Week 4 has begun. LST (Low Stress Training) is starting to show its effects: most of the shoots have grown past the rim of the pot and are being tied down further away from the center—this will continue until the stretch begins. During the stretch phase, no further training will be done; the plants will be allowed to grow upwards undisturbed. I’m curious to see how many shoots will be in the desired position by then, and whether all the shoots or bud sites will be on an even level after the stretch. Until then, defoliation will continue as needed, and tying down will be adjusted accordingly.

This week we are only in cruise control, we did the last irrigation with fertilizers and we are planning the flushing for the next week. We also had problems with humidity due to the weather. We don't have a dehumidifier, so we try other homemade techniques to solve the situation. The flowers have gained some weight and are changing the smell. We are excited for the harvest.

Diese Woche habe ich die 160w Lampe mit einer 50w Lampe getauscht. Die Pflanze wird jetzt entladen und nach zwei Tagen bleibt das Licht aus. Dieses Mal werde ich die Pflanze 48h im Substrat im dunklen stehen lassen, daraufhin die Erde abdecken und die Pflanze mit samt Wurzelballen kopfüber aufhängen. Nach dem letzten Lichtzyklus wird die Pflanze zusätzlich von allen Fächerblättern befreit.

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hello! Here we goet'd say half way 4th week just started.... I miss the red or purple colour but still can appear later I hope it will. All good not much to say she is getting old lol and fruits are coming haha. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Day 92 from seed the plant has responded well to lifting her up but I could only go up to 3 feet she still has a long way to go to reach the light despite that she is looking great and the plant has responded very well to more light. From now on she will have just pH water until she is ready for the flush. Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

The tent made steady progress this week after the top-dress on the 17th had time to take effect. Oracle OG began showing slight improvement in leaf color, still pale overall, but newer growth looked healthier and more even. Blue Bitch continued thriving, holding her deep green color and pushing dense branching across the canopy. Strawberry Cola Sherbet showed the best response to the amendments, developing fuller leaves and stronger vertical growth. Soil moisture evened out midweek, allowing for a balanced watering with Cal-Mag and silica. Temperatures stayed around 77–81°F with humidity near 55–60%, keeping the environment stable for recovery and pre-flower prep. This was a transitional week focused on color correction and canopy management, setting the stage for the flip to 12/12 in early Week 9.

Fruity Durban | Flowering Week 4 🌸 Week 4 is in the books and this lady is finally starting to show her true potential. The stretch seems to be slowing down and the flowers are beginning to stack nicely along the branches. Bud sites are everywhere and the structure built during veg is now paying off, allowing good light penetration throughout the canopy. During this week I noticed the plant was looking a bit hungry. The leaves became noticeably lighter, so instead of preparing an enzyme tea, I decided to give her a fresh top dress to replenish the soil food web and provide some extra nutrition for the upcoming bulking phase. One unexpected issue appeared during the week: my timer started malfunctioning. Every day it would randomly stop at 16:00, which obviously isn’t something you want during flowering. After troubleshooting the problem for a few days, I finally replaced it with a new unit and everything is now running smoothly again. Despite that inconvenience, the Fruity Durban didn’t seem to miss a beat. Growth remained vigorous, flowers continued developing, and the first hints of frost are starting to appear on the sugar leaves. The living soil bed is performing exactly as intended. The thick mulch layer is keeping moisture levels stable, the worms remain active, and the soil ecosystem seems healthy and resilient. Looking ahead, the next couple of weeks should be the most exciting part of the cycle. Both clones are Hermi they have had low stress at most havent a clue to why they turned hermi there momma was female 100 percent .ive managed to find all bulbs over 20 throught the plants and plucked them out last week but today i found 2 open male flowers pinched them off tightly hoping not to spread or let any pollin get airborn .Crossing my fingers i havent missed any male parts . Other than that these plants got over 5' tall durring the stretch .only expected them to reach 4' must be because they turned hermi there going to produce alot of long fat buds if i can keep the male flowers from opening its alot to monitor so probably impossible to do so but ive got to try' The june heat of summer is brutal cant keep my day temp under82 and when it does my rh goes up to 59 only have a swamp cooler and it doesnt get under 79 in the room outside the tent so my lights run at night and go dark during the hottest time of day wich is 80 at best for july and auga😡st are my worst months without A/C its 105 outsid now and will climb to 120+ in aug. ill be lucky if theres any trycombs left by mid july when its ready to harvest .

There are no races here. Every plant is given the same opportunity to demonstrate what it is capable of. Already during this first week, Candy Rain is proving that patience is often rewarded. While initially producing only simple juvenile leaves, she quickly transitioned into healthy three-finger leaves, with each new set arriving larger, wider and noticeably more vigorous than the last. The early overhead images capture a tiny seedling standing almost alone within a large container, emphasizing just how much potential still lies beneath the surface. As the week progresses, every photograph tells a different story. The side profiles reveal a stem becoming stronger each day, while the overhead shots beautifully document the increasing symmetry of the canopy. One of my favorite moments is seeing those first fully developed three-finger leaves spreading confidently across the frame. They’re small, but perfectly formed, and they represent the moment where Candy Rain truly begins her journey. Macro photography reminds us that growth doesn’t always happen dramatically. Sometimes the biggest victories are measured in millimetres. ⸻ 🌿 Looking Forward Next week should be particularly exciting. With the root system now becoming established, I expect noticeably faster vertical growth, larger fan leaves and shorter intervals between new nodes. The gap separating Candy Rain from the rest of the room should gradually begin to shrink.
