This is my side-grow. I do have 2 girls in flower, but I wanted to fill my room, and I started these as soon as I could. This is my first time (Well second, counting the flowering girls) growing in coco, and I still not all sure what I do, but I will try my best to do right, and learn from this. I am using RO water. The girls are on day 22, and everything seems to go good. I see they are dark green and are going to lay down on the nutrients on the next feed. The girls have been topped around day 12, and later done LST Day 24: Decided to do some more LST on these girls. Girls are growing strong, and looks healthy, other than they are a little dark greenish Day 26: The dark green leaves are getting worse. They are almost shining, and I'm sure I have a Nitrogen toxicity. I think I mad a bum-bum, giving my babies the nutrient water for my grown-ups 😱, so I have given them a good flush with ph 6.0~ RO water, and let them dry out, before giving them a light-mix, and hopefully this will do the trick as they are still growing strong 💪

You've to have everything going strong and no mess ups to give you a higher chance of getting purple. Even, then you may not get it. But, color of fan leafs has never really been important, nor will it ever be. I do have the temperatures to help me get purple if I want. But, asl I do so many grows at the same time. I keep an even temperature as much as I can throughout the entire crop. 19-22c atm that is. My drying room i can reach 10c at the moment. That will come up to 19c by April. (At this stage I should have my winter crop all dried) This is my last plant to start for this crop. I'm pushing it to the max this year. I've many plants. A few I plan to grow big. But 70% will be average grows which I'll be happy once they hit or go by 40g per plant. She has between 15-19% THC.. not normally a preference for myself. I like much stronger phenos. But, I had to give this strain a go. I'm getting round to the classics. As this is more or less what I grew up on as a teen. So, looking forward to tasting this baby. Edit After 30+hrs. Seed was placed on wet substrate that was soaked in 1L of Pure Zym.& Power Roots. After placing the seed i then added 0.1 of a liter of dry substrate on top of the seed. (Just moist soil) this will lower the risk of damping of completely nearly as this won't need watering for at least 10+ days. 1/5th of BatMix was added to the end of the pot with the rest been filled with Royal Mix, both are fertilised soil. But to get Alga Grow going as its an Organic product you should try get that going early. Just a small amount to kick-start the Organic process which takes longer while using Organic products. Pure zym & PR will help it break down any nutes as she's a seedling after all. So, I hope the soil won't be too hot. So, I'll hold off on any NPK feeds for now or anything else until she's into veg. I think it’s about flushing time for Gorilla Zkittlez. She stinks up the whole room. Carbon filter ain’t cutting it. Lol Gorilla Cookies on the other hand is getting huge. I think she should pull some nice weight. She’s stacking up trichromes and starting to smell pretty good. A weird smell but it’s good. Idk how to explain it. 😎 That’s all till next week. 🤙🏽💪🏽

I said!! it's huge ready for flowering!! one week to change the light schedule to 12/12 I've already lost count of the toppings I've made. I will always take some of the bottom leaves out. that no longer catch light and only waste energy. I water every two days. small quantities and One feeding per week. I make adjustments whenever necessary. I also don't spend a lot of nuts as long as she doesn't really need food as in flowering. you will realize soon

I just took down the rest of the Grape Deebo harvested last week, this is the red Deebo with green stems. The other one looks like it might have another week. I have taken off one stem as a control So enjoy some bud pr0n.

12/2 Week Ten Blondie comes of age 😏 She has twice the light now and plenty of room, color it girl 12/5 To help you with perspective on Blondie she is about at week two of full flower just past the stretch. Seemed to go into hibernation when sick so clock does not seem affected as she had a good veg run after recovering. Just about a 2 week pause in her so looking at 3-4 weeks for her harvest. So about week 7 growth Increasing Koolbloom to 2.5ml/g she is in the fast building phase give her all she wants 12/6 We are adjusting all the diaries to end weeks on Sunday, this is for our convenience as really this grow with Blondie being behind somewhat doesn't really matter. 5/28/24 oh damn baby, this cultivar is gonna be colorful 6/2 plant is still throwing out pistils but also chunking up quite nicely. I tried to create just mainly top colas. In description she should have a 3-5 nodal colas with disconnected nugs underneath that. But I only ended up with 3 node colas give or take but with maybe 2 more weeks if veg would've given me larger branches and bigger cola structure and can always cut the larfy.

