And here we go into flowering week seven. The buds are looking impressive by now. I feel like they're starting to bulk up - hopefully, those internodal gaps fill in nicely. Temperature and humidity are stable. I aim for 25°C during the day, and at night, it drops to around 21.5–22°C. Humidity stays between 45–50%. I could probably lower it further, but that would make things too hot, so I trust my airflow and ventilation instead. On day 70, I noticed a couple of leaves showing early ‘autumn colors.’ I’m curious how much longer this will take. Plagron additives like Sugar Royale, Power Buds, and Green Sensation are said to accelerate ripening. DNA Genetics suggests 9–10 weeks of flowering, so it’s getting exciting. Amber trichomes are a must for this Kush diva! 😉 Some parts of the plant seem to be purpling! That’s interesting since nights aren’t particularly cold. Could it be phosphate-related? Light stress? Just the strain? The smell is changing more and more towards citrus - like a ‘sharp, earthy lemon.’ It almost reminds me of a wood polish! 😄 I'm gradually removing any drying leaves at the bottom, but other than that, there’s not much to do - just watering, keeping an eye on temp and humidity, and relaxing. -- Day 1 of Harvest -- It was decided that the plants would no longer receive water. The light intensity was also reduced from 500w to 300w. -- Day 2 of Harvest -- No significant changes. -- Day 3 of Harvest -- The leaves begin to turn autumnal in color and start drooping slightly. -- Day 4 of Harvest -- The autumn coloring becomes more pronounced, and the remaining fan leaves begin to dry out slightly. -- Day 5 of Harvest -- The plants are drooping more, and the buds are showing a beautiful gold-green hue. -- Day 6 of Harvest -- The lack of water is noticeably affecting the plants; the full color change of the leaves has occurred, and the plants are drooping. -- Day 7 of Harvest -- Unexpectedly, quick action had to be taken, and harvesting began because the buds were so heavy and dense that many parts of the plant started to bend and break. I decided to cut everything down and hang it, as I was concerned that the buds would stick together and potentially mold, or become severely damaged. 😁😁😁😁 The harvest was weighed by me in its wet, untrimmed state beforehand, and you could say that each plant weighed between 600g and 1000g. I must take a step back here, and due to the legal situation, I had to dispose of a lot of material that was either too small or not aesthetically pleasing. As a result, I ended up with a raw weight of about 2100g. The true final weight will only be revealed after drying and curing.

First day of chop! and my dry room stinks like fresh wild garlic. I think she's around 500-750 grams in weight, i don't own big scales so couldn't really check. The grow could of been better but around week 5 I had a serious accident so I've had my friend look after my girls so couldn't really train and take off useless popcorn so she looks very airy to me but packed in crystal. I'll update once dry.

So all good this week, All are still looking healthy & happy apart from the weirdo SP2. There’s amber trichomes so it’s coming down on the weekend. Such weird thing so small & weird but matured really quickly. Gonna dry & then attempt to smoke it - damn straight. Who knows might be chronic right. Also just starting to see some yellowing on bottom leaves of SP3. Was planning a top dress this week anyway but may have left it a few days late. Still this is the longest I’ve kept them looking this healthy and I’ll know for next time so I’m still happy. The big drama this week was a giant fucken Hornet got in the tent while I had it open watering the girls. It was MASSIVE like bigger than my thumb. I wasn’t brave enough to deal with head on but gave it smack with 3 ft bamboo cane and ran out the room and shut the door behind me. I think it’s flew out the window and is gone. But that was 2 days ago and I’m still shitting myself everytime I open the tent in case it’s in there waiting to get me. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Bin sehr gespannt aufs letzte drittel. Bei der banana punch geht's auch in die richtige Richtung. Weniger Stretch wegen der 50/50 Genetik und der doppelten Anzahl an Haupttrieben. Aber s'läuft👌 14.02. Ende der 7. Blütewoche. Die calypso sunrocks ist schon weiter als die banana punch. Aber 2 bis 3 Wochen werden es bestommt noch sein. The SWAMPMONSTER ran out of juice so no SMART PROTEINS for these this week, but holly smokes looks like that swamp thing potion does lasting work on the plants : they're just popping the f off ! faster than any auto i've ever grown, and i'm grow diaries native so you can see all my other grows ever lol anyway, as you can see these have started developing side shoots and it's week 3 . Never seen a plant like this in my life, well dont be surprised it's my first photo , so yeah, just glad a found a way around that longish veg for a photo ! these are 3 weeks in, maybe they've got a couple more weeks of veg in them tops , some will stay vegged for the rotation, any questions welcome ! in case you were wondering it's just plain water until i get more juice maybe some more beneficials but that's just about it that's planned ! 🚀

The roots are still looking great. I cleared the old water out and only put 2 gallons in and not the 4.5 I was putting in previous weeks. Starting to get a weak smell from the plant.

Starting off week 9 now. Pistols starting to change to amber. Buds still fattening up. Did notice some other plants starting to have a bit of a calcium deficiency as well as the center plant that's been acting up a bit. Added 1 tablespoon of gypsum to 4 out of the 5 plants. Continuing to use just rain water for now. Hopefully in a few more weeks it will be harvest time.
