To grow the Balochistan cannabis is the most intimate and deeply personally affecting. The plants exude a strange energy, like they are somehow more sentient beings than just a plant. When I touch them I almost expect them to be warm. They just seem more alive, more vibrant in energy than other cannabis. These plants are a class of unique beautiful warriors. Great results using only a bottle of Neudorff Biotrissol Kräuter Dünger from the local garden center at Hellweg. Neudorff has always made good products for plants and I highly recommend it. You shouldn't be paying 2, 3 times more something marketed for cannabis. It's just another plant in the plant kingdom. I would assume that using this same Neudorff product on some commercial genetics intended for the mass market would not give similar results because those genetics tend to be weaker hybrids that require more nutrients, more water, and are easily overdosed, and are very sensitive. The Balochistan is a landrace that is rugged, a survivor of harsh desert climates and poorish soil that has sand and clay, and not much rainfall. It's like the wild wolf compared to poodles, pugs, collies, and labradors of the commercial cannabis. It costs less to grow this in nutrients and water, the pest and pathogen resistance is way better, the potency and yield is much better than what's widely available from the mass market seed suppliers. This is a more ecologically friendly choice. Quality begins with the seed... and so does saving money! Let's get back to mindful grows instead of hyped up mediocrity. The obvious difference and superiority has made it the most demanded genetics I have. I'll edit in some more dried bud photos information, smoke report later. It gets pretty deep from here. Top dressed and fed a tea. Plants responded very well

Fungus gnats blew up, so I had to surround the whole place with traps. Looks like I’ve thinned the population out for now, but I’ll be picking those little bastards out of the buds later — they stick like they’re welded on ) Runoff pH is way too high, so I decided to bring it down by feeding with a lower pH solution. Temporarily running 5.2 instead of 5.8. What can I say… this grow keeps throwing more and more experience at me, barely keeping up with processing it all. The more you learn, the more opens up)) Hope this won’t go on forever and the perfect grow is somewhere around the corner ) The smell has started to shift — moving more and more into gas and chem territory. I’m getting more convinced that all these berry/fruity strains should be chopped around the end of week 6, day 42–45, but this time I’m gonna hold her for about 9 weeks and see what’s left. The color has really started turning purple now, with the top buds darkening first. From next week I’ll start bringing her into autumn mode — I think by harvest she’ll be almost fully purple.

Aug 9: Now done three weeks of flowering for Tropicana Cookies EV. She is the youngest plant but also the tallest and looking quite happy. Got the UV led lights from AC Infinity going for the first time. Used these last year and they seem to work. UV lights stimulates trichome production and makes up for weak sunlight this far north. Aug 12: has stretched again but the bud sites are filling nicely. Pistils have started to turn pink. This plant is looking very happy and will likely be a big producer. Added another top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. It has been about two weeks at least since the last round, and this will be the final round. Stopped using molasses about two weeks ago. Great for growing but I don’t want to be smoking sugar. Use during veg stage but only 2-3 weeks into flowering.

Just waiting and watching trichomes & pistils. As of today all the trichomes are milky, but not all of the pistils have changed colour. A lot of them are still white. So on she goes!!! 😎