Day 11: Watered each plant with 0.1l with nuts 465 ppm, 987 us/cm, 0.9 EC Lights at 35% The strawberry banana seedlings was very late in coming out of the ground, I had to give the helmet a hand to get it out, through 2 or 3 drops of water. One of the seeds is not good, it grew poorly, I put a Gorilla Cookies to replace it, also from fadtbuds. Let's see how it goes Day 12: The strawberry bananas are recovering well, one of the seeds is starting to get normal leafs, sounds perfect Day 13: Watered each plant with 0.25L with nuts 480 ppm, 1027 us/cm, 1 EC Lights at 50% Day 16: Watered each plant with 0.3L with nuts 668 ppm, 1423 us/cm, 1.4 EC Performed foliar callmag while the lights were off

Welcome, plant enthusiasts and accidental garden comedians, to the whimsical tale of Week 9 in my botanical circus! This week was a leafy spectacular, with more drama than a soap opera and more twists than a contortionist at a leafy circus. First in the spotlight is the topping extravaganza – imagine my plants auditioning for a leafy talent show, and voila! One of the ladies went above and beyond, not with one or two, but three tops! It's like my garden is hosting its own version of "America's Got Leafs," and the contestants are aiming for a standing ovation from the tiny plant audience. Now, onto the nutrient boost – it's like my plants discovered a secret stash of leafy steroids. They're devouring those nutrients like they stumbled upon an all-you-can-eat salad bar. If my garden had a Yelp page, it would probably say, "Five stars for the gourmet buffet – would photosynthesize again!" But with great growth comes great thirst, or so my diva plants declare. I can practically hear them demanding water with the urgency of a plant water-seeking missile. "Hydrate us, human! We're not just thirsty; we're in a botanical drought crisis!" And now, the grand revelation – last week's leafy fashion faux pas was all thanks to a faulty pH pen. The plants probably threw a mini leaf party when I introduced the new pH pen, complete with tiny leaf confetti. They're like, "Finally, accurate pH readings – no more plant tie-dye nightmares!" In a twist of fate, I had to embark on a plant-less journey for a few days. So, like a responsible plant parent on a comedy tour, I decided to water a bit earlier and a bit more before my departure. And lo and behold, the plants loved it! It's like they threw me a farewell bash, chanting "Water, water, party, party!" in their own leafy language. The early topping and Leafy Synchronized Training (LST) maneuvers have clearly paid off. My plants are now strutting their stuff like runway models in a botanical fashion show. I picture them doing the leafy version of the cha-cha. So, Week 9 has been a laugh-out-loud masterpiece – from topping triumphs to nutrient raves, from hydration demands to pH pen dramas. As I return to my green kingdom, I can't help but feel like a plant ringmaster who has navigated the garden circus with flair. The roots are still looking great. I cleared the old water out and only put 2 gallons in and not the 4.5 I was putting in previous weeks. Starting to get a weak smell from the plant.

Well, this strain is surely flowering for a long time, it's still stretching. I wonder if it will stop stretching and start fattening the buds this week... Anyhow, one of the reasons why I don't defoliate much is because the plant does that by itself. When the lower leaves receive almost no light (because all the light is blocked by the thick growing canopy) they start to send their nutrients to the top. When they are donez they just fall off on their own. You see, leaves are like solar panels AND nutrient reserves! Just make sure this process is slow and the leaves that receive light are still very healthy and green. If many leaves are falling or if they fall really fast you gotta make sure is not a deficiency or nutrient lockout! ... Again just water your plant with bloom formula (and a bit of calmag) to an EC that allows you to maintain the plant heathly and the runoff not to high (in my case 1mS/cm). Remember to alternate nutrients and pHd tap water. That's pretty much all left to do from here to harvest. Obviously if you see something wrong try to correct it. Day 66 update. I dropped something on my plant. It bended one branch very badly and severed some leaves and a bud :( Well, accidents happen. Luckily cannabis is a very very resilient plant, one might be surprised at how much this plants can take. Anyhow, taped everything together loosely, pulled the most bent branches upwards with a thread and I will wait for it to heal... If everything goes well, this branches should be even stronger than the others. Let's hope that's my fate! Update day 69. Although I have been feeding with 1.0 mS/cm once, then pHd water then feed again, the run off from today measured 3.0 mS/cm ! It's climbing still. I flushed again, until the runoff was at 1.5 mS/cm. I think I understand what happened, my theory is that the plant needs a lot more water now, but not as many more nutrients. So it takes the 2.5 daily liters of water, but it might only eat the nutrients in 1lt of water, so the rest stays on the roots and accumulates, raising the EC of the soil. So far, by checking EC on the soil once every week or two I have avoided nutrient toxicity and lockout. I think there are two options, either lowering the concentration of nutrients I feed it (so 2.5 lts a day will contain less dissolved nutrients), or spacing out the feedings with more intermediate waterings of plain water. I think I am going to go with the former, next week I will try feeding an EC of 0.8 mS/cm on 3L then tap water and so on from next week on. I prefer to underfeed than to overfeed, which is what I recommend for other boobs, it's better to have some yield than to risk killing the plant. We will get better with time...

Okay I'm sorry for the lack of updated I'm now in week 10 half way through the week. I started my flush at the end of week 8. These really put a lot of weight on over the past 2 weeks and there looking on point there due to come down with in next three to five days depending on my preference. This strain is ripper new released strain lemon ice 2.0
