This week my LSD-25 that I mainlined is having issues, I wasn’t too sure if it was heat stress cause tents temps have gone up to 83 the highest and hovers around high 70’s all week, or if it was a calcium issue, potassium, or nute burn. Either way they’re looking CRISPY lol. The other LSD-25 that was just LST, is actually doing quite well with none of those same problems. I flushed out the burnt plant with some regular PH’d water to see if it had any effect and then finished with some soluble gypsum. Other than that the last 2 plants are doing great and chugging along!

The plants are really starting to frost up, definitely starting to smell. I’ve got my carbon filter running to keep the house from wreaking.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. This week in thailand is very hot. temperature about 34 - 37 °C ( 93 - 98 °F). 😵😡 and my grow tent about 35 °C and if i don't have exhaust fan (size 8 inch) it's gonna be bad thing happen on my plants.

I do not use the child lock so I was confused. I opened the app and the box is offline. I do not know when this happened during the night. That is the reason the door would not open. I had to use the key that I used to open the box initially after shipment. So keep your key. Response time regarding the offline issue was over 5 hours as they are in California.  Resolution was to delete the app and reload. However, it took 3+ days for the resolution. They kept sending me the startup, how to connect by Wi-Fi, Customer support is lacking. The box had been working for 10 days. Fortunately, the app reset with the same data regarding the grow cycle and nothing was lost. Also good thing I checked the settings, I found that switching from germination to autoflower, the light cycle changed from 16/8 to 12/12. I usually run autos on 18/6. I decided to run at 16/8 for now.  The calendar within the app has scheduled daily tasks that indicate what to do when, which includes watering, LST, trimming, adding amendments etc. I created a grow plan based on the scheduled tasks in the calendar. It is downloadable in Excel if you want to create a grow plan for yourself. Note, i easnt able to ioload excel. When you complete them, you check off the calendar. All the highlights in orange are the calendar prompts for tasks.  The blogs indicate the Abby Button should show the environmental stats. Mine does not so I asked if I should get a new button or is my model the basic one without that feature. Mine is the basic version and the button does not show stats. However, if I say Hey Abby it makes a tone as if expecting voice commands. Stay green, growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫

We have roots! Baby seedling is growing rapidly. I’m using some pH stabilizing powder in my res along with the hydroguard for now. Will begin light nutes in another week or so.

They are looking healthy and the stems are very strong. Excited to see how big these nugs get with this bud candy. Week 4 today. My grow is always frosty. For some reason a lot of people have told me my grow is the best they have ever had. I’ve tasted other growers grow and their stuff wasn’t as good as mine. Definitely have a great green thumb in growing.!
