She is a bit leafy, so maybe a bit less tasty ➡️➡️ Plant #2 a bit smaller plant, but also a beautiful plant. Probably a slightly lower yield ➡️➡️ Plant #3 also a bit smaller plant, but lots of trichomes and therefore very white appearance. Open plant with not many leaves in the buds. Beautiful plant and perhaps the tastiest and with the most high effect Seventh week of Light Deprivation 👉👉👉👉Every morning at 9:00 am I move the plants to the greenhouse. 👉👉👉👉Every evening at 9:00 pm I move the plants (together with some other strains) inside the growroom (which I don't use in the summer) 👉At the beginning of this week I boost the plants with gift of water enriched with OPF 7:2:3 ; Fulvic 25 ; Yuccah ; Biovin liquid ; Earthworm compost extract. This will be the last time. Grow Diaries Report: Flower Week 1 – Stretch Madness & Heavy Grooming 🌿🚀 Week 9 – Flower Week 1 Update The flowering phase has officially kicked off, and wow, this plant is on a mission to touch the sky! The stretch this week has been intense, with the plant shooting up significantly. To manage her vigor and focus her energy on bud production, I’ve had to step in with defoliation and additional lollipopping. This Week’s Highlights Massive Stretch: The plant stretched dramatically this week, filling up the vertical space in the tent. Defoliation: I removed a significant amount of fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower branches. Lollipopping Redux: Further cleaned up the lower parts of the plant, focusing her resources on the top colas. What I Did Lollipopping: Removed more of the lower branches and leaves that were unlikely to contribute to bud production. Defoliation: Took off some large fan leaves to improve airflow and light exposure throughout the canopy. Nutrients: Continued with the bloom feeding schedule, ensuring a balance of phosphorus and potassium for flower development. Environment Management: Adjusted the light height to prevent light burn and tweaked the fan placement to improve airflow in the now more open canopy. Observations The plant’s stretch has been both impressive and challenging, but the defoliation and lollipopping seem to be working. The top canopy looks well-lit and primed for flower development. No signs of stress from the grooming, which is always a relief during such an aggressive stretch. Challenges The rapid vertical growth is pushing the limits of the grow tent. I’ll need to monitor her closely to prevent overcrowding or light burn. Next Steps Keep monitoring the stretch over the next week—potential supercropping if necessary to control height. Fine-tune the nutrient schedule to ensure the plant has everything it needs as bud sites develop. Maintain low humidity to reduce the risk of mold or mildew during early flowering. Conclusion The first week of flowering has been an explosive start! The stretch is real, but with proper management, she’s looking set to develop some fantastic buds in the weeks ahead. 🌟 Any tips for managing a stretch-happy plant in a tight grow tent? Howdy it is day 63 and in 2 days it is time to harvest. Since 2 weeks i feed clear Walter only. They get 16 hours darkness before harvest. All the plants are really🔥 My favourites are still 3G and Wedding Gelato. The smell and Look is crazy. You will see i guess Also North Thunderfuck and Hulkberry is good looking. Week 15 days 99-105 . I'm am flushing all plants with 1 gallon of filtered water each. I've reduced the light cycle from 18 to 14 hours to reduce heat stress. It may reduce yield as well based on comments I've read in other growers diaries. An oz per plant would be nice. Of course more would be better but an oz makes a pound of cannabutter. Reducing the light hours is reducing the purpleness in the stems of og kush and gorilla glue but Purple chill still has purple stems The Natrona sisters spend their nights in the garage where the temps are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the day temps in the tent. Night temps ranged this week between 63-66 with rh 51-76%. The high rhythm comes after a rain. During the day, I'm keeping the tent open while circulating 2 fans. Day Temps can reach 80 so it gets hot in there. flooded each plant with 1 gal of water. From here forward I will be flushing all plants with filtered water at 1 gal for each plant every other day. Monday, flushed with 1 gal of water. Starting this flush, I added ice to the top of the soil before watering. See photo. This is a stress technique used to force plant phenotype colors. I don't think it will work for mine as I over fed. While I have 3 different strains, they look the same with blue green dominance. Thursday, flushed with 1 gal of water. See photo Sunday photos I'm not seeing any change in leaf or bud colorations from flushing out the fertilizers nor from the ice treatment. General comments" After putting the plants in the garage during the night, morning soil temperatures are within a degree of the night air temperature. This has been about 15 degrees cooler (50s) than the tent temperatures (75+). This week our weather has been unseasonably warm so the night temperatures have been 63-71 with Rh 51-70% Tent temps in the day 75-80 and RH 47-59%. 14.11.2025 Was going to close the diary today but as it doesn't smell anymore I decided to close the diary this coming Tuesday, smell shifted from chemical fish ammonia to cooked fish with the additional Citric acid I sprayed in, rest in video 📸 🐟💀 FERMAKOR: The Dorade Incident – Spontaneous Batch Log (Because the fish came with guts, and I don’t waste potential) --- 🍽️ How It Started I ordered two big Dorades for dinner. Didn’t bother ticking the “cleaned” box. They arrived whole — full organs, eyes staring, one of them with a stomach packed with broken seashells (free CaCO₃ bonus). So instead of complaining, I just said: “Alright, fine. Dinner first. Hydrolysis later.” --- ⚗️ Phase 1 — The Gut Start (Day 1) Material: 160 g of fresh guts straight from the fish. KOH: 20 g (yep, strong ratio, I know). Water: ~250 mL warm. Dissolved KOH → poured over → stirred → left to liquefy. Within minutes it warmed up and foamed; by evening it was already turning into that deep brown, oil-slick mix I like. --- Phase 2 — The Rest Goes In (Day 2) After dinner, all the remaining parts go into the same container: Heads, bones, fins, skin — roughly 500–600 g. Add another 30–35 g KOH and ~0.5 L water. Stir and let it digest for a week or two or three, until smooth. The seashells stay in — they buffer the pH and slowly release Ca and trace minerals. --- ⚖️ Phase 3 — Neutralization Once the mix settles, I’ll neutralize down to pH 6.2–6.4 using phosphoric acid. Target ~40 mL of 59 % H₃PO₄ for the whole thing. Then strain through cheesecloth / pillowcase (no coffee filter — that’s only for exports 😎). --- Storage Bottled in brown flip-top German beer bottles. Label: “FERMAKOR FISH BASE – DORADE INCIDENT – 2025-11-06” Shake before use, store dark. --- 🌿 Application 10 mL per 30 L barrel mid-flower as amino + micro boost. Clean N-P-Ca + enzymes, zero smell, instant uptake.