8/21, 8/22 TOASTED TOFFY WAS TREATED WITH PLANT DOCTOR ON THE 22nd. It's been a few days of rainy dreary weather. This morning I went over and did some MORE defoliation on the toasted toffy trying to get all infected leaves off. I then used the rest of the k bicarb on the gmo in the middle. I haven't seen hardly any pm. So that seems to be working. However I don't want septoria to spread through my garden either. Hopfully the plant doctor will take care of the problem. If not I'll get something different. I can make a diy Dr. Zymes or I could just go to the store and buy something specific like trichodermia. The weather has been a fungus nirvana. The conditions couldn't have been anymore perfect for mold development. I'm super impressed with the k bicarb treating the pm. I took tons of pictures yesterday but I've been sick and couldn't upload them. I still need to sanitize and put my supports up. I'll keep this updated with what I'm doing. UPDATE: AFTER UNCKES FUNERAL I WATERED THE SHERB PIE THAT I DIDNT LAST TIME AND THEN I FED. I DIDNT FEED THE TOASTED TOFFY DUE TO IT BEING TREATED WITH PLANT DOCTOR. EVERYTHING GOT A QRT THE 50GAL GOT MORE. TWO GALLONS TOTAL USED. I NOTÌCED SOME SLIGHT PM ON THE GMO IN THE MIDDLE. IT WOULD BE TIME TO TREAT AGAIN ANYWAY. I noticed some septoria on the toasted toffy climbing a bottom branch. But it is time to reapply plant doctor. I saw a couple spots on the event horizon and I treated it today with 1/4 gallon of 2tsp per gallon plant doctor. I sprayed the leaves then I used the rest on the soil. The k bicarb is still keeping any pm at bay. I haven't seen a spot. I hope the plant doctor helps the event hotlrizon. I'm not even sure if it has it but I want to be cautious. I'm thinking of treating them all with plant doctor. I'm also going to use beastie bloom on some of the more advanced plants. I wasn't expecting it to rain but it wasn't for at least a couple hours after I sprayed. I ran another support line across the cage. I need to lst both event horizons and defoliate the sherb pie. It's weird but it seems like EVERY day I go over the flowers are bigger! I see birds darting out when I approach. Maybe that's why i haven't been finding pillars. I found ONE hairy one this week trying to escape to the soil on a string. I got him though. We'll see how it goes. If not I have other options for treatments if needed. That plant in the 10 is HUGE. Shes booming through the stretch! Got branches rowing up great as she fills right out. Did a big defoliating of most the leaves under the first net. Allow some air flow through the under skirt. Did a preventative treatment using dr zhymes. Than gave her a good shower to wash off any residual build up. I'm just starting to see pre flowers coming in at the nodes. So she will still have some stretching period to go. I'd say atleast another week of stretching out and filling up my net. Before I start seeing those white stigma pom poms coming in at the bud sites. Lets see what this lady can do. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

This week I discovered some leaves on the bottom of my ladies turning yellow, so I decided to raise magnesium nutrients to 3ml/l,but I think it happens when the plant get closer to harvest. In the past week I saw the buds getting bigger and frostier so I think so far it's going well. From today, (day 49) I will introduce Big Bud and Carboload for one week, then one week of Overdrive and finally a week of flush. Hopefully great end-result and great yield too. Day 52: Some Tricomes are turning into a Brown color so maybe I could harvest the first plant next week

The Inzanes are located on the far left side of the tent. They occupy the two outside rows (6 pots total). They are growing nice and quick with the two middles growing slightly slower. Also shorter stature to the middle two plants. Flip is on the horizon. Just waiting for the last blue gelato to establish roots and then its flip time.

Week 7 – Day 51 Flower Day 21 🔄 Looking back: A calm and steady week – mostly just watering, observing, and removing an occasional leaf 🍃 Stretch seems to be slowing down now. Vertical space is getting tight, but still manageable 😅 🌱 Mimosa Evo – Growth & Nutrients 📏 She hit the 100 cm mark this week – tallest plant in the tent! 🏆 💧 Drain pH is 5.9, even though she receives the same nutrient mix as White Widow. ⚗️ Feeding at 85% of the Advanced Nutrients Masterline schedule 🤷‍♂️ Not sure why she buffers pH better – but she’s clearly thriving! pH & Soil Compatibility Insight One thing I've noticed: it’s really hard to raise the drain pH when using BioBizz Light Mix together with Advanced Nutrients. After some research, this might be due to the way BioBizz buffers pH – using microbes instead of lime (like in Plagron or Canna substrates). Plus, I’m feeding those microbes with Bud Candy, which might lower the pH even further. 💡 If you're using Advanced Nutrients, you might get more stable pH results with soils like Plagron Growmix or Canna Terra Professional, which use dolomite lime.
