants. Also happy with the setup and fertulizer.

We’ve made it to week 5 of Flower. She smells amazing . I’m excited for her harvest . She’s just fattening up . Just water for the rest of the run . No more soil amendments.

This week in the 5x5 had some good changes! Put on some good nodes and put on some resin!!! They all 3 pretty much look the same they have good node spacing and the stems are way sticky to the touch. Monday starting off week 5 gave them a top dress of craft blend 1/4 cup mixed into the top lil bit of soil and straw bed. Handwatering each plant gets 1/4 gallon at plant base and 1 gallon spread between plants. Everything going food look happy. Wendsday plants looks like they liked the Monday treatment so proceeding as normal. Gave them 1 top. per gallon of water along with 2 top of mollases to make the soil happy and some glacier rock dust a good plop. Friday everyone looked good maybe lil strong on nutes will only water as normal for the week. Sunday end of week 5 just straight water 1 plant got lil burned like I was thinking but everyone is happy happy happy. Vivosun fan I had for 4 months died had to replace with back up fan. Here we go for the first session. Hope it will be as easy as the first one was... finger crossed ! As I love sativas strains, Chocolate Haze seems a perfect choice to me. The grow tent in tall (2m) so the girls can grow till 1.6m more or less. With some training and topping, it should be ok. Germination day 5 : 2/3. I decided to put a 4th Chocolate seed. If it germinates, it will be just 5 days younger. Nothing I can't deal with ! If it doesn't, never mind. Let's give it a try ! Germination day 9 : 4/4 ! Now it means that I have to deal with 7 pure sativas in 1m2…. I love chalenges 😁😅 Germination day 12 : The litle girls are growing gently. The second pair of leaves is coming, and I thing I'll turn diary into "week 1" on saturday with their first repotting. The 4th Chocolate haze is a bit small for repotting as she's 5 days late compared to the others. But, she grows fast and strong (maybe faster than the 3 others) and I think she'll make it ! We'll see.

9th Week I'm trying to address the deficiencies, I believe it's due to using coconut substrate. I am gradually reducing the daily light exposure by 1 hour until reaching 12/12. As it's the first time with Delta 9 in the cultivation, I have trow it foliarly.

I was thinking it was the molasses clogging her up as she was draining very slow and so I just fed her pH'd water over the weekend but I should have flushed her properly. DAY 71 ----------- Tuesday 9th March 10:45 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 160ml runoff (53%). I made 5L of mid bloom nutes with tap water and molasses at a pH of 5.8. I made 5L of late bloom nutes with tap water and molasses at a pH of 5.8. Tuesday 9th March 18:00 I fed the Amnesia 150ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 15ml runoff (10%). [25°C/51%] DAY 72 ----------- Wednesday 10th March 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 160ml runoff (53%). Wednesday 10th March 18:00 I fed the Amnesia 200ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 40ml runoff (20%). [27°C/54%] DAY 73 ----------- Thursday 11th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of late bloom nutes which produced 110ml runoff (36%). [26°C/42%] Saturday 13th March 19:00 I fed the Amnesia a further 300ml of rain water at a pH of 5.8 which produced 100ml runoff (33%). [26°C/48%] Saturday 13th March 21:30 I fed the Amnesia a further 300ml of rain water at a pH of 5.8 in an effort to flush the medium. [26°C/48%] DAY 77 ----------- Sunday 14th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia another 600ml of rainwater in an effort to flush her. She's draining extremely slow and so I think there is a build up of residue, possibly caused by the molasses. I collected 500ml runoff (84%)...I think she may be dying? Fuck. [26°C/42%] I made 15L of late bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses. 5L at 5.8, 5L at 6.0, and 5L at 6.2. Sunday 14th March 16:00 I fed the Amnesia another 300ml of rainwater. Sunday 14th March 18:30 I fed the Amnesia a further 200ml of rain water at a pH of 5.8 which produced 200ml runoff (100%). [26°C/48%] Sunday 14th March 20:30 I fed the Amnesia a further 200ml rainwater which produced 180ml runoff (90%). DAY 78 ----------- Monday 15th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of late bloom nutes which produced 180ml runoff (60%). She's draining better now and should be flushed enough. [26°C/42%] I made 5L of late bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses at a pH of 6.3. Monday 15th March 18:00 I fed the Amnesia a further 300ml of late bloom nutes, though at 150ml a time, 2hours apart. I collected roughly 100ml runoff each time (66%). [26°C/51%]

Harvested them on 10/4, washed them and hung them to dry for 4 days, then alternated them in brown paper bags and big jars for a few days until perfect. Final thoughts: Like most sativas I've grown, those biggass colas were kinda fluffy and shrunk up pretty bad once dry, but it's super frosty, tasty, and smells delicious as well. It was very easy to grow, but a pain to trim...too leafy. No deficiencies at all with normal feed, and they bulked up really well in the last two weeks. They are thirsty girls because they have a lot of foliage. They can withstand being less than a foot from quantum boards for their final week or two without burning up too much. I don't like that it took this strain almost two weeks longer than the others, but a good sativa usually takes quite a while longer than these did.