It’s the first day of week 7. The nugs are swelling up nice considering what they have been through. They are starting to smell strong. Both plants smell completely different. Even tho they are the same strain and from the same pack of seeds. If you have an idea of what’s going on with my fan leaves let me know.

08/29/2018 Been a hot week but the girls don't seem to mind,90s in the day 82° at night and sticky,muggy weather. Their leaves all pointing ☝️,lets me know they are happy ☺️ .watered with plain water they were pretty dry pots weight was very light. Will feed and water in in morning sleep well and medicated😎 08/31/2018 Just a note today #1 is very green compared to the other 4 plants, could be potted plants running low on nitrogen? My soil has plenty according to soil test. I know last year's crop in soil was pale like other 4 plants, maybe biochar is helping soil retain it's nutes better? Year 2 for biochar, first year could have tied up some nutes....hmmm? Ps Last feeding today Fox farms big bloom at heavy feeder dose 1/2 cup per gallon, should see nice gains this week! 🙏🙏🙏. Pss. 🌿 Amnesia Skunk Automatic Week 8 From Seed ≈ Week 4 Flower (12/12 From Seed Run) She may be 8 weeks old, but biologically she’s in her fourth week of active flowering — and she’s behaving exactly like a plant that has found her rhythm. After defoliation? She bounced back like nothing happened. No stall. No stress signals. Just structure, stacking, and deep healthy green. That’s not luck. That’s environment + balance. And she’s beautiful. ⸻ Environment — Playing on the Edge (But Controlled) Room Conditions • Canopy Temp: ~28°C • RH: ~70% • CO₂: 1000+ ppm • PPFD: 800 → 1300 µmol/m²/s On paper, 28°C + 70% RH sounds high. But numbers without airflow mean nothing. Massive Airflow We’re running: • Strong horizontal movement • Vertical air displacement • Active air exchange • Under-canopy circulation Airflow changes everything. Stagnant 70% RH is dangerous. Moving 70% RH behaves very differently. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf VPD vs Room VPD Room VPD says one thing. Leaf VPD tells the real story. Under strong light, leaf surface temperature runs slightly above ambient. That increases transpiration. Add 1000+ ppm CO₂: • Stomata don’t need to open as wide • Photosynthesis rate increases • Plants tolerate higher humidity • Metabolism stays high That’s why they’re not just surviving. They’re pushing. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy — Scaled to Structure We are not blasting everything equally. • Larger tops: up to 1300 µmol • Smaller plants: ~800 µmol Light intensity is matched to plant size and leaf mass. No ego lighting. Only usable photons. ⸻ 🔦 Under-Canopy Lighting — Why? This isn’t a gimmick. Purpose: • Illuminate lower bud sites • Reduce larf • Stimulate lower-zone photosynthesis • Improve uniformity • Keep lower canopy metabolically active We’re not replacing top light. We’re filling in where dense canopy blocks energy. Active lower buds stay healthier. Healthier lowers improve airflow. Better airflow stabilizes microclimate. Everything connects. ⸻ 🔴 End-of-Day Red (15 Minutes After Lights Off) We run a 15-minute red pulse at lights-off. This is phytochrome management. Plants operate with two main phytochrome states: • Pr (red-absorbing) • Pfr (far-red absorbing) Red light pushes phytochrome into the active Pfr state. In darkness, Pfr slowly converts back to Pr. By giving a short red signal: • We influence phytochrome equilibrium • Support flowering signaling • Encourage structural consistency • Potentially stabilize transition timing It does not extend photoperiod. It manipulates light signaling — not day length. And as always: We experiment. We observe. We document. No magic claims. ⸻ 🌱 Feeding & EC — They’re Hungry • Soil EC: 0.9 • Feed EC: 2.4 This tells us something important. They’re eating aggressively. As long as runoff EC stays stable and does not climb: We maintain strength. High metabolic demand requires high input. If soil EC rises? We adapt immediately. No rigid formulas. Only feedback-based decisions. ⸻ 📸 Visual Observations From the traditional full-plant shots to the macro work: • Tight stacking beginning • Strong pistil development • Leaves praying under high PPFD • No signs of stress after defoliation • Structure clean and symmetrical She is balanced. The girls have grown so much and they already smell pretty good. I'm trying to decide if I should SCROG. I have a trellis net but it's just a net, not the boxy thing that I've seen others with. What do yall think, should I SCROG? GDP2 is in her 5th week. If she were the same age as GDP1 and BK, I'd flip them next week but I'll try waiting at least another couple of weeks to give her some time to grow a little more although she's catching up with the other 2 height.
